Time's Top 10 Photos Of 2014
When it comes to picking it annual "Person of the Year", Time magazine has - over its history - left a little to be desired, although perhaps this year is different, when moments ago Time announced its 2014 award would go to the apolitical "Ebola Fighters." That said, there will as usual be those who are both delighted and disappointed with the choice.
Still, while one can debate Time's decision-making when it comes to condensing the entire year into just one individual, when it comes to picking its 10 top photos of the year, the magazine has had a far better track record.
So here, with far less controversy, are Time's Top 10 Photos of 2014

Never underestimate the power of propaganda.
Hitler made it famous.....Stalin used it.....but we invented it.
Time Magazine = irrelavent MSM propaganda
True, dat.
The Gaza photo is heartening, in a sick sorta way.
"When it comes to picking it annual "Person of the Year", Time magazine has - over its history - left a little to be desired, although perhaps this year is different"
This Time is different. Where have I heard that before...
I can't imagine why they didn't include this one:

Year of the "SELFIE" (featuring a rug muncher) to keep your mind off of Ebola & the police state gone wild.
Hard to call 2014 a banner year.
Photos of dead Palestinian kids in an MSM Zio rag? Wow. Somebody had better gotten fired.
The yellow hazmat suit guys are coming for you. Don't worry, you will already be dead.
I'm sure that little cheap mask will protect him.
"This 1995 study conducted by the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRID), entitled "Lethal experimental infections of rhesus monkeys by aerosolized Ebola virus" clearly warned of Ebola's ability to spread through the air.
The abstract concluded by saying:
(Cached version here:https://archive.today/gQe5S)
In 2010 a study entitled "The survival of filoviruses in liquids, on solid substrates and in a dynamic aerosol" was conducted by the British government's Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Full doc here). The study found that Ebola Zaire can be viable at infectious levels in aerosols for at least an hour and half at temperatures just above freezing. They also discovered that in that same temperature range, Ebola could persist on glass and plastic surfaces for over three weeks and on glass surfaces for at least 50 days. Previous research conducted at FSU had established that Ebola could live on surfaces for at least 6 days.
The fact that temperature plays such a key role in the durability of the virus could have significant implications for containment in colder climates.
Also see this study conducted in 2004 by USAMRID entitled "Marburg and Ebola viruses as aerosol threats." Download the full document here.
Another study conducted in 2012 showed that Ebola was able to travel between pigs and monkeys that were in separate cages and were never placed in direct contact.
One of the scientists involved, Dr. Gary Kobinger, from the National Microbiology Laboratory at the Public Health Agency of Canada, told BBC News that he believed that the infection was spread through large droplets that were suspended in the air.
Here is the original Canadian study that the BBC was referencing.
The website of the Public Health Agency of Canada made a statement dating back to at least October 28th 2011 which also confirmed that Ebola was capable of spreading through the air. The page stated that "1 - 10 aerosolized organisms are sufficient to cause infection in humans". They also stated that "In the laboratory, infection through small-particle aerosols has been demonstrated in primates, and airborne spread among humans is strongly suspected". (Secondary cached version here)
The Canadian government stood by that statement for three years, but for reason they changed the page sometime between August 22nd and August 27th of 2014 and they remove the references to airborne spread among humans. Fortunately Archive.org has multiple cached versions of the page.
We also have this article from CIDRAP (The Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy) which states the following:
Interestingly Ebola's ability to spread through the air has also attracted the interest of the U.S. military. This article from the Army Times confirms this.
Personally, I don't think anything from this propaganda rag is worthy of ZH. Even the pictures. C'mon, Tyler(s), you can do better.
Yeah only one picture really stood out to me, the Ferguson one. If that one doesn't depict the militarization of the police in the USA, nothing will.
The rest are all meh. Person of the year? Ebola isn't a person!
No is not a person, Ebola is something the sociopaths conjured up at Ft. Detrick sometime back.
Obviously they've not seen the pictures of the train with people hanging all over the outside of it.
Or the "gold-woven shirt" guy from India with the gold chains to match.
I'm only awaiting one picture at this point, honestly- the "Deer in Headlights". Feels like it's going to make an appearance sometime in the next few months.
Surprised all those photos from Bundys Ranch didn't make it. That was the story of the year and no one will dare mention it... Wonder why? Oh right! ;)
When the BLS agents heard the sniper that trained them had a scope on them.....they bugged out pretty damn quick.
Just cause you don't hear anything is happening.....never assume it isn't
>> Wonder why?
Cretin please. Because they'd only be of interest to a fringe few.
It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.
Samuel Adams
No I did not junk you. Your entitled to your "Gruberish" opinion.
Really, it's Time magazine for god's sake, not the NRA Gazette. Bundy's OK Korral isn't Time Magazine material. Like I said, I'm not a Time reader but consider the source of the rating.
Bunkerville is much more important than Ferguson. In Bunkerville, the militarized, federalized police were held off by ARMED CITIZENS who stood up firmly but peacefully, for their rights. And they WON.
Why is Bunkerville not mentioned? Because everyone there was WHITE. They didn't riot and loot and make idiots out of themselves. They didn't burn police cars. They simply, calmly POINTED THEIR GUNS AT THE POLICE and said, "YOUR TYRANNY STOPS HERE."
And the police backed off.
In Ferguson, they rioted, looted, made themselves look like orangutangs, and never once did they relinquish their victomhood status. The result: They actually lost MORE freedom.
White Mormon rednecks don't fit the propaganda as well as urban Communist Blacks. That's the reason Bunkervile isn't in the news.
I like it! Good reasoning and descriptive phrases on the race divide. A-!
Surprised all 10 pictures weren't
of various "racial victims". What
happened to this country?
I was expecting the clipboard. I must be jaded.
Nice photos, but still a totally shitty rag
one incurs much brain damage from reading Time.
Great photos. I can't comment on Time as I don't read it but some freelancer photos being published there certainly doens't detract from the photos.
Most photos are staged.....only trust those with supporting video.
The further one is from an event, the more work is required to establish its credulity.
I liken it to the inverse square law in nature.
>> are staged.
How do you stage a hail storm? If that dead African boy was pretending he's got rigor mortis down pat.
Both good points, IMO. In support of both of you: go back and watch the video of the Donetsk "rebel" holding up the teddy bear, after "looting" the site of MH17. Then look at the pictures and accompanying press, if this does not open your eyes, nothing will.
Yet, the poor Palestinian child in the foreground certainly seems to have been murdered in the picture above.
Quite frankly, its just fucked up on every level.
Of course an advertisement for Samsung (Ellen Degenerate photo) would be included in the Leviathian's top pictures of the year.
Product placement anyone?

