Q: why doesn't mexico ever field a decent olympics team?

Charlie don't surf. the preferred method of illegal entry, (they come from all over Mexico and central america) for riding the waves onto shore is the Ponga boat. there are a large number of folks in each one, and usually a few bales of marijuana which they carry ashore, (mostly to defer expenses). sometimes they come inside the car trunk, or packed in a cargo on semi trailer. they also tunnel under the border. we don't even properly define the border any longer, the real checkpoints are a hundred miles inland. the GOP believes that the immigrants are marxists, and will vote Democratic. if they were Republicans the argument would go the other way i suppose. actually many immigrants are anti illegal immigration, they get here, get themselves a good job, would you want someone else from Mexico coming in behind you and offering to do your job for less money? i know people who have lived in this country all their natural lives who carry green cards. a friend who fought in vietnam. with a green card you cant vote, or own a firearm. these are people who dig the american dream, but from the political perspective there is a lot of misinformation, obama being on one side thinks it works for his party (george bush and the democratic congress of 2006 walked down the aisle on immigration reform, but the gop congress blocked it) i read something recently about the strict immigration policy for japanese immigrants who started coming here in the 1920s, who were still not citizens at the beginning of W2, which gave the government the right to wrongfully imprison them. so you worry about your rights, these people have something to worry about as well.

the king is showing who is in charge here, not the republic's congress not the bureaucrats of dc, not the msm, not our laws or judges, but a ruler for the people - civil war not very likely unless the states and their governments unite to stop him. govenors have been put before history they as a group are called to act. If they do there will be blood.

Schmitt´s actual quote is: "Sovereign is he who decides about declaring the state of emergency". Close, but not the same as your´s.

bonus. this is how (modern) presidents work. step one is propose a new set of sweeping powers for the executive branch, contingent on the state of emergency. step two just sit back and enjoy. you don't even need to legislate this, you only need to declare your right to these powers. the gambit works because there isn't an emergency when you propose the powers, (the president can rebuke the Congress with quixotic phrases) the president has the authority to propose these things, whimsically if you will, but it requires a great effort on the part of the Congress to contest the declaration. until the Congress proposes limits on the office, the imperial presidency will continue no matter which obama we have. step three is of course the power to declare or define the state of emergency.

Obam is a piece of shit like the liberals, Democrats and progressives who voted for him.

McCain or Romney?  They could not get away with 1/10 of what Obama has done.  We would have been all over them.  Obama is cheered by all of TV and Hollywood.   F Dems and RINOs.

Banz I chose my moniker because of the historical reference to a tyrant who in his grasp for power destroyed everything in his path.  I feel it applies aptly to our Dear Leader.
