Would it be unreasonable to bar any person holding a dual citizenship from running for elected off or being appointed to any federal posts?

I mean, they swear an oath to uphold OUR constitution, don't they? They could always renounce their non-US citizenship, or just not run for office or lobby for positions.

Seems that might be a small start in getting our government back.............

Oh...isn't that a good one? Think of all the recent "birth tourism" especially from China and we could be very quickly controlled and over-whelmed by Chinese controlled bureucrats. And don't forget, as of today, China is the world's largest economy, haven overtaken and surpassed the USA. HOw stupid have we been to give all those college slots to THEIR kids so the college presidents and their administrators can have million dollar salaries and benfits

It is gratifying to know that choking someone to death is against police policy...

The bottom line is the whole city needs to look at itself in the mirror.

The NYC elite are busy congratulating themselves that the crime rate has dropped using "modern police tactics."  Basically, what they did was gentrify entire neighborhoods with Greenspan and Bernanke bucks. The lower classes who cannot possibly afford to live in the city, have been shoved into the pits of Eastern Long Island and other parts unknown. The only reason this hasn't happened in Staten Island is it is essentially an armpit.

Today it was reported that Brooklyn has now become the least affordable housing market in the US.

'have been shoved into the pits of Eastern Long Island and other parts unknown" Indeed, the NEW New York ghettos are Riverhead, Newark, Bridgeport....Riverhead, which used to be a somewhat buccolic farming town, is now the tarpaper shack 'bedroom community' for all the 'help' that trims the hedges in the hamptons. A rougher town, in many ways, than the Bronx.

A Grand Jury is essentially a rubber stamp for the prosecutor. When a Grand Jury does not hand down an indictment, it basically means the Prosecutor was ambivalent about the case. When the Prosecutor says I want this case, he gets it. Obviously, the prosecutor did not want this case.

The irony and hypocrisy is almost too much to handle.

In one part of NYC a poor black man is trying to make a few bucks selling cigarettes to people that want to bypass the outrageous fucking taxes on cigarettes. This man is a threat to the city's income somehow, grabbing a few stinking dollars that would otherwise go in the coffers with millions of other dollars, and for this he essentially gets the death penalty. Cop walks free.

In another part of the shithole of NYC another man, a famous and well known tribe member , comingles $600 million dollars with his companies so hundreds lose their life fortune and what happens to that fucking asshole???? NOt A FUCKING THING!!!!! Criminal walks free.

And sadly, the asswipe poverty pimps, either wittingly or unwittingly, go right along with the whole us against them racial bullshit taking the publics eyes away from the criminals stealing the countries wealth.

What in the fuck!

In the Ferguson disaster, the law was the greatest casualty. Civilization cannot long work if youths strong-arm shop owners and take what they want. Or walk down the middle of highways high on illicit drugs. Or attack police officers and seek to grab their weapons. Or fail to obey an officer’s command to halt. Or deliberately give false testimonies to authorities. Or riot, burn, and loot. Or, in the more abstract sense, simply ignore the legal findings of a grand jury; or, in critical legal theory fashion, seek to dismiss the authority of the law because it is not deemed useful to some preconceived theory of social justice. Do that and society crumbles.

And while everyones being shouted at to intently concentrate on this Black & White Squirrel running around, Obama is doing this:

WASHINGTON—U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Ranking Member of the Senate Budget Committee and a senior member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released the following comment today on a bulletin issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announcing a new facility in Crystal City, Virginia, with plans to hire 1,000 staff, in order to begin immediate implementation of the President’s wage-reducing amnesty and work authorization decree.

“It has just been discovered today that the Obama Administration is now opening a new USCIS facility in Crystal City, Virginia, for the purpose of immediately implementing the President’s imperial immigration decree. They are in the process of hiring 1,000 full-time staff to quickly approve applications for the President’s illegal amnesty, which will provide work permits, photo IDs, Social Security, and Medicare to illegal immigrants—all benefits rejected by Congress.

