ObamaCare Architect Admits "Lack Of Transparency" Is Huge Advantage Against "Stupidity Of The American Voter"

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Mike Krieger via Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,

Earlier today, I published a post titled, Inside the Mind of an Oligarch – Sheldon Adelson Proclaims “I Don’t Like Journalism, which zeroed in on the condescending attitude oligarchs and their technocrat minions have toward the general population. I wrote:

The term oligarch is reserved for those with extreme wealth who also want to control the political process, policy levers and most other aspects of the lives of the citizenry in a top-down tyrannical and undemocratic manner. They think they know best about pretty much everything, and believe unelected technocrats who share their worldview should be empowered so that they can unilaterally make all of society’s important decisions. The unwashed masses (plebs) in their minds are unnecessary distractions who must to be told what to do. Useless eaters who need to be brainwashed into worshipping the oligarch mindset, or turned into apathetic automatons incapable or unwilling to engage in critical thought. Either outcome is equally acceptable and equally encouraged.

It’s quite timely that those words appeared on the site the same day that a video clip emerged of MIT economics professor, and the architect of Obamacare, Jonathan Gruber, admitting that the legislation was intentionally complex and misleading in order to pass Congress and elicit limited outrage from the “stupid” American public.

The Hill reports that:

An architect of the federal healthcare law said last year that a “lack of transparency” and the “stupidity of the American voter” helped Congress approve ObamaCare.

He suggested that many lawmakers and voters didn’t know what was in the law or how its financing worked, and that this helped it win approval.

“Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage,” Gruber said. “And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really, really critical for the thing to pass.”

Gruber made the comment while discussing how the law was “written in a tortured way” to avoid a bad score from the Congressional Budget Office. He suggested that voters would have rejected ObamaCare if the penalties for going without health insurance were interpreted as taxes, either by budget analysts or the public.

The arrogance and destructiveness of this man knows no bounds. Look at how excited he gets, flailing his hands all over the place as he discusses the gigantic deception that is Obamacare.

The full clip can be found on UPenn’s website.

As I have said for years now, these people are sick and dangerous. They are also in power. This needs to change as soon as possible.

Do you think we've arrived yet at the point where we can shoot motherfuckers like this dead and they won't be able to find a jury anywhere in the land to convict us?

But man, isn't obama and crew fucking funny?

it's all consistent with Amercian Progressivism.

American Progressive Manifesto

It is self-evident that government has the power (or should have the power) to implement any good idea, and that when we are all on the same page, everyone benefits, but now, let’s think for ourselves, and explain why.

Effective government is necessary for the health and prosperity of everyone today and for future generations. A threat to government is thus a threat to the health and prosperity of everyone.

Government has some powers delegated from the power of individuals, such as the power to borrow and spend, and government also has unique powers that may not be legitimately exercised by individuals independently of government, such as the power to kill or to tax other individuals. Government thus has these unique powers, not because they were delegated by individuals who do not possess such powers, but because those individuals agreed to be bound by government.

We know that 97% of individuals, if given the  choice, would agree to be bound by government rather than live without the benefits of government. Every individual instinctively knows that his life without government would be short, nasty, and brutish.

Although we would like to grant the 3% the right to live without government, many of those reactionaries would not get vaccinated, and many more would possess weapons. Therefore, it is self-evident that the health and prosperity of the other 97% dictate that all 100% of individuals must agree to be bound by government.

Everyone must be bound by government at all times, even when they disagree – especially when they disagree. Otherwise, Rule of Law would devolve into chaos and threaten the health and prosperity of everyone. No one can be above the law.

While we Progressives do not always agree with each other, we always accept the authority of government because effective government requires that 100% accept the authority of government. Anyone who does not accept the authority of government is thus a threat to the health and prosperity of everyone.

Some governments have committed atrocities in the past, but we will not let our government commit atrocities. However, individuals and businesses will always allow themselves to be ruled, and thus, if Progressives do not rule, then a worse faction would rule. Any other faction would be less effective and may even commit atrocities, and thus a threat to our rule is a threat to the health and prosperity of everyone. In other words, we are the good guys, in the vernacular, as it were.

Given that we are the good guys, and that we know we are right, then if we think for ourselves, we can deduce many other self-evident corollaries, such as the fact that it is OK to lie to maintain our rule. Such action is not only OK, but it is indeed noble. It is the Noble Lie advocated by Plato.

