W.'s involvement in the CIA, his leading charge to NAFTA, etc. More fascinating are the crimes of Prescott Bush, who helped finance the Nazis and helped Hitler rise to power. It wasnt until 1942 when Prescott's assets were seized did he finally stop financing and supporting the Nazis. Of course he was never prosecuted. Well, Comte has touched on something here, aside from his misreading of the founding documents in toto and frankly I'm surprised my comment didn't stir a more rational response on taxation from ZH readers.
What His Highness (zerobama) will propose among other things is tax credits, the hidden premise of course is, YOUR MONEY (you worthless serfs) belongs to the state and Him not you.
A tax credit is NOT a tax cut...lets just go ahead and get that out of the way. It is an "incentive" to do as His Royal Majesty and His Court directs you to do or they will keep that portion of your wages that you worked for.
It is NOT a reformation of the tax code. It is NOT an abolition of the IRS. It is NOT elimination of layers upon layers of bureacratic dead weight, it is just the opposite.

Indeed, I have a very low opinion of what is called "the law" these days, Admiralty or otherwise.
If law is going to be (as it often is) unjust, unequal, unfair, arbitrary and enforced (or not) by the hired thugs of the state it has ceased to be any law to be respected by the common man and we can just go ahead and form up groups of combatants and get on with it.

I've long accepted that he may have been born in Hawaii to a Kenyan father. Children born to Kenyans in 1961 were automatically given British citizenship. A dual citizenship. Not acceptable as President by the U.S. Constitution.

There are several groups attempting to make this happen. The plebs will have to be on constant alert and keep their crosshairs trained on their state legislators heads to make sure that the elites do not hijack this process.

Under putative President Obama there is no United States. It was ended by the installation of an illegal non natural born Citizen who was born British of a British subject Kenyan father (and is probably still British). Barack Obama Sr. was "an improper ascendant" (See Federalist 68), and Hussein Obama was born with the improper influence of a foreign father (and he told you so in Dreams FROM MY FATHER).
There is no "law" or "Constitution" when the executor of the laws is an illegal entity. It's right in front of your face.

Rubio is one of my senators. I wrote to him and said he and Cruz should jointly propose a Constitutional amendment changing the requirements for the presidency to allow for a person having only one parent being a US citizen at the time of birth. I never got an answer on that one, perhaps because Rubio might still not qualify. But at least it would be interesting to see if the MSM said anything about it.
All of the president, the congress and the senate govern at the discretion of the people under the auspices of the constitution and the bill of rights. They have no right to govern without the powers granted to them by these documents.
The same is true in the UK BTW. The crown governs only with the permission of the people, and parliament is the crown's tool for managing the process.
