With every step toward further control, we take one step further from natural growth and real human progress, which must by definition happen without control.  It's a simple equation, proving that TPTB are not interested in growth or progress.  The ONLY thing that matters to them is control.  QED.

Problem is a couple things

1) Central admin (aka Valerie) has zero idea what the people are doing

2) This admin looks at everything, and I mean EVERYTHING through a political lens. They are not about solving problems, only "winning the cycle"

3) Chief Exec has zero experience running anything. Im not sure why people are surprised

I keep many viruses -80C. They absolutely love it. I will admit the RNA viruses do drop off about 10-20% viability after a couple of years. DNA viruses are much more stable. So, no this wouldn't have a shit chance of working but nice idea! At least this isn't a prion, that would be a lot worse.

If you remember the elevated Tobacco Taxes, along with the cash settlements that the Tobacco Companies reached with the MANY State Attorney General's Offices, were earmarked to be used for the increased Heath Care Costs for the people whom smoked cigarettes.

My behavior has been PAID FOR...IN ADVANCE, through those settlements and through those taxes.

It is too bad that your Government squandered the windfall, and left YOU, THE TAXPAYER, on the hook.

But you did not care as long as your Property Prices rose, and your Stock Prices reached for the stars as the sky was no limit. You enjoyed the benefits of corporate welfare, didn't you? You enjoyed the benefits of the workfare, welfare, warfare state, didn't you?

What is worse is that you expected me to pay for that. And I ended up paying for it...much more than you will ever know.

Now it's not your fault - that's for sure. The collective acceptance of you doing whatever you feel like in the past is what is at fault. The public decided to transfer HUGE amounts of wealth and future wealth to a VERY small number of people running tobacco monopolies by accepting that it was okay for you to suck poison in front of their kids. They let their kids be influenced by you in restaurants and on the street. Taking extra breaks from work to suck poison, the kids saw you enjoying yourself with your friends that smoked.

The potential wealth that was squandered on tobacco products will set back families for generations.

The general public is finally realizing they should tell smokers to fuck off. In your home? No one cares. Waste your money away. In front of me? Fuck off.

Clesthenes's picture

Miffed…, “I’d like to hurl some back at them.  I’m done being nice.”

Let me give you some ammo to work with: Americans have the power to redress any grievance that could be named (that is, to “hurl some back at them”); and they refuse to use that power. There are three main reasons for this failure: one is that they have no knowledge of such power; the second, they’ve been herded into a kind of impotent stupor by medication and indoctrination; the third, that they aid, benefit or were complicit in such evil (full article).

They don’t even know many of the most fundamental rights and powers won by our Revolution… actually, “confirmed” would be a better verb.

To begin, according to the law of redress, those who complain are supposed to also suggest a remedy, and, before you can do this, you have to get rid of that indoctrination and replace it with real facts of history.

As to the ignorance relative to lost American ideals: who knows that every American (preamble citizen) has the right to withhold taxes until government redresses his grievances; or that there is probably not a constitutional tax on the books, among other lost rights and powers?

Redress before taxes” was a “Grand Right” declared by the Continental Congress, which also declared it to be a reason for the Revolution.

Further, Founders repeatedly declared the co-called right of consent: that no man was obligated to obey any law or pay any tax unless he gave his personal consent to such.  Did they really mean that? Of course they did.  They had been living by those rules from the first English settlement to the Revolution.  That is, according to the origin of English/American law, “laws” and “taxes” originated in contracts between various assemblies and those who petitioned for redress of grievances.  Terms of such contracts were sometimes referred to as “laws” and money payments as “taxes”.  And, no one but petitioners were obligated to obey or pay such “laws” or “taxes”; that is, all non-petitioners were exempt from such.  Further, when redress was completed, such “laws” and ‘taxes” were extinguished.

Today we no longer live according to American law: for, petitioners make themselves exempt from laws and taxes necessitated by their redress while all non-petitioners are saddled with such burdens.  For example, when munitions makers, big banks, and Main Stream Media wish for another war, they petition Congress, Congress grants authority for the war, petitioners receive the booty of war and non-petitioners are stiffed with the expenses (thru payment of taxes and the blood and ruined lives of their male children).  This inversion of American law is generally known as Persian law, law of the conqueror, law of the high seas, mouth law, martial law, ecclesiastical law… it goes by many names.

If you know nothing of the law and procedures of redress, and nothing of the ideals of liberty, how possibly can you achieve a condition of liberty?

I have great news for everyone: Americans won the Revolution; which means these rights and powers are our legacy.  It really doesn’t matter tho: if American Founders had not declared, and won, them, we’d have to invent them.

