I wonder what the demand vacuum will be like in the wake of this binge.  We put off many purchases in advance of these anticipated sales, and will do so again for another year.

Yeah, make yourself a moat. Then watch the EPA come and declare it a wetland. Then they control it, not you, and will probably charge a fee to let you use the bridge over the moat.