For all these reasons, it is thus legitimate for progressives to take any action up to and including killing any number smaller than a majority in order to maintain our rule. Obviously, if we had to kill a majority to maintain our rule, then our rule would not have been legitimate. We are people of principle after all.

More important than maintaining our rule is defending government itself. Government would be justified in killing a majority rather than letting anarchy prevail. Then, at least, the surviving minority would have the blessings of government.

More important than maintaining government and defending our rule is defending the future. For example, defending the planet is the most critical element of defending the future, and thus we would be justified in killing all but a tiny remnant of individuals if that were necessary to stop a threat to the planet, such as Global Warming, but of course, if it were possible to save the planet by merely sterilizing (instead of killing) all but a small remnant of humanity, then we would do that instead.

Another threat to the future is bad genes. In order to improve the human gene pool, it could be necessary to kill and/or sterilize all but small remnant of humanity. It should be self-evident that any such eugenics program should begin with those reactionaries who are least progressive.

By now it should be clear that only by our rule can everyone experience the full blessings of government; and though we mean to rule with benevolence, make no mistake, we mean to rule.

I predict that life for this fucking piece of shit is about get really ugly as this video has now gone seriously viral all over the 'ol interwebs.

And hey, fellow ZH'ers...if ya wanna send this treasonous piece of shit a message or give him a phone call.  Well here's his contact info at MIT!

http://economics.mit.edu/faculty/gruberj

Gee, I wonder how long it'll take before they change his number and email and make it private!!!???  Fuckin' piece of shit.

And if this scumbag Rebublican  crew who we just gave the House and Senate to doesn't step up, grow some fucking balls, and use this as the catalyst to repeal "o-fuck-you-we-don't-care", and investigate the conspiracy and corruption that went into the passing of this bill, then fuck them all.

Make them understand this by calling their headquarters and telling them in no uncertain terms that you will do everything in your power to make sure they're all thrown out of office come the next elections no matter what it takes if they don't cut all money to this TAX!!!!

Because, like it or not, Justice Roberts (unbelievably and maybe for our benefit now that you watch this video) re-wrote the bill to make the individual mandate a TAX.

That means CON-gress can repeal the tax and crush the law...wiping it out completely.  Undo the whole fucking thing.

They know this...they can do this now that they also have the majority in the Senate.

If they do not do this then there will be hell to pay against them.

Call them and make them know it.

To the rest of us, we knew this was a pure, treasonous, Marxist, Fascist coupe, to take over the country and plunge us into full authoritarian tyranny and dictatorship by a bunch of fucking sociopaths!!!

yeah...and this mother fucker was the one who wrote Romney's fucked up "Romney-Care" law in Massachusetts.  He was also utilized by the Dem-scum because he was an a so-called "economist" at MIT in endorcing the law by saying it would REDUCE premiums by at least 30%.

The motherfucker....in this video....pretty much admits that everything he did or said in endorcing this law was a total fucking lie, because "lack of transparency" give political advantage and the the American people are too stupid anyway.  So lying to them is right in line with the typical Marxist, Sociliast strategy of lie, lie, lie, because it's their means to an end, so that makes all their criminality "okay".

Mother........fucker..........must..........pay.

And in all actuality this whole thing was meant to fail because this is just a step in the process towards the end-game for these mother fuckers to get to full nationalization and making it a single-payer system.

FUCK THEM!!!  The country just proved that they have woken up enough to realize we're being fucked.  So if this Senate and House which is now controled by "so-called" conservatives who are against obama and everything he has done over the last 6 years, then the first FUCKING THING they need to do is wipe this fucking bill out and then start prosecuting every mother fucker involved in it INCLUDING obama and impeach that treasonous little bitch.

Nobody was outraged that Gruber was paid a half a million dollars of your tax money in consulting fees to write that piece of crap bill to begin with.

Nobody was outraged that congress passed it without even understanding the consequences (people against the ACA were just pissed it passed at all)

Nobody is pissed that the ACA shoved the cost of building exchanges to the states under threat of withholding subsidies if they didn't

Nobody from the 39 states that didn't set up exchanges are pissed that their state congressmen screwed them out of subsidies because they didn't read the bill they passed.

Nobody is outraged that Obama had judges try to change the meaning of the law after the fact to cover up his failed attempt to force states to create exchanges.

Nobody is pissed that everyone has already payed federal taxes to create a federal exchange even if they paid state taxes to create a state exchange.

