Bullard Observes The Market Rebounded On His "QE4" Comment
Isn't it amazing what 2000 Dow points will do to a Federal Reserve member's perspective of 'the economy' and 'inflation expectations'. Bullard is back again today:
- *BULLARD: INFLATION EXPECTATIONS REBOUNDED SINCE MID-OCTOBER
- *BULLARD: FED TO RAISE RATES IN 2015, TIMING DETERMINED BY DATA
So basically calling off QE4 until the next 9.9% correction... Dow-Data-Dependent indeed
And of course, by 'inflation expectations' Bullard means the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
... Because it appears inflation expectations didn't "rise" too much.
Meanwhile, here are St Louis Fed "research" officials hard at work in "maintaining the narrative":
@zerohedge Ha ha, you are such a dickhead ... it's wonderful!

DavidC

...as usual i might add in my defense
NO QE FOR YOU!
Told ya the Feral Reserve (= TBTF banks who OWN it) mus save its own ass now
So fuck the economy and Obongo who is completely useless to them now.
silver just shot up 50 cents
Dragi got nothing on Bullard
Theres more than one measure of inflation? But there's only one way to effect it..... by Issuing Statements. LOL.
Raise rates already you cocky idiots. Stupid-ass financial whores talk and talk and talk but do nothing. What a useless life. Tie a gay Twitter pic to it and you've got yourself a professional.
lmao
So Bullard is now a Fed "hawk" and going to raise rates? LOL...what a waste of skin that guy is.
"Hey, look over here" is all they have left now.
I think we're headed towards a scenario that mirrors the early to mid 90's. Real Estate is going to crash hard which will help offset the inflation everywhere else, meanwhile the stock market levitates on a complete lack of fundamentals. The FED needs a rise in consumer spending but hasn't been able to produce any wage inflation. The only option left to increase consumption is to lower fixed costs and RE is in anm obious bubble anyway. As the Belgium episode showed us they can juice the market behind the scenes so the "real" FED rate is window dressing for market confidence. We'll probably see another 90's relic as well, a President Clinton versus a GOP congress. Considering the last 14 years the 90's is looking like a golden era of affordable RE and jobs. I'll take it again if we can get it.
I just bought one Dec.'15 CMX Silver Contract for $15.48; much cheaper than the near in months; for whatever reason. The margin is 5500$; but I'm leaving 10,000$ unallocated to make this contract comfortable; I hope. I already took my $8754 loss on my S&P500 shorts a few days ago. I think I'll do what i do 90% of the time and just ignore it; except as an object of fascination.
its simple ... its wonderful for them to be dick heads ... go figure
In other times, boiled rope would be the natural reaction to such contempt.
bullshit bullard buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo
Yes; ha ha indeed, this is all fun and games impoverishing and forcing billions of people into debt slavery.
I can't contain my laughter.
I feel like a fucking tennis ball.
<Maybe that's the idea. Smack. Yes sir, may I have another. Smack.>
Be the ball Danny... Danny ~ You're not being the ball... WHACK!
Where did I go?
Right in the lumber yard.
"We will raise rates next year."
Might make it easier for as they can use the same press releases without changing the dates.
Raise rates. Lol. Good one.
pods
David Andolfatto , I would be very, very, careful. The list for the guillotine is getting very, very long!
This time it's different.
If I got called a dickhead by a Fed official I'd have that up on ZH in about 2 nanoseconds, too. That's freaking funny.
You didn't even need the chart. The Twitter exchange was the article.
Not to mention he's also a professor of economics at Simon Fraser University.
The magical power of the yapping piehole.
David Andolfatto.....you sound nervous.
and unsecure ...
David Andolfatto.... you sound fatto. You moronic Canadien cwunt.
it's clear that the banks don't give a fuck about the economy, just the stock markets
bankers get to continue to watch their investments rise
and the MSM is complicit in this process
everyday is uglier than the previous and this is how these banksters want it
Well, would you care about the economy as long as your investments are secure? Probably not. Preservation of self-interest before anything else is human nature.
Lol..... stock "market".
"ladies and gentlement of this 'supposed' jury..."
That was so baffling. It was QE Bullard that reversed the correction. And now where do we sit?
.
Can you imagine the permanent hard cock that you would have if you could move the stock "markets" 10% with mere words? This fuck must feel like a god.
Wait......Bullard isn't a God? You mean he's a mere mortal?
In the world of the machines, Bullard is part of the feedback loop that signals buying or selling. So, yes, he is god in their world and unfortunately the algos now run Wall Street. Legislate SkyNet!
Well, don't want to sound like a dick or nothin', but, ah... it says on your chart that you're fucked up. Ah, you talk like a fag, and your shit's all retarded... [/doctor, Idiocracy]

So is this asshole a Canadian?
Oh yes. I remember 10/15/14 clearly. Just when the stock "market" was in the process of doing the highly needed healthy "cleansing", Bullard get on Bloomberg and hysterically made things Ok again (for the .01% - 1%) with his QE extending statements.
Delaying the proper return to a sensibly price stock market - and even exascerbating it by inflating the bubble much further - is gonna make the correction or crash a whole lot worse.
20$ on ATH today.
Isn't it amazing what 2000 Dow points will do to a Federal Reserve member's perspective of 'the economy' and 'inflation expectations'.when you have control of the HFT algos that can get it to 2000 and beyond when it is needed?...
Fixed it!
BULLARD: "WE'RE PROUD OF THE BUBBLE WE HAVE MADE"
BULLARD: "THEY SAID IT COULND'T BE DONE AGAIN, BUT WE DID IT BECAUSE WE ARE SMARTER THAN THE PUBLIC AND MARKETS"
Grubering
Haha, we like to have fun here.
Part of me wants to go Conan the Cimmerian and start snapping thin arrogant necks with my bare hands.
Nothing to do with with Bullard's comment. Abe's increased QE was leaked.
An official is commenting blogs - and even in such a way?
Wow, how unprofessional! Jewnited States quickly becoming a true banana republic.
Bullard and Andolfotto know the debt bubble is about to burst. That they can pretend to believe their narratives is admirable but it doesn't chnage anything...

The emperor has no clothes. QE4 is already in the works.
