The film of unexpected deaths
The Italian came to work yesterday morning, like every day.Everything seemed normal - or at least that claimed his colleagues during the investigation before the police from "Homicide".Moreover, Matteo Cassani attended a meeting at 10.00, then retreated to his office. No quarreled with one of Enel either yesterday or the previous days, so escalation of a conflict with an employee appears to be, at this time, a track. Then, around 12:30, he fell from the second floor of the building in which it is established Enel Romania, Ion Mihalache Street in Bucharest.Even in his office.
He died on the spot, in front of a passerby, who, incidentally, was the first who called 112. Enel has contracts with mafia in Italy?
Italian media reported extensively on the involvement of several mafia clans in business with Enel. It's about the purchase of land in Sicily, Puglia and Calabria which were placed wind turbine energy being sold at exorbitant prices by Enel Green Power. There is a process, and the next hearing is set in January 2015. In 2013, Enel Green Power came in Romania.
"The operation is of financing agreements worth 600 million euros," then show a release of Enel.DNA discovered this summer that over one million subscribers Enel would have paid bills last year with 2.5 million higher than needed, following an agreement in which the main actors were Italy's Enel.
(Reuters) - Barack Obama last year told a cheering crowd in Cape Town that a $7 billion plan to "Power Africa" would double electricity output on the world's poorest continent and bring "light where currently there is darkness".
A year later, the U.S. president's flagship project for Africa has already achieved 25 percent of its goal to deliver 10,000 megawatts of electricity and bring light to 20 million households and businesses, according to its annual report.
But the five-year plan has not yet delivered the power.
Power Africa has not measured its progress by counting actual megawatts added to the grid but promises of additional power made in deals it says it helped negotiate, according to sources inside the project and documents seen by Reuters.
Some projects facilitated by Power Africa -- a program operated by the U.S. aid agency USAID -- were under way years before the scheme's inception, others are still in the planning stage.
It is unclear how much of the $7 billion Obama pledged has actually been spent or if a further $20 billion in private sector investment commitments will materialize.
"Saying you've met targets on projects that might never happen or taking the credit for projects that have been worked on for years makes me uncomfortable," a source working on Power Africa told Reuters. "It's misleading."
This is your Presidents outstanding unique talent. To tell people...things...and they believe him. No matter what. No matter how impossible it is and flies in the face of facts and logic reasoning and..reality. And then when the real state of affairs kinda seep out...NOTHING HAPPENS!
Bush lied and got roasted and racked over open fire regularly. But not this guy. What is it! Everyone in the U.S. under some kind of spell? Voodoo? Whatever it is it´s something truely unique. Never seen anything like it...well perhaps if I try to go back in history - back to the 40-ies there was a similar level of total manipulation of intellect and reason.
The thing is that this evil gnome Gruber has it right. Just lie in the most tortured way and you will get the idiots (his words) to buy it. Even the old tried and true method of not believing anything that can´t be explained on the back of an envelope also fails when the executive power simply tells the most bold-faced lies with a shit-eating grin.
BTW - isn´t it sweet that the Libtards finally got totally suckered - not by a New England Republican blue-blood but by a jive-ass longleg MacDaddy?
This is fukcing epic!
The Libtards can now finally enjoy their ACA and their crushing tax rate at full throttle.
I have relatives in the U.S. who are fanatic Democrats in "high places" - at least that´s what they think of themselves. Maybe I gonna send them a postcard this Christmas that they will dutifully put on the mantlepiece next to Obama´s. I´ll just write the ordinary stuff ...and then congrats to the ACA reform!
These Demorats are on the rung below the Pelosis and Reids of this world so I suspect they are not getting a lot of cash out of it. Instead they have been providing house and shelter for their son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter who became dead-beats during 2008 and still haven´t moved out or recovered.
I don´t know. But I do know that when in China you need serious insurance. And the only valid insurance is having a bigshot from the Party sharing your interests and scaring off other predators.
Check with WB7. He should be in the know. My own experience in China is that it begins and ends with that kind of insurance. If you have it all doors open and you go to the head of the line. If not - you simply get stuck in red tape an impossibilities. Trying to recoup from some kind of default without proper "insurance"...fuggeddabaout it round-eye.
Alibaba Massive Fraud Unrelated, but I believe highly important none the less. We have some smart people on ZH and curious if anyone else has heard or read about this. I am hoping someone that has the time and resources can look in to this and do some homework. I was listening to The John Batchelor Show one night about a week or so again. He is on the radio and can be found online. Incredibly well versed on many international topics and world history. I highly recommend you tune in to him when you have a chance. In any event, he had three guests (from China) on and the discussion was surrounding a massive fraud at Alibaba. The story goes something like this. Alibaba is a marketplace and they collect a fee on each purchase from merchandisers that operate via their website. Alibaba understands net profits and margins are of little concern to Wall Street, but growth in revenues and now we are talking. Many multiples for "growth" in a global economy that is barely creeping along. So, Alibaba hires a network of thousands to simply buy and return products all day. If Alibaba held inventory this fraud would be somewhat more difficult to pull off, but with thousands of businesses connected to Alibaba it is very easy to hide the costs of labor and returns in underlying (most likely very closely held) companies. Afterall, billions of $'s in stock price appreciation will pay a lot of people to sit on a computer all day and buy and return stuff on their website. This is massive securities fraud and according to the guests, the scheme is "well known" in China. Besides the financial statement fraud, one would have to wonder what type of due diligence was done by the investment bankers that brought Alibaba to market? I don't know about you, but I think this could be a watershed Enron-like, Madoff-like story.
banzai, had a talk with a chinese friend who follows HK news, seems the demonstrations were hurting street business, and are now over..with no progress w peking(like saigon I keep the old names, ala bombay vs mubai) guess I am a imperialist or at the least a mercantilist. - still remember the smell of the opium dens on the HK streets in the old days, can you smell it today? loved that smell, a little opium was so cheap then..good fortune.
They are still battling in Mongkok; the main site in Admiralty is still there as well as the smaller one in Causeway Bay.
I don't think this should be measured in terms of an immediate concession from Beijing. They have accomplished many other things in the interim. In particular, they have highlighted the fact that the crony capitalist formulation of remote control governance from Beijing is going to cause instability.
Outstanding! Should have the Blue Oyster Cult soundtrack to go with that....Just do it! Do it!
As an afterthought...is it possible for you to do the same picture but with Gruber´s face...? Or will that get you into legal trouble when "it" eventually happens? Maybe better to play it safe - but tempting.
He's already done it and is on the groun snoring. What does a nail do when introduced to the frontal lobe if it doesn't kill outright? Causws irrational thinking, inability to make prpoer executive decisions, MR and lack of sexual inhibition.

This story comes to mind:

you mean a bankers skull is thicker than a 30yr asphalt shingle?
Congreasedvermin Gabriel Giffords proved that nothing less than a .40 cal will ever penetrate the skull density of a politician/banker/parasite.
And barely at that.
LOL.
Fail story of the month.
Only a guy dumb enough to cut off his hand with a chop saw would try to commit suicide with a pin nailer.
Good thing (or bad, I guess) that he didn't have a framing nailer handy.