So Gruber is saying how team O had him weasel-worded the bill all along to dupe a stupid congress and everyone goes ballistic on HIM? WTF? Yeah, the guy is an ass-hat, that's why they hired him.  Now what about the BIGGER problems: the broken lawmaking system, incompetent congress, conniving administration and corrupt justice system?

Good luck with repeal. You all DO realize that by declaring it a TAX the insurance companies get to clean out our pocketbooks monthly. AND, here is the BEST part-they do not have to provide any benefits at all whatsoever!!!!!!

You see-there isn't a judiciary or legislative branch of goevernment ANYWHERE that's about to force a definition of provided benefits in return for their citizens' tax payments..

This is  simply the same bailouts for the insurance companies that the banks got in 2008. Congress knew they could'nt once again  get away with a blanket deal like they gave then.

"...What synogogue does this gentleman worship in?..."

+1 for the snark, -1 for the Jew baiting

During the Middle Ages in Europe, the question would be "What church does this guy belong to?" That was peak psychopath for the Catholics.

Nowdays, the Muslims would ask the question "Who let the Takfiri dude in here?" Wahabi extremism is peak psychopath for the Muslims.

Sheldon Adelson is a very sick person - he has a disease called psychopathy. If he grew up Catholic, he would be a corrupt, wealthy bishop extorting his congregation for indulgences. If he grew up Muslim, he would be an ISIS head-chopper doing a profitable side-business in oil sales to the Turks.

We are forced to recognize Adelson as a 'Jewish Oligarch' because we have not yet evolved as a species to the point where a Catholic, Muslim and Jew can stand side-by-side and all point to the likes of Adelson and use the same correct term: Fucking Psychopath

No idea of Gruber is Jewish or a psychopath - it's irrelevant. He crafted Romneycare in Mass. and is describing how the process worked there. "...As that 18-month process unfolded, Gruber famously unloaded on Romney for his attacks on Obamacare, arguing that the two were the "same fucking bill." He's a realist and works for psychopaths - he did what the guys that sign his paycheck wanted. Don't get all butthurt about it - most of us do the same thing every day to feed our families and pay the mortgage.

I'm a big supporter of separation of church and pathalogical state

Paveway IV's picture

OK, Mars. I see what you did first by falling for the misleading title.

An architect does not design and build stuff for themselves for their use with their own money. They sit around until someone pays them to build what they want, not what the architect wants. Gruber might think Romneycare/Obamacare sucks. Nobody asked his opinion. They said: "Build me a weasle-worded healthcare bill that will dupe the knuckledraggers into supporting it." That's exactly what Gruber did and he's explaining how he did it.

It's wasn't HIS FUCKING BILL. It was Mitt Romney's bill specified by Romney and built in a way that Romney wanted. P.S. Romney isn't Jewish, he's Mormon.

"...The idea that Catholics Muslims and Jews share some kind of symmetry in the destruction of my country is absolutely laughable..."

Why did you leave the Mormons out? 'The Jews' didn't create Obamacare. The Catholic example was from the Middle Ages, the Muslim example is from the Middle East. It's a coincidence of time and history that the current batch of oligarchs and psychopaths destroying your country are heavily represented by Jews. Jews who amount to maybe one hundredth of one percent of all the Jews in America. 'Jews' are not your country's problem - psychopaths are. Wake the fuck up. If the USA still exists in a 100 years, the psychopaths will be from some other religion, tribe or race.

Genocide does not cure psychopathy. It's been tried and only creates more. What else ya got?

Tue, 11/11/2014 - 06:05 | 5435799 Seize Mars
Seize Mars's picture

...and who said anything about genocide? I sure as hell didn't.

Holding a group to suffer for what an individual has done is something I have always opposed, and always will.

For example, when there is an individual who commits a crime, the government wants desperately to punish me and my neighbors by taking away our rights and property, even though we didn't commit a crime. Of course I mean gun control. So who exactly is behind gun control, anyways?

http://thezog.wordpress.com/who-is-behind-gun-control/

So you want to tell me that by correctly identifying what the fuck is going on, and who's behind it, I'm advocating genocide? Wrong. I'm advocating that Gruber, and anyone who has committed treason, gets put on trial for treason. Please tell me you've got more than the victim card to play here. The fact that a particular group is extremely overrepresented in this tyrannical government is fact.

Look what has been done. Please tell me you are willing to discuss this in a civilized way without resorting to the same tired memes of "anti-dentite!!" or whatever.

