Silver Soars 17% From Intraday Lows: Biggest Swing On Record; Gold Tops $1210 (+$70 Off Lows)
Silver is up over 17% from its intraday lows today - this is the biggest positive swing since our data began. All the previous major swings have been downshifts, most recently in September 2011 (-22% and -18% over 2 days). Volume is very high also. Gold is back above $1,210,up over $70 from its intraday lows...
The biggest intraday positive swing on record... ($16.82 is next test for SIlver at 50DMA)
And gold and silver are exploding... (gold has broken above its 50DMA at $1205)
Silver & Gold are back above pre-OPEC decision leak levels...

I remember that day when gold hit 1900 bennybux, and I was reading about it on ZH. Wasn't long ago.
Wish I had sold then and bought again today at these prices.
I'll go out on a limb and say we've seen the bottom in silver. It was November 6, when it closed at 15.28. Has not closed there since and we've had a series of higher lows and higher highs since.
15.35 - 16.60 - 15.73 - 16.49 (today)
As I said in an earlier comment on another thread, the silver stomping dates back to the late 1800s, when the US went from a bi-metallic standard to just gold (on its way to fiat only). TPTB are "playing out the string." They've managed to deprive the average man of any wealth by driving silver - traditionally the coin of "gentlemen" - to ridiculously low levels (73:1 silver-gold ratio) and decimate the wealth of the common man.
Job well done. Now, it's time to debase the US currency completely, but not before destroying Japan and taking a serious swipe at Russia and China. They will succeed in some ways, fail in others. In the end, the Euro will triumph because that's what they've set up as their catch-all currency. Most of the oligarchs and psychopaths are by nature, Euro-centric, so they will take down the US $ in due time. Doing a bang up job of it for now, recent activity excluded.
Still time to buy silver and gold at bargain prices, though I have preferred silver since I began buying in earnest in 2005-06. It's a long process and with the silver-gold ratio at nosebleed levels, still ample opportunity.
Keep hearing this odd dirge music playing in the background on CNBC. Almost subliminal depressing. After the beating retailers took on Black Friday weekend (and all the explanations which commenced) I wonder if it's by design? Death of US hegemony?

Well, they beat the living shit out of the PM market so I would expect that their should be a recovery. But fuck them because it is all bullshit digits anyway if you have no stack. What the fuck is happening to the Russian Ruble? I am not invested in it per se. MOAR banker bullshit again. What, the oil price is doing it? Or maybe just a bunch of fucking crooks strategically placed all over the world who run exchages. I do believe that these crooks are the heads of central banks.
There is so much corn left standing in the fields here that one has ask why bother. What is the point or growing it then? I'm telling you that there are a large of fields where they farmers did not bother to harvest it. In fact, I was in one of those fields yesterday. I had to see with my own eyes what is going on. Well, you have $3.50 corn plus 36 cents a bushel to dry it, plus your input costs and then your harvest costs. You can make more money through some .gov program no doubt by not haversting your corn than you can by actually harvesting it. My Soviet born wife is perplexed and asked why the corn is not harvested? That is a great question to ask and she is correct to ask it. She thinks it is foolish and she is very correct but I said welcome to modern .gov .banker economics. It is really is the dumbest you could ever see.
To do the shit our so called leaders have done is not tolerable. What are they going to do next? Come in and shit on my carpet and tell me need to pay an evironmental clean up fee? I tried all of the civil and politcal channels of trying to get through and it is not working. Perahps it was just me not doing a good job but I have had numerous friends who ended up not doing so well either. It is getting worse by the day. I'm not advocating for anything at this moment but it really is getting hard to take anymore.
Keep stacking my friends. And stack .22 ammunition as well because for some reason you can't hardly find that for sale. I am really get sick of that shit too. More bullshit going on there. No, we don't want any child to learn how to shoot but we want to go overseas and get shot so we can get out the flag and give a great big load of bullshit patriotic speech about sacrifice.
