FBI Counter-Terrorism Expert: ISIS Likely Did NOT Hack Centcom … Anonymous Collective: Centcom Hackers Were In MARYLAND

George Washington's picture

Centcom's Twitter and Youtube accounts were allegedly hacked by ISIS yesterday.

But former high-level FBI counter-terrorism agent Ali Soufan tweets, "I doubt they are ISIS... ISIS never calls themselves ISIS".

He explains:

They call themselves Islamic State. ISIS/ISIL is a term used before declaring state.

And:

They declared themselves as Islamic State & actually kill people who call them otherwise.

And the hacker collective Anonymous claims that the hack originated in Maryland, not the Middle East. And see this.

Is this a digital false flag?

Postscript: Was the Sony hack?

Comprehensive layering of false flags attacks, designed to build consensus for full scale NATO war against ISIS.

Final false flag events yet to come, they will be mass casualty events in EU and US.

Their purpose will be to install martial law, with the EU taking orders from NATO, and military commissions being set up across the US to facilitate large-scale internments.

False Flag? Dr. Paul Craig Roberts Spotlights Key Questions In Latest Article: “Charlie Hebdo”

TND Guest Contributor:  Dr. Paul Craig Roberts

The Charlie Hebdo affair has many of the characteristics of a false flag operation. The attack on the cartoonists’ office was a disciplined professional attack of the kind associated with highly trained special forces; yet the suspects who were later corralled and killed seemed bumbling and unprofessional. It is like two different sets of people.

Usually Muslim terrorists are prepared to die in the attack; yet the two professionals who hit Charlie Hebdo were determined to escape and succeeded, an amazing feat. Their identity was allegedly established by the claim that they conveniently left for the authorities their ID in the getaway car. Such a mistake is inconsistent with the professionalism of the attack and reminds me of the undamaged passport found miraculously among the ruins of the two WTC towers that served to establish the identity of the alleged 9/11 hijackers.

It is a plausible inference that the ID left behind in the getaway car was the ID of the two Kouachi brothers, convenient patsies, later killed by police, and from whom we will never hear anything, and not the ID of the professionals who attacked Charlie Hebdo. An important fact that supports this inference is the report that the third suspect in the attack, Hamyd Mourad, the alleged driver of the getaway car, when seeing his name circulating on social media as a suspect realized the danger he was in and quickly turned himself into the police for protection against being murdered by security forces as a terrorist.

Hamyd Mourad says he has an iron-clad alibi. If so, this makes him the despoiler of a false flag attack. Authorities will have to say that despite being wrong about Mourad, they were right about the Kouachi brothers. Alternatively, Mourad could be coerced or tortured into some sort of confession that supports the official story. https://www.intellihub.com/18-year-old-charlie-hebdo-suspect-surrenders-police-claims-alibi/

The American and European media have ignored the fact that Mourad turned himself in for protection from being killed as a terrorist as he has an alibi. I googled Hamid Mourad and all I found (January 12) was the main US and European media reporting that the third suspect had turned himself in. The reason for his surrender was left out of the reports. The news was reported in a way that gave credence to the accusation that the suspect who turned himself in was part of the attack on Charlie Hebdo. Not a single US mainstream media source reported that the alleged suspect turned himself in because he has an ironclad alibi.

Through terrifying headlines and shocking videos, ISIS is being used as a tool to justify war in the Middle East and to cause fear and panic worldwide. No, this is not a “crazy conspiracy theory”, it is simply the oldest trick in the book. ISIS was created by the very forces that are fighting it.

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Twitter account hacked by ISIS hacker Posted on January 12, 2015January 12, 2015

A twitter handle claiming its affiliation with ISIS/ISIL group has hacked the official Twitter account of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) about an hour ago.

The hacker has started posting Islamic prayers and ‘Pentagon hacked’ tweets after taking over the CENTCOM twitter handle. The handle currently has 110k followers. Remember this is the same hacker who previously hacked US local TV station and Albuquerque Journal twitter accounts.