Then I apologize because I thought you were agreeing with what many here thought Kreiger's article implied: that evil Jews were responsible for the ACA. Kreiger is pointing out two examples of arrogant psychopaths and their contempt for the unwashed masses. The first guy, Adelson, is a psychopathic Israeli-firster Jew. The second guy, Gruber, is an arrogant progressive psychopath. He's not even Jewish that I know, but in any case he's hardly the driving force behind Obamacare.

Gruber is only ONE of the many paid shills that the Obama adminstration and progressives hired to write the ACA. They knew exactly how he was writing it and why - that's why they hired him (and probably a couple other dozen other weasels exactly like him that we will never know about). It took a hundred psychopaths to get that bill drafted and passed. They all think like Gruber. Like I said above, he was just another stupid cog in the process. Krieger (and many other articles) call him the 'architect' of Obamacare but he's just a content provider based on his experience with the equally bad Romneycare bill. He did not think up and write the entre ACA by himself.

I disagree that he's guilty of treason. He's an arrogant progressive prick and I don't care for his 'ideas', but he doesn't pass any laws. He should have the freedom to draft whatever stupid-ass bills he wants, just like you and I.  Congress, on the other hand, are paid specifically to carefully consider dozens of stupid, lawerly weasel-worded bills all day long. They should have never even considered the crackpot ACA to begin with. On top of that, they're suppose to be smart enough to recognize vague or poorly-written laws. In other words, THEY'RE suppose to be smart enough to filter out crap that Grubers are and always will be paid to write. That's congresses damn job. If we're to the point of having to filter out stupid, nation-destroying ideas before it even reaches them because they might pass them, then we're already screwed. That's my point. Congress is guilty of treason, not Gruber.

And there's nothing wrong with calling out someone for what they are. If you're looking for two evil psychopath Jewish Oligarchs that work against the interests of the US to the point of treason, then it's just not Adelson and Gruber. Try Adelson and Saban

"The first guy, Adelson, is a psychopathic Israeli-firster Jew. The second guy, Gruber, is an arrogant progressive psychopath."

Well that's convenient.

Look ~ It's easy to 'cherry pick' on both sides. So, of course, let's just pretend Gruber is non-denominational [which doesn't make any difference anyway ~ yet seems to be what ruffled your feathers here, otherwise, why would you have bothered to author so many words and come up with such clever talking points to muddle the issue].

Romney [a Mormon] ~ Give me a fucking break. Here is a list of Romney campaign contributers [2012]

https://www.opensecrets.org/pres12/contrib.php?id=N00000286

Lots of MORMONS on that list I'm sure.

The reason I bring ROMNEY into this is only because you chose to [because on the surface, it appears that if you make the connection with ROMNEYCARE], then talk about Romney being a Mormon, which, by default, effectively deflects the argument of a Jew being front and center in [yet another], POS policy move hoisted on the American public [further widening the gap between POWER & POVERTY ~ because as we know, CONgress exempted themselves from this legislation to begin with].

The REAL question [as evidenced by the above link], isn't Romney or Obama... It's who or what organized body with a hidden agenda CONTROLS the Obama's & Romneys of the world [from the perspective of banking, MSM, political activism, & jurisprudence ~ which are the pillars of power]. Besides, if you insist on going that route ~ it's rather well known that your "psychopathic Israeli-firster Jew" [Sheldon Adelson] was a huge, no wait, THE BIGGEST BADDEST Romney supporter of them all [which, I'm sure his only motive in doing so was because of his deep concern for the American people].

The answer to that riddle happens to be another one of those 'CONSPIRACY THEORIES that has yet to be disclosed as 'CONSPIRACY FACT'. I have no intention of arguing this point further, so I'll just leave you here to keep on writing and convincing yourself that all is well & there's NOTHING TO SEE here, move on.

Congress and the administration are entirely responsible for the ACA. I don't give a shit if leprechauns "told them to do it" - they're paid to do work on behalf of U.S. citizens, not leprechauns.

I'm sure the Jews are somewhere in there, too. If you could only eliminate all the bad things in the world influencing your kids - the 'real' evil - then they would have turned out just fine.

So it's not Gruber, it's Congress and the Administration. True. So Gruber's off the hook? And AIPAC as well? So by this thinking, we won't be hunting down any more Prison Camp guards then? Seriously, I'm asking.

