I have a better idea...A national lottery, once a year, where people can try to win a "Free Shot" at a particular banker. Just one-if you miss, that's it. But if you want, you can sell your winning ticket to the highest bidder, giving the named banker a chance to "buy" his way out...as long as the price is right...C'mon Lloyd, check those sofa cushions again, I know you can do better than that...
