Pretty much sums it up... the question is when does the cop turn around and start marching with the people toward the gate?

I understand the protests against police brutality but at what point can you call this racism against white people and an attack on Western civilization's tradition of seeing things logicly and in the right perspective?

These cases are rare and,

Brown was rightly suspected of a strong arm robbery. Brown's DNA was on the gun that killed him. What story can the DNA being on the gun can there be other than brown was trying to handle it? A frame job?

Garner was selling tax free cigarettes. Garner was resisting arrest. Garner was over weight and unhealthy. Garner was way too old to be any of these things.

Fighters against money, power, and the security state need better things to concern themselves with. This reactionary skewing of freak occurrences isn't hurting anyone in power. I see us as Liberia with a few high tech elites in a few years.

There is a understanding Garner was no saint. His health status is like many. There were plainclothofficers on scene. Was this a undercover operation regarding loose selling of cig' or was this a call recieved and uniformed officers responded. If so, why no deployent of OC spray. Is there in fact a policy against chocke holds in NY?

What is wqrong with trying to grab a gun if a rogue cop is trying to kill you with it? Brown's blood on the gun is proof of nothing other than that Wilson pulled his gun on Brown and Brown unsuccessfully tried not to get shot.

Pussies don't like dicks because pussies get fucked by dicks.
But dicks also fuck assholes.
Assholes that just want to shit on everything.
Pussies may think they can deal with assholes their way.
But the only thing that can fuck an asshole is a dick, with some balls.
The problem with dicks is they fuck too much or fuck when it isn't appropriate.
And it takes a pussy to show them that.
But sometimes pussies can be so full of shit that they become assholes themselves.
Because pussies are a inch and half away from assholes.
I don't know much about this crazy crazy world, but I do know this.
If you don't let us fuck this asshole we're going to have our dicks and pussies all covered in shit.

The first Police were called "Dicks" which means bank security. They were commissioned by a Banker; thus the term "Police Commissioner" to protect order aka prevent bank robberies. The only thing that makes a policeman a policeman is a shiny badge which is mostly likely derived from goldsmith's handing them to guys as rewards for their service - in other words, bankers - so let's not forget, police don't work for the government, they work for the bank. They are not subject to the law, they are law "enforcers" key word being force - they force the law on citizens. The citizens must of course consent to this force, but consent is merely a word

There is a crazy quilt of good cops and bad cops in Virginia right now.  Some departments are laid back problem solvers, doing their best to keep otherwise sensible people out of trouble.  Others are Stalinist thugs, who became cops because they always wanted to be bullies.  Not just good cop, bad cop.  Good counties, and places where no one wants to live.

Interesting times.

Virginia sounds a lot like Maryland as far as cops. The state police have always tended towards being paramilitary while the rural county cops were overweight but approachable local yokels. Everything has changed now with towns like Elkton, which is the asshole of the universe, having their usual police academy rejects armed to the teeth with the latest tacti-cool gear. Even with their new toys, it took the county cops 10 hours to clear a fatal accident scene (Harley vs pickup) which required them closing the only road to our community until they managed to finish.

Sat, 12/06/2014 - 18:26 | 5524426 spankfish

Unfortunately Ralph you were the victim of 'accident reconstruction'.  Every fatal accident is reconstructed by the police.  Northwestern University used to be the school where police departments sent their officers for accident reconstruction training and certification (its all about insurance companies), now there are schools all over the country that teach accident reconstruction.

So you got photography, measurements with a rolatape, the usual mayhem and madness with a dead body/bodies, witness statements, collision analysis, skid marks and coefficient of friction, fire trucks, ambos ... etc etc, oh and the usual mental masturbation that goes with police work.  So, to answer your question why did it take 10 hrs?  Don't know, the stat monkey can be very fickle at times.  Enjoy Ceciltucky MD.

Ceciltucky shows you are familiar with the area.  ;-)  This was a simple case of a yahoo we're all familiar with riding his Harley with no shirt or helmet and crossing the center line into the local NAPA parts delivery guy coming the other way. His friend, also on a bike, saw the whole thing happen and said the bike got away from him. I got there minutes after it happened and he was lying in the middle of the road deader than hell.

I've seen the state police clear an accident scene in less than 2 hours with multiple cars and fatalities. These guys appeared to be milking the job for all it was worth.

Unless the police revert to being police, we may see an ugly turn of events where police are targeted in a random manner. The Jewish people of World War II discovered that wealth  meant nothing unless you also controlled the use of force and this is why they ended up where they ended up.

This time round the 1% control the use of force and a compliant judiciary gives them the "respectability" they need.

Their big miscalculation is their hope that there are no more Snowdens in their system. Snowdens that will destroy computers, Snowdens that will assasinate members of the 1% club, Snowdens that will sabotage infrastructure so as to overwhelm the system.

None of this is necessary and is the result of just one miscalculation on their behalf.....that enough is never enough.

You highlight some key points.

