Yes they do and Venezuela supplies about half of Cuba's oil...in trade for doctors. Let that sink in for a minute, doctors (people) traded like a commodity, for oil by the Cuban state. It may be practical for both governments but its an inherently evil arrangment and while those doctors do good work for the poor in Venezuela, the practice is warped.
Now for the shocker from me, the embargo JFK established should be lifted in my opinion, socialists & communists in power really don't care how many of "their people" get hurt by it, we've seen this throughout history.
