Truly, it is hard to believe that Ebola has travelled on a plane to Dallas but has yet to make it to Ivory Coast or Ghana (where there are beaucoup Liberian refugees). Lot of people trying to leave West Africa right now who can't afford plane tickets. I'm guessing there is alll sorts of small Ebola outbreaks that governments are desperately trying to suppress before they are made public.

Fair point, but I don't know ten people who could name William Dudley or what he does. He is the man behind the curtain for all FED market operations. I doubt any of us know exactly what goes on everyday there, but one thing is certain, it is command central for the FED and PPT. And as Tyler pointed out in June, this has been the case far longer than most people realize (decades longer).
