I'd be cool with the ads if they didn't break the site. That means no fading, no popups, don't force it to load the ads before loading the page, don't use flash ads that lag the browser. Even worse are those ads that have sound, so the browser starts playing shit nobody wants to hear. It makes every site look like MySpace. It's almost like advertisers completely forgot why MySpace died and Facebook lived on. One of them automatically plays songs when you look at a page, the other does not.
The only reason Oil did not collapse in 2009 and end up in the $35 a barrel range is that the Banks were bailed out and immediately poured everything into gouging their way back to prosperity via the commodities complexes.
Get the TBTFunction as branded ( Bank, Insurance Co., whatever ) Banksters banned from speculating and gouging in the commidites markets and deflation will bring the cost of producing energy back into balance with actual demand.
ad block = 15, ABP= 7, both running concurrently.
what adds? :)
rant away bout oil , but sure is nice to be able to get out the gas hogs and do some ripping...
not to mention driving like a gas idiot accelerating needlessly.
guess i know what creates world envy(and disgust)...
We've been bitching about high oil for years now we want to bitch about low oil?
I turned off adblock just to see what the problem is, and the site is completely unreadable with adblock off. The screen fades, there's a big X in the middle of the screen, this text box can't be selected, links can't be clicked, and the page freezes so it's impossible to scroll up or down.
-lol.....
at this rate, next... there will be the anal-isys of CRAP
57 then 46 oil

maybe 35 oil, but that's further out - late 2015 or 2016
In a ZH article about 2 or so years ago, Tyler predicted this commodities scenario developing into deflation. You are making me nervous.
Oh boy, I hope the North Dakota hookers have a decent 401K....
Fuck the Hookers I quit my job and became a whore house piano player after reading zero hedge. What about my retirement?
And Fuck You Ben Yellin!
Fix It Again, I hope the same for the Boatwhores. A friend that's still with my former boat Co. told me last night that the CEO sent out a letter Re Pay-Cuts, and asking for suggestions on cost cutting...
I'm about to send out a resume' that will lead to another career change if it's accepted.
Tylers PLEASE!!! If you are that hard up for cash to run the website...I will pay you just to take this crap OFF the website
He does mean the Ads. Just get AdBlock, make a donation, say 25 or so and no more ads. Not sure why Zero Hedge is moving down in quality and amount of ads but for most of us here there are 0 ads.
Great helpful hint...you or someone else hipped me to Ghostery and adblock.... no muss no fus...Thx bro
What are you not liking about the analysis and news review we are providing? We've tried to provide a comprehensive review of the major factors influencing markets today.
Analysis?
I am still waiting for someone to clarify this theory of peak oil. Those oil fields in SA are already well beyond ther peak and doom according to many testimonies (that I read on websites and such).
Where is all this oil coming from?
Don´t tell me it´s all wrong. What about this theory on C02 and global warming. Next you gonna tell that´s also a screwjob. Right. Right...? Just bought a truck-load of emissary notes off Al Gore. Hey wait a minute...
maybe he means the ads?
Tylers, you guys are just the best money freind a guy can have. Granted, one has to know how to read to not miss the gems that may seem buried among the bear growls.