After passive resistance, like Stopping Paying, Stopping Playing, and Stopping Obeying, our firearms are our ultimate check on their tyranny. That is why they so badly want to take them.

You mention "systems." I challenge all reading this to start looking at all facets of the criminal governmnet, their goons, and support complex as systems, and systems within a system--"Think in systems."

Many gun and badge thug citadels are getting "tanks." But what are the support and logistic systems needed for fielding such a weapon? Fuel supply, lubes, maintenance, parts, drivers, range, operating times, terrain limitations, infrastructure limitations, blind-spots, turning radius, where parked/stored, etc.?

The Jews declared war on Germany in 1933, but contrary to what was claimed, I find it hard to believe the average Jew that belonged to the 99% did so. It's not so different from most conflicts today. I didn't want war with Iraq or Serbia or Syria. The 1 percenters are the ones that benefit from the war. The 99% have to pay for it.

Calling demonstrations, boycotts and trade embargoes "declaring war" is hyperbole. "Financial war" maybe, but this would sound weaker and not get as many bites. Newspapers of the time didn't act any different than todays clickbaiting press.

There were real reasons why the people at the time united to demonstrate what was going on in Germany, as the article states. "Hitherto the cry has gone up: "Germany is persecuting the Jews." If the present plans are carried out, the Hitlerite cry will be: "The Jews are persecuting Germany.""

Which is exactly how the "Hitlerite" twisted the story in the end.

The roots of all wars are economical or "financial".

The London and New York newspapers, already in 1933 recognizing the value of Bernays' mind control theories and also realizing that German industrial productivity posed serious competitive problems in the British Empire, inflamed and aided those would profit from Germany's destruction in these first shots in the second war.

Agree that it's a precursor to war, but the "nation" was a group of people scattered over the earth at the time. It wasn't a nation, so the declaration of war seems more like headline grabbing of the time.

A nation isn't necessarily a place. It can be "a group of people scattered over the earth". The Ashkenazim have their own languages, Yiddish and Hebrew, that aren't spoken much by non-Jews. A nation is a more accurate description of them than a race or a religion.

The gun and badge thugs' true motto: "Serve treason, and protect tyranny."

An American, not US subject.

Reminder to all gun and badge thugs:

1) The Constitution. IT'S the law.

2) Your oath.

3) Article 3, Section 3. Treason.

4) Principle IV, "Following orders" is NOT a defense, and neither is, "It's the law."

We, the American people, are watching and recording, and you and your family live amongst us.

With respect, but the Constitution has never been unratified. It is still the "Law of the Land."

The largest problem with these "corporatist" arguments is that they undermine the legitimacy of the American people to stand up the to treasonous criminals. They set the American people adrift without a common goal to take back and restore our country and dignity from the treasonous criminals. Frankly, it serves the treasonous criminals.

Even if the many "corporatist" arguments are correct, and they are not, then we can just as easily ignore these legal, but unlawful, treaties and laws, as they can ignore the Constitution.

Embrace the Constitution, with all of its flaws, and demand that they abide by, and honor their oaths to it. Demand to be an American citizen living free under the limited government provided by the Constitution, than a subject, slave of the criminal DC US nation that occupies the American country.

An American, not US subject.

The Constitution was a rich man's document, I hate to say.

The things we all like in it (Bill of Rights) were FORCED to be added afterwards only when the oligarchs of the day realized it wasn't gonna be so easy to steamroll their pet project through all of the States. It was basically a mollification to popular sentiment. I'm sure they would have been just as pleased if they didn't have to make the concession of enummerated rights (or privileges) for the "lower order" as some of them made clear that the new country was already suffering from an "excess of democracy".

Oh and they made damn sure right away that the people knew that this new gov't was not looking out for them. Property ownership was made a condition of voting, or running for office, or almost anything related to the new Governments. This excluded up to some 60% of the voting population in some of the States (which was already small because uhh, oh yeah slaves and bonded servants couldn't vote either). Many who were excluded were themselves veterans of the Revolution. Pretty ironic. Also many Revolutionary veterans who were owed land inducements for serving (which would have made them elligible to vote or run for office), were defrauded of them. Millions of acres of "public lands", through fraud, went to cronies and blood relations of, if not outright to many who either drafted the Constitution, or pushed so heavily for its ratification. The army was called out to crush evil terrorist tax evaders in Pennsylvania in '91 (gotta nip that in the bud). Alien and Sedition Acts...

I could go on but that is probably plenty to chew on. Embrace the Constitution? I used to. But not anymore...

What parts of the Constitution haven't been followed? The Bill of Rights? I repeat, at the time of the Constitution's "drafting", the Bill of Rights was not a part of it. It was only added to ease the bitter public criticism of the whole plan.

As for writing up something better, I don't possess the capacity. I am not wise enough to do it. I admit it. More importantly, I would never presume the authority to create something to constrain and control the lives of others.

The Articles of Confederation look better and better every day.