From my vantage point, it's like watching you (or anyone else here) run back and forth across the highway all day long going from one used car lot to another looking for a car and dealing with the used-car salesmen, getting more and more frustrated. Ten lots and thirty salesman later, you suddenly go ballistic on 'Todd' and proclaim that Todd is a conniving asshole and is trying to screw you into buying an overpriced piece of crap car.

So I point out that there's nothing special about Todd and the other thirty salesmen were probably just like him. You just have to expect that in a used car lot - that's the way it works.

"But Todd is a criminal! He tried to trick me - he should be arrested! Do you think I should just forget about it?? He might do this to someone else!"

Seriously, what do you want me to say?

What do I want you to say? I'll tell you: stop the predictable and tired meme of operating in collusion and then retreating into victimhood when you're discovered.

Your car dealer analogy is incorrect because to make it accurate you'd have to account for the extremely heavy overrepresentation of a certain group in your car dealer collection.

According to your argument (as full of straw men and misdirections as it is), I think we've established that Gruber is off the hook because he is a spoke in the wheel. Right? Discovering the deep collusion and cronyism will be met with cries of "anti-dentite!"and "they're calling for genocide!"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ythrdCsOFJU

Nobody is calling for genocide. Quite the other way around. It is American Jews who have relentlessly pushed to disarm Americans, under the guise that one man's crime should have punishment levied against the group. Should I apply this logic toward Gruber? No. But you apply it toward me.

I think you know this, I think you are smart enough to know the twist and internal self-contradiction in your hysteria. But you press on.

Again I repeat: if you want to let Gruber off the hook, then we're not chasing down any more prison camp guards, right? Because, after all, they were just spokes in the wheel.

Fuck off with your 'victimization' bullshit - I'm not in the sixth grade and have little interest in you Downs syndrome race-baiting. I'm an equal-opportunity psychopath hater. If your enemy is Jews, Muslims, Blacks, Liberals, Russians or any other impossibly inclusive group and you're looking for 'permission' to call 'em like you see 'em, then go whack off with your fellow Downs syndrome haters. That makes you a psychopath and I don't expect to convince you of anything.

I don't defend Jews because their grandparents were victims. I defend them because 99% of them are little people, just like me. I'm not Jewish, I'm one of those little people, the useless-eaters. I can clearly see that the average 'Jew' is not rich or powerful, not part of any world-domination plots and don't give a damn for the genocidal psychopaths that run Israel. I can clearly see their religion and culture were simply usurped by a few rich, powerful criminals. Those same criminals hide behind their Jewishness - they hardly define the rest of the religion or the culture.

A few Israeli-firster Jewish oligarch psychopaths will always play the victimization card. Guess what? The other 99% don't. If the Jewish oligarch-controlled media and Jewish oligarch controlled Hollywood offend you by waving the victimization flag around AND you assume that it therefore must represent the view of the other 99% of the Jews, then you're mind is too simple to grasp anything I wrote above.

If Jewish oligarchs and AIPAC have crammed laws through an Israeli-firster congress and have them supported by other lackeys in the justice system working for yet more Jewish oligarchs, then you're problem isn't the Jews or the Judaism - it's the Jewish oligarchs, their cronies and the corrupt law-making mechanisms they built to protect them. The other 99% of the Jews don't support them for their actions. If anything, they defend them for their questionable Jewishness because idiots like you decide to attack the religion and culture, not the criminals that hide behind it.

Writers of the constitution tried to oligarch- and psychopath-proof it with the warning that people needed to keep doing that as time went on. Someone got lazy and dropped the ball along the way. Oligarchs and psychopaths jumped at the opportunity and usurp the law so they were allowed to infiltrate the government and re-interpret the constitution for their own ends. The current Israeli-firster Jewish oligarchs and Rothschild banker Jewish oligarchs are just the flavor of the day. If every last one of them was thrown in prison for life, then the Muslim oligarchs or the Chinese oligarchs or someone else would just take their place because people like you were obsessed with the Jewish part, not the oligarch or the psychopath part.

In your third paragraph you touched upon the essence of the problem here. There are two things our society definitely and desperately needs: a decent, fair and (pro)active judicial system and independent and courageous MSM that have the guts to spill the beans whenever and wherever necessary. When the financial-political elite has those two in its pocket - are we there yet? - you are indeed royally and utterly fucked.

In that regard, people like Greenwald and Snowden may very well be the last guys standing between us and full-fledged totalitarianism.