This action will mean that American workers, their sons, their daughters, their parents, will now have to compete directly for jobs, wages, and benefits with millions of illegal immigrants.

This facility is a clear symbol of the President’s defiance of the American people, their laws, and their Constitution. He is hiring federal employees to carry out a directive that violates the laws Congress has passed in order to foist on the nation laws Congress has repeatedly refused to pass.

Some have suggested that implementing this amnesty would not have a financial cost, but this action unmistakably demonstrates otherwise. Moreover, the USCIS employees themselves have made plain that taxpayers will be on the hook, warning through their union that the agency is an ‘approval machine’ that will ‘rubber stamp’ applications for amnesty."

USCIS Bulletin:

“USCIS is taking steps to open a new operational center in Crystal City, a neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, to accommodate about 1,000 full-time, permanent federal and contract employees in a variety of positions and grade levels. The initial workload will include cases filed as a result of the executive actions on immigration announced on Nov. 20, 2014. Many job opportunities at the operational center will be announced in the coming days and please continue to monitor USAJOBS if you are interested.”

Simply put, we're dealing with statists who crave power and the protection of the Establishment more than anything else.

Boehner, McConnell, Pelosi, Reid and of course Obama and the majority of the Supremes, have (and will leverage) the selling of their souls to the devil as they have always done. If they really cared about the unemployed (black or white or red) they wouldn't have done what they did and their "enlightened governace" wouldn't have just surpassed 18 trillion in debt that they say is supposed to be paid back by South American burger flippers apparently.

Lol...I have taken nothing, I owe nothing to them and I intend to fight all of them until my dying breath.

The evil extends beyond the police. Prosecutors need police testilying to win convictions and insure reelection. Judges need protection from prosecutors investigating their corruption and, if required, for reelection the support of the police. This creates the moral hazard for the police and the physical hazard for the ordinary. Our justice system is venal, evil, and corrupt.
Note no politician in NYC is complaining about the district attorney who's presenting the case to the grand jury. Whites are supposed to support the police, while Blacks to support politicians who promise more government with a more powerful police. Either way the government becomes more powerful.

"“This movement-in-the-making has no choice but to challenge the very legitimacy of the State and its armed organs of coercion.”

After decades of misleader-induced lethargy and quietude, Black America is finally in motion – or, at the very least, earnestly seeking ways to resist being plunged deeper into the abyss. The nascent “movement” is more like a pregnancy than a full-term child, and thus does not yet have a name beyond the focal point of “Ferguson.” Yet, it is kicking its way into the world robustly – even seismically – registering nearly two hundred demonstrations in the week following the non-indictment of killer cop Darren Wilson. This baby is reaching self-awareness in the womb of struggle, and will emerge screaming its own name at the top of its lungs.
Unlike its older siblings, Civil Rights and Black Power, this movement-in-the-making has no choice but to challenge the very legitimacy of the State and its armed organs of coercion and control: the police and, inevitably, the entire intelligence and national security apparatus of the ruling regime. Poor baby, but such is her fate." ...g.f.

when the cops go to court its a "rigged" game, they are just like the woman in a divorce court, they can do no wrong and the criminal justice system gives them whatever they want.  period.

two years ago i saw two cops arresting a 14 year old little girl for truancy.  i heard someone screaming "help help me" so i got off the couch and ran outside.  this 300 lb cop has this little girl on the ground and he's screaming at her "stop resisting stop resisting."

ya the schools and the cops have a great business going in my small town, they graduate the kids from high school with $1200-1800 in truancy fines around here.

if that would have been my daughter i would have sued and made sure that guy lost his job.  it ain't just happening in the big cities, the police have been militarized and weaponized against the population.

Your first obligation is to stop the thugs' treason against the girl, which you may not be able to carry out do to legitimate fear of being targeted yourself.

So, failing that, you duty is to at least record the details of the thugs' crimes and their names into your CAAPL list--"Crimes Against the American People List."

Your list, and the lists of other Americans, can then be used to bring these criminals to justice later for their treason.