Currently there are number of tweets posted by the hacker through U.S. Central Command‘s @CENTCOM Twitter account with attachments which hacker claims are the secret documents he got through the hacked twitter account:

Some of the tweets can be read below:

The hacker defaced CENTCOM account with a banner and profile picture of his own.

Hacker claims ISIS is already in U.S. military bases and PCs.

A threatening message with an attached document which according to hacker is a highly confidential document he acquired from the hacked CENTCOM account.

Hacker posting a tweet claiming Pentagon Networks hacked with yet another attachment. This time it’s related to China.

Hacker posting a tweet claiming Pentagon Networks hacked with yet another attachment. This time it’s related to Korea.

This tweet has a Pastebin link which further leads do several download links. Hacker claims the leaked documents belong to inside U.S. Army files and war scenario.

The area of responsibility of United States Central Command  includes countries in the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia, most notably Afghanistan and Iraq. USCENTCOM (also called CENTCOM) has been the main American presence in many military operations, including the Persian Gulf War, the War in Afghanistan (2001–present), and the Iraq War. Forces from CENTCOM currently are deployed primarily in Iraq and Afghanistan in combat roles and have bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Pakistan, and central Asia in support roles.

CENTCOM forces have also been deployed in Jordan, and Saudi Arabia in the past, and although there is a small presence remaining in each of those countries, no substantial U.S. forces are based there as of 2009, according to WikiPedia.

While writing this article we noticed Twitter has acknowledged the hack and suspended the hacked CENTCOM’s account.

We will update the article with more info soon!

Maryland because that's where WBOC-TV is located?  Seems like this publicist for Anonymous is trying to protect the folks in Duke City who hacked the Albuquerque Journal website and Twitter feeds last Christmas Eve with a brazen encore less than two weeks later to show it was not a one-off lucky fluke.  WBOC-TV and the ABQ Journal were warmups and hopefully this group is taking precautions because if I can figure out they're here, the FBI should be able to do the same.

What with the news last night that Kari Brandenburg city DA is bringing murder charges against the two cops who killed Michael Boyd last March in the Foothills for his illegal campinmg and brandishing a knife at a huge posse of cops when all he kept saying is "leave me alone" the combination of our local hackers being in the news with four successful hacks (Journal redux, WBOC-TV, and now USCENTCOM) one the one side and the other is our city DA charging our cops with murder.  Land of Enchantment is a nice place to be.

Hey there.  My next-door neighbor works for Kari Brandenburg.  Probable cause not in dispute.  If Brandenburg is disqualified someone else will bring the charges and then the next debate might be over change of venue.  But it seem no doubt here's gonna be a trial, and if it's not Metro Court because of Brandenburg paying restitution to her son's burglary victims it'll be state district court.   Both of them are downtown, so yeah i'll be downtown.

There is no chance in hell that those cops will get off scot free.  I really doubt they'll be charged with murder but manslaughter or aggravated battery would put them in the state pen and they'll never again carry a badge much less a gun.

I'm much more interested in what happens inside the courtroom than out on the streets.

It likely won't be.  APD is basically accusing Brandenburg of bribing a witness to get her son off the hook for some criminal charges, and Brandenburg is claiming that APD started doing this at about the same time it was clear that she was leaning towards prosecution.  Neither side is trustworthy, so I really don't know what to believe, but it is muddying the waters in a country where cops rarely get convicted even when it is obvious that they broke the law.  In this particular case, even if it does make it to a jury, they're going to say "But we're cops, and he had a knife!  Who are you going to turn to if all the cops are in jail when your daughter is being threatened!"

Problem is confusion about this "witness" also being the "victim."  Don't believe anything you read about it in the ABQ Journal because because they're all political BS.  My take on it is that her son seems to have been accused of stealing something from people he knew and his mommy the DA foolishly tried to broker a deal to handle it outside of court with she calling it restitution to resolve an honest dispute between friends.  She was definitely stupid to offer money to the victim but her first explanation used the word restitution and they've stopped talking about it out of court.  I guess one man's restitution could be another man's bribe.  But if the witness is also the victim it gets muddy real fast.

Like the county sheriff here the city DA is an elected office.