One of my favorite role models will always be a German stand-up commedian (don't recall his name right now) who liked to poke fun at the Nazi leaders in his shows after their assumption of power in 1933. Consider yourself lucky. I have served on 4 juries and get summoned often. It sounds very noble and patriotic doing your civic duty but in reality it is very unpleasant. There are very few people today that can hear testimony and come to a conclusion based on the evidence and debate their case. Many fall for slick lawyer argument and don't know the difference. Then when you point this out they get defensive and take it personally.

After nearly hanging my last jury, I don't think I could do another one without a bottle of scotch with me.

on a related note, an amusing set of anecdotes from well-known physicist Neil deGrasse Tyson:

“In 2002, having spent more than three years in one residence for the first time in my life, I got called for jury duty. I show up on time, ready to serve. When we get to the voir dire, the lawyer says to me, “I see you’re an astrophysicist. What’s that?” I answer, “Astrophysics is the laws of physics, applied to the universe—the Big Bang, black holes, that sort of thing.” Then he asks, “What do you teach at Princeton?” and I say, “I teach a class on the evaluation of evidence and the relative unreliability of eyewitness testimony.” Five minutes later, I’m on the street.

A few years later, jury duty again. The judge states that the defendant is charged with possession of 1,700 milligrams of cocaine. It was found on his body, he was arrested, and he is now on trial. This time, after the Q&A is over, the judge asks us whether there are any questions we’d like to ask the court, and I say, “Yes, Your Honor. Why did you say he was in possession of 1,700 milligrams of cocaine? That equals 1.7 grams. The ‘thousand’ cancels with the ‘milli-’ and you get 1.7 grams, which is less than the weight of a dime.” Again I’m out on the street.”

Right there is the problem, he's taking it upon himself to make decisions about what ought to be, rather than allowing the American people to decide.

What is the problem in that? Is he not one of the American people who you say should decide? If no one has any preferences, how does a population decide? By accepting your choice? The American people through their elected representatives in the Congress decided to have Obama care than not (they agreed with Jonathan Gruber). Do you think the people would have rejected it if they voted directly on it rather than have their elected representatives vote on it? If people are too stupid to elect representative who can understand a bill they are voting on, what are the chances of them understanding the bill themselves especially when there are vested interests who can spin it any way they please and an obliging media to root for the vested interests?

"People deciding" is a nice sound bite until you realise most of them expect someone else to tell them what is good for them even in the short term, let alone be capable of deciding what is good for the society and in the longer term.

The "problem" is not that a small set of people decide for the whole society (it can never be otherwise), but that that set is a bunch of psychopaths.

Only 1 in 10 American people know that WTC7 fell down. Democracy is stupid when it becomes obvious that the electorate are not paying attention and are overwhelming influenced by propaganda. Our form of government was derailed early on when they swerved into democracy and away from being a republic. Of course that wasn't by accident.

And the American people did not vote for anyone based on obamacare or any bullshit healthcare system run by the government.

Nobody in 2008, not even obama, ran on any national type platform of creating this healthcare system.  It didn't come up that much and the media didn't say much about it either.  They deliberately kept it low-key so as not to alarm any of the sleeping sheeple.

They only talked about it within their inner circles while they were creating the fucking thing.  So all those assholes, obama included, who got elected in 2008 only started pushing this thing after they got elected.

Then it was a national fight.  The Left brought out their special interest groups and unleashed the propaganda media machine on the rest of the country.  And the Right, which had not enough fire power at that point were basically helpless.

The American people who woke up did everything they could to keep that fucking bill from passing.  But it was the Left who ignored the majority of the American people and who said being elected was some kind of "mandate" from the American people to pass that fucking bill.

It still took 2 years and it barely passed and still took a treasonous act of the Supreme Court to be loosely classified Constitutional somehow by actually being re-written after it was passed and turned into a fucking tax that was not originally worded or intended to be as far as we were told.  This asshole in the video confirms their lies.

And in the 2010 elections the Dems got fucking slaughtered for it.  And we're still fighting this fucking bill, and just last week the Dems got slaughtered even worse than in 2010.

All because of this bill and their other treasonous acts in the last 6 years.  Something like over 30 people who were in CON-gress in 2008 and 2010 are now out either due to being voted out or immediately "retiring" after they voted for this fucking bill.

This bill was nothing more than a coupe de tat from the Marxist, Fascist "Progressives" (I call them Regressives), who have been trying to overthrow our country for 150+ years.

