I don't see the problem here.  Password is more than 8 characters, has a combination of upper and lowercase letters and uses some numbers?  I'm sure the password requirements force the user to change their password every 90 days, so next month the sticky note will be a different password, thus forcing the hacker to have to turn over the keyboard again in 90 days.  So again, where is the problem?

it is actually like that here at the USAF. We have so many different, non-interlaced systems that my list of usernames and passwords for them is actually 2 typed pages long. Can't possibly remember them, and since they expire and must be changed so frequently no real point.
That which is supposed to make things more secure actually works towards the opposite.

Naw.

The I.S.I.S./I.S,I.L/I.S. got in because the user was plugged in to that Chinese-made Logitec mouse with the 'crescent moon' on it. Obviously, the Israeli Secret Intelligence Service has deep plants within one of the factories in C.O.S.C.O. China (the 'crescent moon' was a SECRET SYMBOL of the chip built in to the device that hacked the CENTCOM TWAT-TWITTER accounts when 'Bagdad-Al-Daddy-o' sent the secret signal by pressing a button on his purebred Persian cat's necklace).

Don't feel bad. I got a down arrow the other day for pointing out that it would take 20,000 Lb of some graphine ultracapacitor someone had a hard on over, to replace 1000 Lb of Li Ion battery. Maybe they missed this as I left the multiplying by 20 part for them to do.

I also like old Bond movies.

Making Conspiracy Theory jokes is so 1990s.

With all of these conspiracies becoming facts by the day, it's the "skeptics" that cling on to official stories that are the butt of the jokes nowadays.

It's gonna be a pure-bred BITCH when they are forced to start pumping that saline water from the 'Great Salt Lake' into their cooling pumps. I suppose the Saudis will re-sell them the technology to 'de-salinate' the water, though. Maybe Jeb and Junior and Papa will have to move there to coordinate the next 'influx' of immigrants from the 'Middle East'.

The FBI has a big barrel of names at their lair, HQ, that they'll spin, and then select a name from. The lucky name will be the winner of the CENTCOM frame-up award.

He'll get to hide overnight in a boat, have his friends killed while being questioned, and then stuck in a hole for the next 30 years.

Congrats to whomever the lucky winner is.

I happen to be privy to the highly secretive process of determining the perpetrators behind a given attack and although I cannot divluge all of the dynamics it does include a large 60' pie chart with all of the different terror cells around the world painted on the floor of a large room deep in an underground bunker and a beheaded chicken.

Does burning a 20' tall owl in effigy (the 'Ceamation Of Care') along with having gay sex in a casket, throwing darts, and spinning a 'draedel' work into the equation; or is it up to Milton Bradley to provide an updated version of 'The Magic 8-Ball'; complete with 5-year-old sex slaves?

They already have 10,000 'troops' deployed in Paris, you know.

It's turning out a lot of the documents released were actually already public and/or screencaps from other sites, like FAS. So one side or the other tried really hard to give the illusion of serious hack, but the reality is far from it.

NO, REALLY?

'CENTCOM' always uses 'TWITTER' feeds to inform all the 'warfighters' about classified MILITARY operations (@MILOPS) and shit!

(hashtag centcom milops twitter feeds offline: confidence is high!)

OH...

YOU were talking about U.S. CENTRAL COMMAND!

If you're worried, telephone Cheyenne Mountain, Omaha, or Langley. They still use Windows XP (or Windows '95), so Twitter crap won't download (unless they have individually updated to Windows Service Pack One at their stations, in order to download the live streaming child porn that they like so well). Use a 'land-line' though. Enter the password code 'U.S.S. Liberty'. If they ask for a pass-phrase, say 'His head could be seen moving violently forward and to the right'.

What was that again? I CUNT HEAR you.

You raise an interesting point. Markets like that should be the first and only choice of any hacker wanting to really hurt the western system. Is their security really that good? I don't think so.

I think the markets are just so completly rigged and fixed that hacking has no effect. If market forces can't move the prices than neither can a hacker. It's no wonder the system hasn't crashed repeatedly when everyone who sees the fundamentals knows it should have.