However, until a few Americans (1%-2%) learn, and use, their legacy, victims and witnesses (such as Carmen Segarra, and most other whistle blowers) will just have to suffer alone, and, eventually, forgotten.

I WILL NOT EVER SUGGEST that one can always mix Nitric Acid and Sulfuric Acid together in a Glass tube, immerse it into a bath of Glycerin in a sealed metal container with a plunger that breaks the glass, and place that device between a BANK BUILDING and the Nat Gas Meter.

I certainly WILL NOT SUGGEST that one follows through by striking the plunger so that the glass container inside of that pipe breaks so that those fluids mix.

That would yield a blast and also be against the law as you'd destroy the building which is owned by one of our most fine and noble of institutions. That would be totally reckless and irresponsible on my part if someone had this knowledge and acted upon it after reading that which I wrote.

So I cannot ever suggest it..

Why just a few dollars spent can cost those people hundreds of thousands of dollars. Nobody in their right mind would want to do that....except...maybe....the disenfranchised? The people whom had their homes foreclosed and repossessed by the Banks to sit vacant because the Fed buys up the Non Performing Mortgages?

Nahhh...The unemployed will not want to do that. Nahhhh....The people whom lost everything as a result of the rampant fraud on Wall Street, K Street and Capitol Hill will not want to do that. Nahhhhh...

Tarabel, you are so right… who wants to hang around with Nazis?

Actually, Nazis were such pikers compared to what Judeo-Bolsheviks have been doing (genocides and general plunders) for 4,000-5,000 years.

Instead, we should learn and use historically-proven methods by which to advance the cause of liberty (an intro); that is, methods that set in motion the only eras that aimed at that goal: Athenian, English (1620-50) and American revolutions.

Until you learn these lessons, you shouldn’t set that indoctrinated and medicated brain in motion; it will only embarrass you.

Well… you’re close.

By my estimates, 90%-95% of the white population has been conditioned into a slave mentality, and, owing to the difficulty of changing self-destructive habits, they will die that way.

This leads to the question, “Shall we direct their actions (thru employment and redress)… or shall we abandon the field and let criminal and useful-idiot classes direct their actions?”

If you favor the former, please study my links in above comment.

Clesthenes; You make a lot of sense.

I want to respond with some ideas before rereading your long piece above.

- We live in a system of Patriarchs and Authorities
- Wealthy People & Corporations create more authority
- We have largely grown accustom to Complicated Systems and are told they are too complicated to explain and they don't allow us Transparency anyway
- The Military System is set up like Banks, there are Inspections, Inspector Generals, and Auditing Offices
- We might not like the Military System for Everyday Business, for schools, for Townhalls, for Police, and not for dealing with our kids, but Auditing seems to be a Solution
- Legislation is supposed to be written after a look at history, old rules & laws, the effect of old laws and how newer laws came about, and research to see how the laws interact with other systems and entities (now it is just Lobbying & Money that matters)

- Today call it Brain Washing or a Shift in Culture toward Fascism or Inverted Totalitarianism or Corporatism

- Reforms that simplify, standardize, streamline laws & taxes & accounting would help greatly and Enable Transparency and Involvement of Informed Voters
- 20% of US Workers don't add Value to the USA or our GDP (Guesstimate)
- If we got money and gift giving out of Politics, Justice System, Government Office Holders, we could free up Accountants, Tax Accountants, Tax Lawyers, Financial Lawyers, Lobbyists, Executives... and best of all put Elected Leaders back to work instead of only meeting with Interest Groups and Rich Donors

- Any Crisis in the USA will be met with minimal fixes, not Sweeping Reforms... unless the country does literally descend into chaos

- Sweeping Reforms are needed, Standardized Accounting, Standardized Financial Instruments, Less Money Creation Authority by the TBTF Banks, Less Rehypthication of Assets

GAO should have lots of moving targets on poor stewardship of taxpayer money at this point. Fraud, Waste & Abuse on an Epic Scale.

Audit the CIA, Audit the NSA, Audit the FED, Audit all Federal Funds that go toward the MIC, FEMA, NIH, CDC, HHS, DHS, and all contracts or bond sales/treasury bill sales to Prime Dealers or TBTF Banks... this would include EBT Card contract to JP Morgan.

- Reform would mean closing down many of our Spy Agencies and ending the Federal Reserve which obviously has not stopped our government from moral hazard or spending like Dictators.

Besides who Audits the stewardship of the US World Reserve Currency... It appears the US Military is the old one capable of stopping the Big Banks. Why the hell are we paying interest to banks on our US Currency anyway???