After that, here's a 51 photo antidote:

Nice.
Amazing. Thanks for that link!
excellent stuff. thanks...
I like the one of the Hollywood douchebags crowding in for their "happy moment".... fits right in w/ the kid being hauled off in Liberia?!?
seriously... Fuck off Time.
I must live in a parallel universe. I have no idea who any of those people are and if it wasn't noted Ellen was in the photo I might not even have guessed that. It's no wonder I no longer fit into the current societal paradigm. I could give a rats ass about elevating to celestial heights people who do nothing of import.
fake fucking bullshit.
So it's not obummer? I guess he hooked it.
I was thinking Putin, everyone loves him this year...
I suppose he has too many already.
And half of them depict the results, directly or indirectly, of USA's war against terror.
Quite a feat.
For the Orwell file
'War against terror' = 'War of terror'
"We support your war of terror."

No beheadings?
I really like that boatload of soon to be European diversity.
That should improve things considerably.
Ellen Degeneres...
"How do you like my Paul Krugman clone I made in the basement?"
Was wondering why the fuck that pic is even in there. You couldn't ask for a less significant pic to classify as top ten.
Seriously, who gives a flying fuck about anyone in THAT pic?
Nothing but a bunch of overpaid nozzle heads, each with a mini agenda that they feel entitled to parrot from the roof top.
A picture of the shit I just laid in the toilet has more meaning....
I disagree. Illuminati puppets are very relevant in today's society, more than you know. They push the agenda and the propaganda. Have you watched a music video lately? very disturbing, all of them, full of symbols of the illuminati, the pyramid hand sign, baphomet, 666, the eye, etc. Hollywood and the fashion industry are promoting the NWO and they are making marshall law look cool and sexy. Teaching our kids to be hypersexual and that they can't rely on their families for anything. Very very relevant.
Good job Hollyweird. We love you.
It's called parenting, and there is a sad lack of it in this day and age.
Agree with your points listed, some subtle and some so in your face it's a small wonder more people don't wake up to what is going on. Even some of the players that claim to be "christian" are caught up in it.
Is your mind a sieve? Are you so easily swayed?
Someone makes a gesture, I don't care. does not affect my life, thinking or values.
You assume much, all errant, such as a simple hand gesture can brainwash people.
Obviously if I recognize it I am not easily swayed. The issue is they start with kids, and they are easily swayed, if their parents aren't vigilant. There are a lot of ignorant parents out there, many of them with brains like sieves. Disney is the worst of all, yet everyone believes disney is wholesome fun. It does brainwash people and desensitizes them, especially kids. I see teenagers walking down the street with clothes and backpacks full of pentograms and baphomets. They are obviously being swayed. I'm not talking about you or I, I'm talking about the masses. In particular my point was that these hollywood actors and musicians deserve to be on this Time list because they are a huge part of the current agenda.

Yawn
I expected the teleprompter.
Are they sure they found the best 2014 photo of Jennifer Lawrence?
That picture of lake oroville in California is no joke. I live 30 minutes away and wow. It's not entirely due to the drought as our dear leaders have sold most of northern Californians water to those parasites who live in the middle of a fucking dessert and expect us to supply them with their water. Redistribution of other peoples property or resources always fails. If all of Socal dried up and went away I would throw a fucking party.
No to mention most of our problems concerning ILLEGALS would get fixed right quick.
TIME is for people that can't think. LIFE is for people that can't read.
Thank you sir, may I have another?