As far as the voting franchise being limited to male property owners, that isn't in the constitution. Frankly it's a good idea that makes sense, though.

Sun, 12/07/2014 - 15:15 | 5526269 fileandclaw322
fileandclaw322's picture

Well obviously the Articles had some kind of shortcoming. Whether it would be better or worse than the Constitution, I can not speculate.

That the US Constitution lacked the property voting qualification is true enough, it was placed into the State Constitutions... However, many of those who "drafted" the Federal Constitution were significant factors in the State governments where the property qualifications were made to keep people out (Massachusettes is a prominent example).

Whether constricting the vote to property owners is a good idea or not, really depends on how much "freedom" you think there should be...

That's my point. We don't have gates,. We have a very professional and well trained police force. Did I mention that they are very expensive?

We could be turned into Detroit or Camden or Baltimore, but people in neighboring communities are well aware how good our policemen are. That's why we don't have gates, or bars on our windows, yet.

Not really. The article is absurd. The premise is that the UK "might" become a police state, and then all the details of the article highlight how the UK already IS a police state. For crying out loud, they already acknowledge that "thoughtcrime" is real there, they're just not quite sure where it begins and ends.

They are so fucking lost its scary.

nobody is clean in the justice system..judges, lawyers, DA's, down to the street cops. the hard lesson for an honest cop is never be a rat, brothers in blue. many communities (gettos) as an example fear and hate the cops, in the end much like the wall street big heist of 2008, no big criminal goes to jail..a good cop soon learns that the whole system is corrupt. so what do people expect from a corrupt .gov and justice system, why many expect justice..lol

Well it isn't the very corporations you hate, the ones who create jobs, that are your opponent. Perhaps it's that Marxists mash you listen to in school, or the media. Capitalism is NOT your enemy. Capitalism misdirected might be, but not the basics of market driven capitalism.

We want (buy) what we want when it's supplied... and supply & demand does not come from some power asspounding government.

In the words of the great master Obaku, "You are all gobblers of dregs."

Look in the mirror, what do you see?  Envy, greed, dissatisfaction, ignorance.  Society reflects the individual.  The 1% is not the opponent, nor the .01%, if you defeated them you would be just as hollow and empty inside, and you would likely replace them or become them as consequence.

A debt ridden, corrupt, and value depleted society told you what to think and what to value, and you aquiesce...

If you would have a more prosperous society, then individuals must stand up and swim against the stream.  They must live more fully, they must value more deeply, their lives must have more meaning and joy.

I wonder how long time, for clean, brainwashed Americans, takes to understand that sovereignty never belong to so called authorities. The democratic representative system is a scam in itself since it fools people to sign themselves off of democratic process by assigning sovereign rights to RULE to some low life, money hungry punk for 2 years or more.

Every government agency is there for themselves alone, populated by armies of cronies or money interest, with six digit paying, government /civil servants positions passed to their descendants like at the court of King Arthur. For some jobs you have to have grandgrandgrandfather fighting in civil war and in some cases on the side of confederacy alone for Christ sake. State within state, within state... Deep shit state. Do they give a shit about us or serve themselves? Take wild guess.

The same is in local police and other security agencies. They admit themselves that they are like brothers. The fact is they are genetically brothers which should automatically disqualify them from the job because of bias against population. Every cop should look at other cop as a stranger, private citizen and not like brother if we're going to have some justice.

We would be better off if local cops are selected by lottery for, say 3 years, once in lifetime, from whole local population, not able body crap, but even sick or crippled since their authority would not stem from big gun but from his or her understanding of community and arbitrage skill to keep peace as peace officer should. In addition such a cop would not be so fast to kick somebody's ass since in short time he may be in line for ass kick from same guy as new cop. There are millions ways to improve situations but it seems that everybody is brain dead or already sold.

If it is not already abundantly clear, the fact is that unfortunately local militarized cops have been incorporated into government apparatus of repression, extortion and medieval like protection racket under guise of “war on terror”. Local cops with guns, not low life thieving banker coming to evict us from our, already five times overpaid homes, for crimes of ill health or job loss. We would take care of bankers alone in no time ourselves. All of this in service for power hungry elites of lasting continuously over 250 years in US and over 800 years in England unified feudal regime. No other still existing regime in the world lasted that long. Forget American Revolution 1776-1789 R.I.P. We need new American Revolution and install new regime.

Only then we will learn the truth who actually killed Kennedy. I bet it was his wife, and soon after she disposed of rest of his bitches through CIA. It's too early?

In the entire history of the human race, it has almost always been thus. What was the average Roman soldier fighting for? Who was the Praetorian guard protecting? Who was the German soldier of WWII fighting for? How about the Yankee soldiers of the American Civil War? The moneyed elites, bankers, and business tycoons. Individual soldiers may have thought or been indoctrinated to believe they were fighting for something else, but it always comes down to power, wealth, oversized egos, and self-exaltation. The human race has progressed technologically, but in terms of morality, not one iota.
