Well, if alleged Bank of America prostitute killer, as described earlier, intends to plead insanity to all charges, he is one step ahead of the prosecution already. Below is the automated reply that emails sent to Rurik Jutting's Bank of America e-mail address are getting, per Bloomberg.

If memory serves from another Z/H article the other day, homicides were refuted to be around a dozen for a population of 7 million. I call BS on that as i expect they do not include missing persons ( even 10 years missing ).

OK, folks, it's November 3rd, I've been waiting nearly three weeks for good old BofA to get back to me on our proposed foreclosure settlement agreement, and this guy comes along and does what is expressly forbidden for me to do in the future, i.e., disparage BofA.
Check it out. This is just one of the clauses in the nine-page agreement which the bank attorney calls "simple."
NON-DISPARAGEMENT. Releasors and their counsel will not, directly or indirectly, make any negative or disparaging statements against the Releasees maligning, ridiculing, defaming, or otherwise speaking ill of the Releasees, and their business affairs, practices or policies, standards, or reputation (including but not limited to statements or postings harmful to the Releasees’ business interests, reputation or good will) in any form (including but not limited to orally, in writing, on social media, internet, to the media, persons and entities engaged in radio, television or Internet broadcasting, or to persons and entities that gather or report information on trade and business practices or reliability) that relate to this Agreement, Information (as defined above) and the factual allegations made in the Litigation and Foreclosure Litigation, or any matter covered by the release within this Agreement. Nothing in the Agreement shall, however, be deemed to interfere with each party’s obligation to report transactions with appropriate governmental, taxing and/or registering agencies.
Just understand that this is the kind of scum deemed worthy of ruling over us.
Just for grins, here's another of the clauses. Remember, this is supposed to be a fair and equitable "parting of the ways."
Tax Consequences. The Plaintiffs agree that if it is later determined by the Internal Revenue Service or any other taxing body that taxes of any type should have been paid in connection with any benefit any of the Plaintiffs receive pursuant to this Agreement, the Plaintiffs will be solely responsible for paying such taxes. Defendant make no representations or warranties regarding the legal effect or tax consequences of this Agreement, or of any such filing Defendant. The Plaintiffs further expressly acknowledge that they neither received nor relied upon any tax advice from the Defendant or their representatives and attorneys.
I, being the plaintiff, objected to this language, but, the kind bank attorney assured me it would be of no consequence and should be left in.
For those playing at home, remember, I inherited this mess and BofA inherited their part of it from Angelo (Mr. Orange) Mozillo and the good folks at Cuntrywide. We are both "successors," though I must admit, I think they suck more than me.
I'm giving them a couple of days and then I'm going to send them my own proposed agreement. One page. They drop the foreclosure, I drop my fraud suit. I sign over the property via quit claim deed, they give me cash, and both parties sign off that the agreement ends all litigation concerning the property and the estate, forever. Period. Done. Fuck these assholes. I've had enough and I'm not going to sign any document that's any longer than 2 pages, and has wording which I'd need a legal opinion to decipher.
Making matters worse, they've been attempting - for the past five+ years - to foreclose on me, my brother and sister, the heirs to the estate, when, in reality, it is the estate itself which should be the defendant. I've gotten an adjournment and 30 days to write up my answers, counter-claims, motions, etc. for the next court appearance if we don't come to a settlement beforehand.
What amazes me about BofA and banks in general, is that even when they are closing out a deal, they want to keep their grip on some remnant, even after the fact. They just can't stand giving up anything.
Best part about my case is that every last signature, on every damn document, is completely fake and I have proof and they know it. Instead of prancing around with legalese and a long, sucking settlement document, they should be groveling to settle on simple terms, lest I lose my cool and start flinging papers all over the court and force another two years of litigation. I'm 98% certain I can win the case on the merits without a lawyer.
Sorry for hijacking the thread with my story, but it is BofA-related and I need to vent before the non-disparagement clause kicks in. Sick fuckers, every one of them.

Well he was arraigned at Eastern Magistracy Court and no plea was entered. I surmise his lawyers will go for the insanity plea. It was revealed (in the unreliable) local Chinese press that on his phone had explicit photos, SM and detailed pics of the women's wounds and sexual parts. Also, again, repeated a photo of him holding the dead Indonesian's head and hair suggesting an accomplice. The next door flat (also rented to a Brit banker) has been searched by the forensic team. Needless to say this is one sick situation.
Hope justice will prevail.
