Russia Slams US/NATO Attempts To Draw It Into Military Conflict With Ukraine
NATO's Jens Stoltenberg unleashed the latest tirade against Russia this morning proclaiming - though offering no proof - that there are Russian forces and heavy equipment in Ukraine and a high number of Russian forces on the border which "doesn't contribute to a peaceful solution." Apparently pre-empting this outburst, Pravda reports Anatoly Tsyganok, director of the Military Forecasting Centre, exclaims, "Ukraine reiterates that Russia is in the war, but it's not true," adding that in fact "the USA and the NATO have artificial satellites continuously circulating above this territory and control the situation," concluding with a jab at The US & NATO that "Russia has never participated in the military conflict. And no attempt to involve Russia in the conflict will be crowned with success."
Putin offered a peace plan but it was rejected...As Reuters reports,
Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko rejected a peace plan proposed to him last week by his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Sunday evening, according to Russian media.
Peskov said the plan, contained in a letter sent by Putin on Thursday evening, proposed a ceasefire by both government forces and separatist militiamen in southeastern Ukraine, as well as the withdrawal of heavy artillery by both sides.
"In recent days, Russia has consistently undertaken efforts as an intermediary in regulating the conflict," Peskov said in comments quoted by the ITAR TASS news agency.
"In particular, on Thursday night a written address was sent by the president of Russia to the president of Ukraine, in which a concrete plan was proposed to both sides in the conflict to withdraw heavy artillery."
A copy of the letter was published by the Russian television channel NTV. In it, Putin proposed "urgent measures for the cessation of mutual shelling, and also the rapid withdrawal by the sides in the conflict of means of destruction with a caliber higher than 100 mm".

Putin sought to burnish his peacemaking credentials last week by proposing a ceasefire to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko under which the sides would withdraw heavy artillery.
The proposal was seen by Kiev as an attempt to evade some parts of the Minsk agreement, cement rebel territorial gains and disguise the fact that Putin has no real peace plan.
"If Putin really wanted peace in east Ukraine, he would have only one 'peace plan', Boris Vishnevsky, an opposition member of the St Petersburg local assembly, wrote in a blog.
"A peace plan is very simple. If Putin does not propose one, it means he does not need peace."

But Russia responds, via Pravda,
Vladimir Putin reportedly put forward a new heavy artillery withdrawal plan to Petro Poroshenko. Kiev rejected it, but did not propose anything instead. Later Ukrainian authorities suggested that Moscow should sign a schedule for the implementation of the Minsk agreements. That is, the same thing is suggested but from different positions. Anatoly Tsyganok, director of the Military Forecasting Centre, a candidate of military sciences and an associate of the Academy of Military Sciences, explained in an interview to Pravda.Ru whether there was a way out.
"Ukraine reiterates that Russia is in the war, but it's not true. Yes, there are certain specialists and weaponry, but Russia is not participating. If we take a closer look, the weaponry acquired by volunteer corps had been originally purchased through one oligarch. Weaponry was not only seized in battles. Not far from Donetsk there is a heavy equipment depot with around 400 tanks and 200 armoured personnel carriers. Ukraine repeats that Russia brings its troops, but in fact the USA and the NATO have artificial satellites continuously circulating above this territory and control the situation. These borders are also controlled by unmanned aerial vehicles," Anatoly Tsyganok observed.
As the expert said in the conversation with a Pravda.Ru correspondent, whereas in summer the OSCE's attitude to this situation was somewhat indistinct, now the OSCE clearly claims that Russia is violating all international agreements.
"Agreements that Ukraine is trying to thrust on Russia are unrealizable because Russia has never participated in the military conflict. And no attempt to involve Russia in the conflict will be crowned with success," Anatoly Tsyganok stressed.

