Silver on sale, and this is somehow a bad thing? If it were allowed to soar to natural levels, no one would be able to afford it.

I think they have been trying to make silver a commodity rather than a monetary metal for a long time. I don't know why, but that's what it looks like to me.
I'm sure they have their reasons, all of them nefarious.

Those that plunder via "printed" fiat cannot have their victims be able to hedge away the thefts via real money, gold and silver, and undermine the value of their schemes. They need their victims securely fastened with fiat yoke to their debt plow.
