Oil prices are spiking (WTI crude is up $3 off this morning's lows) following the pipeline explosion in Saudi Arabia. Of course, energy stocks are surging on the news too and we are just waiting for some clever talking head to proclaim this surge as demand-driven showing how strong the economy is...

We needed the boost in GDP that happens whenever oil prices rise. Because, remember, when oil prices fall, it hurts our GDP because of the shale oil industry. Or some such fucking nonsense.

I would expect some news about Russia to make its way to the headlines. Some sort of ignition to get the full-scale nuclear winter going.

Well, I did post here about someone like ISIL propping up the OilPx by bombing the KSA Pipelines.
That's all it takes. Watch them take one of their jets and latch an Anti-Ship Missile to it; and see it take on Tankers for yet another spike - just like the Iran/Iraq War...