Poland provides much of the vast number of artillery shells and rockets that pound Donetsk and other Donbass cities. Yet Poland screams that they are being threatened by Russia. Ukraine could not fight today without Polish Ammunition and American money. Nobody can argue otherwise, unless they choose to ignore the facts. Train loads of tanks, APCs, IFVs and artillery tubes and shells daily arrive in Ukraine from NATO's east European members, Poland being number one. YET, Washington crys a river over Russian air to Donbass.
All this war was created in Washington DC by the zionists and their neoconservative congress. They started the war, they just don't like how it is turning out. This reminds me of one of the best pre-internet conspiracy theories to ever be forgotten, Latina Lover. It was back in the bulletin board and 'zine days of Ronald Reagan and the Soviet Union. Everyone remembers the hard-on Regan had for the USSR. He kind of wanted to finish them off at the end of his term, but couldn't find a good enough excuse to mix it up with them. Story goes that he figured sabotaging one of their nuke plants would cause plenty of chaos in Moscow, be financially devastating and generate plenty of bad PR for the commies to boot.
The U.S. spooks couldn't get near anything inside Russia or Ukraine - lots of security and all. Chernobyl - on the other hand - was both easy and conveniently close to Kiev, the capital of the Ukraine Soviet Socialist Republic at the time. The U.S. interest in overthrowing the government in Kiev for a more U.S.-friendly one is nothing new at all - it's a retread color revolution. Emptying and baking Kiev with Chernobyl radiation would create lots of freedomizing / democratizalation opportunity for the U.S. there - at least in Reagan's mind. The plan went south when the winds didn't cooperate. The U.S. panicked when the radioactive cloud threatened to blow over Europe and it was the U.S. that was responsible for cloud-seeding and irradiating the unfortunate people in Gomel with the wash-out. I believe the colonel had died shortly after this testimony - some kind of unfortunate nail-gun accident. The MSM wasn't too interested in this theory at the time. If you look at the history of the Chernobyl plant, it was a pretty well brand new reactor, with the town being built around the plant. Having worked in Nuc.Med I had an interest in the events, so read the "Official" IAEA report (available via the IAEA website still, in case you're interested - http://www.iaea.org/newscenter/focus ). LOTS of information that "didn't quite add up" at the time.
In later years I was able to visit Kiev / Pripyat with relatives, and it was "interesting" to hear the views of pretty well-informed locals on the matter. I was still very much "West is Best" incotrinated in those days, so I tended to dismiss these views as "propaganda". Fast forward to today, and in view of the vast swathes of (very effective) dis-information spread by "The West" to support Western belligerence and financial hegemony, I'm now "not so sure" - at all.
Have NO doubt that Russia KNOWS what happened, and that knowledge WILL be used for maximum effect, when the time is right, "revenge being a dish best served cold"!
There was what seems to be a large radiation release from Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant at the end of November. That was the reactor trip they covered up for five days before officially admitting anything happened. The interesting thing about the release is the path it traveled: most of the radioactive plume traveled East-Northeast (directly over the Donbass) into Russia, turned North (towards Moscow) and was eventually carried Westward towards Scandinavia by the jet stream.
That isn't the prevailing wind pattern there, but is pretty typical of winter winds. The U.S. is fond of re-using false flags if they seemed to work before. Now I'm not suggesting whatever they're hiding about November was part of any false flag. Plenty of other good reasons for that. But...
Say the U.S. and Israel wanted to create political instability in Russia, further damage their economy and 'punish' them for preventing the ZATO-led ethnic cleansing in Ukraine. Get some Blackwater/Xe thugs or Mossad serial-killers to lob a few Russian 82mm mortars into one of the reactor buildings or the spent fuel storage yard of Zaporozhye. Meltdown, fuel fires, etc. with plenty of radiation release. Get the Ukraine and ZATO propaganda machines to immediately blame 'Russian-backed' separatists (because 'Russian-backed' = twice as evil) for the attack. Supplement those claims with plenty of MS Paint marked-up Google maps to fool any skeptical plebes. Chopper Wolf Blitzer over there and have him do useless CNN live reports in a radiation suit blaming Russia.
In the mean time, the radioactive plume is busy baking those same 'Russian-backed' separatists in Donbass and their children. That's before the plume moves into Russia and over Moscow, causing mass panic and public outrage. Putin is pissed enough to invade Ukraine - just like ZATO wants. Schemes the U.S. has to replace Putin and retain Russia under Western central bank control get started during the chaos. In the mean time, Westinghouse-Toshiba, Shaw, Bechtel, URS and the rest of the nuclear contracting whores start lining up at the trough for the clean-up feeding frenzy, courtesy: my tax dollars.
ZATO Best-case result: Putin drawn into prolonged proxy war with U.S. and ZATO stooges in Ukraine, bleeding Russia and providing plenty of future justification for 'defending' against a strong Russia. Maybe even invade Crimea and force those stinkin' rebels back on their knees, subservient to their proper masters in the Kiev junta. Eventually, Putin ousted by more obedient Western boot-licking Russian leader.
ZATO Acceptable result: Turn large swaths of Donbass into Chernobyl-style prohibited zones with radiation, effectively permanently depopulating them (instant ethnic cleansing). No pesky residents means Biden's son can get to work fracking the crap out of the Donbass to recover shale gas. 10x as expensive as Russian gas, but (important part) it's not Russian.
Most probable result: Another colossal screw-up by the U.S., destroying Zaporozhye and killing several thousand residents and depopulating Enerhodar city. ZATO launches a thorough investigation (= 'it was Russia's fault'). Dnieper and its reservoirs all the way to the Black Sea are poisoned forever. Putin doesn't take the bait, Ukraine is left to clean itself up = U.S. taxpayers are left to clean up the mess. The nuclear industry struggles to deny a few decades worth of deformed Ukrainian babies and blames it on alcoholism, poor nutrition and lack of exercise. Shell gets their fracked shale gas, but dead Ukrainians prove to be poor customers - Shell ends up selling unneeded gas to Gazprom for pennies on the dollar. Monsanto pulls out of Ukraine because GMO crops do poorly in irradiated soil and don't like fracking waste-water for irrigation, plus dead Ukrainians don't eat much.
Of course, this is all just tin-foil-hat, buildings falling at free-fall speed speculation. The U.S. couldn't possibly be that evil, could it?

I've been through Ukraine numerous times and am aware of the problems. When I heard about 5 years ago that Liev was going to make Ukrainian the only national language I 'knew' this would leave to bloodshed.

Here's a hint: it doesn't. Criticism of the West for its meddling in Ukraine does not equal love for Putin or Russia, but that's the standard way to slander anyone who dares to question the West's official narrative of events. If/When NATO enters it will take out the heavy weapons of EUk and then maintain air support while using the killers from WUk to do the final butchering. EUk will begin to resemble Iraq at that point, except the people in northeast Uk will be wiped out so their land can be taken. Crimea will then have Russia's enemies at it's borders and will become a burden on Russia. Russia will have NATO miitary along it's Uk borders and north. Covert groups will create a nomans land along that border.
With this latest announcement from Russia/Putin you can put to rest the idea that Russia will ever act to protect another country. There is no latest redrawn red line (after the others have been already crossed).