And they knew they could do it via "healthcare".  This is nothing but a tyranny.  And nobody votes for anyone who's backing this fucking bill.  The scumbags are now running from it, lying even harder about it, and doing everything they can to distance themselves from obama because of it.

Well it didn't help the vast majority of them in 2010 or 2014.  Even local and state politi-scum on the Left got their asses handed to them and were bounced out of office.  Even the fucking Dem governor of Illinois of all places got bounced in favor of a Republican.

The "Right" (used loosely) now controls the House and Senate.  If any of those assholes wants to stay there then they better use this video as the start to repealing this fucking bill.

Over these several years the House passed something over 50 bills against obamacare, and every single one of them were flushed by Harry Reid in the Senate.  http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2014/03/05/house-passes-50th-bill-to-undo-obamacare/

There are no more fucking excuses anymore.  The Senate is now in full Republican and the Dems are on the ropes.  Every single one of the House bills that Reid refused to bring to a vote should now be rammed up obama's ass hard-core with no lube.  Just the way he likes it and deserves it.

If he refuses to sign any of the bills to repeal obamacare or anything else like shutting down the borders, not granting amnesty to illegals, shutting down the EPA, or anything else that is sent to him to sign, then fuck him.  That will continue to speed up the downfall of the "Left".  It will prove obama is a full-on traitor and will hopefully end his presidency before the next election in 2016.

He should be impeached and ousted.  We can get by with that fuck-tard, Joe Biden, for the remainder of the term since we have full control of CON-gress.

I fully agree. Problem is he is right about the stupidity of the public being a huge advantage to sociopaths and megalomaniacs. Show this video to an Obama voter- they will deny Obama thinks the exact same way as this schmuck on the video.

Yeah, if only they would be.  The bankers got away with it.  And this guy is being held up as a HERO, not for public ridicule or punishment.  He's got tenure and a lifetime of 5-figure speaking engagements lined up.  Just because he's been outted, doesn't mean he's going to suffer any ill consequences.  In fact, it means quite the opposite- he feels so safe in his position he doesn't even give a shit if the ugly truth comes out.

He is part of the plan to keep provoking the people until the people start shooting. Their plan is to disarm us in the nearest possible future, just like they already did everywhere else in the world. Of course, the rest of the world cannot safely move forward into totalitarianism until the American people have also been disarmed because then the rest of the world could see that they were getting screwed - just like the people in the USSR saw it.

A gift to the medical/insurance cartel.

family plan is $650 per month with a $6000 deducible.  How is that affordable?  Most middle class families will either be bankrupt or in hock if a a serious illness occurs.  The example on the website of a woman who pays 7500 for a normal delivery pays 3500 out of pocket.  The last time we had a normal delivery baby the bill was more like 15K, and that was years ago.

Better to lie to the American people than to tell the truth?  This is just history repeating itself.  Fed Reserve Act was suppose to be good for the People.  The US goes to war on false premise (Iraq, Vietnam, Spanish-American War).  The war on terror was a complete shame.  If this guys is admitting to a lack of transparency is a good thing, what else has the American goverment lied about for "the good of common man"?

No, it doesn't, as that would imply that 911 was the first time something like that happened. We were lied into ww1 and 2. And the Spanish American war. And the civil war was based on deception as well. It goes back a hell of a lot further than these past couple administrations.

How can a law be a law if the material facts of the law are secret, before and after it passing.

How can a law be valid, if the material facts of the law were hidden ON PURPOSE as he admits , because if the facts were out in the open the public would of fought against the law?

Thats like saying im going to pass a law that lets me beat you over the head with a club, but im not going to tell you that im passing the law, instead im going to tell you that the law says you get a free pony.

This is FRAUD and should void the laws in question.

Since like 80% of our laws are passed like this, they should all be repealed without any need of a court.

WE just need to pass a law that states a petition with 100,000 signatures, automatically repeals a law that it is challenging and we win!.

secret law is a binding statuteregulationpolicy, or directive that has been kept secret from the person to whom it applies. Such laws were common in the Soviet Union and Eastern Bloc countries.[citation needed] The term has been used in reference to somecounterterrorist measures[1] taken by the Bush Administration in the United States following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The Patriot Act has been referred to as having secret interpretations.[2]

How can people stand for secret laws being passed without any of the material facts of the law being disclosed before the law is even voted on?

FOR FUCKS SAKE THIS IS CRIMINAL!