Have to add: Main Street can't afford to fight for Justice in our Court Systems, they can't take on Corporations. This is another area for Standardization, Bench Mark Cases, Court Precedent where rulings can defend the people from Banker Trust or Corporate Vultures. Big Reform of US Justice System and Civil Law. Standardization. Primary Laws of the Land. Anti-Trust to breakup monopolistic behavior.

So how does one exercise this right?  This is a serious question - I'm not being snarky.  I have read about this elsewhere...just not sure what the real life procedure is.  Do you just send back a tax return with a note indicating that you are exercising your right of redress befoe taxes?

DO NOT ACT according to the right of “redress b4 taxes” UNTIL you have learned law and procedures of redress; this goes to the question of “HOW?”  For an intro please go to my article Failure of Power.

I have liberty of mind. They may rape me with their abuses of the law. They may take my property. They may enslave me. They may torture me. This is ultimately of no consequence. I still will die with my mind free. This will be my legacy to the world. And if I suffer alone and forgotten? So be it.

Why is there no Ebola news this weekend? Is it the "out of sight, out of mind" mentality in play?

The 24 hour cable news industry only works five days a week.

Although there is one good piece of news: The Spanish nurse who was infected has now tested negative for Ebola, which means she has no detectible viral load in her serum. Also, she's producing her own Ebola antibodies, another good sign.

Now you see why Obama picked 'the jewish lawyer, politic hack' to run the Ebola crisis. He is 'controlling' the situation.....now you see what that means....

In case you can't figure it out, it means .gov censorship of information and data.

one paradox of human organizations is the same attribute of human nature that insists upon empire building also destroys the empire building .org in the end. at some point there will be a black swan, a tipping point that will unleash shock and awe upon .gov. unfortunately the bottom half of the class needs to participate in critical mass numbers for it to succeed. there isn't quite enough time during tv commercials and downloading youtube videos.

Control is an illusion. Anyone who thinks they have things 'under control' also believes they can weild the one ring of power. Can't be done.

"Under Control" is right up there with "Top Priority."  More and more often, at the end of a horrific news story, you'll get some inane quote regarding Top Priority...Child found handcuffed to porch, covered in cigarette burns and sustained multiple internal injuries.  The child had been under the watch of Social Services.  Reached for comment, Social Services was unable to provide any details, citing privacy concerns.  They did, however, provide the following statement:  The health, safety and security of the children under our protection is always our Top Priority.

Its starting to slip out of thier hands. If we can just keep ww3 from starting just a bit longer. We might get that shot.

Chew on this a bit. Just in time manu. Combind with 18 day holds give the big boys time to wiggle by avoiding investing cash for very long. Well they are holding back paying longer and longer. We are at that point where they used up those proffits and did not pay for goods recieved. Looks to me Detroit spent it and GM prolly did too. Think congress/banksters are any different? Me niether.

Just keep calling BULLSHIT! It only works if we follow them. Dont follow lead yourself.

Government, being nothing more than a criminal syndicate of theft and violence, always accomplishes the opposite of the stated goal. Always.

The reason is that all utterances and actions by government, pols, crats, and funcs, are lies to cover up their grab for more money, and power, from you--violence backed wealth redistribution.

An American, not US subject.

Like the Tobacco Tax increases and the Settlements that the Tobacco Corporations PAID in the past decade supposedly to be for Health Care for smokers???

(Of course those LIBERAL ANTI SMOKING NAZIS...as well as most Republicans who did not utter one protest...loved this as the State Governments just squandered those funds. It was...was...was...it was like Christmas. And now they do not want to PAY THE COSTS. So much for personal responsibility.)

That is what is so damned humorous about the Red Team/Blue Team paradigm. They both want those revenues and want to have thier children pay for the excesses...in the form of elevated taxes and inflation...because they just love their children.

How about you? Honestly. Did you support the lawsuits filed by the State's Attorney Generals against the Tobacco Companies? Did you support the increase of Tobacco Taxes also during that time?

That happened during the Bush Administration, you know?

That makes sense, of course, since no one in the Gov even pretends to have them under control.

Out of control assumes that there was control in the first place. There is a certain type of psychotic individual that actually believes that they are in control. Institutions, also largely psychotic, build systems that they believe control things that 'need to be controlled".

One heart attack, one mass coronal ejection, one stroke, one mega-volcano, one head-on with an 18 wheeler, one 100km asteroid, or maybe just one little virus - any one of these is all it will take to destroy the illusion of control. There is no control. There is only riding the wave for a brief moment.
