I think this is where you have crossed the line. I think it's you're best work ever. Congratulations! I certainly hope you're in a safe place. Too much truth in your pictures.
Looks like Greece might default.
They did so several years ago. It's just nobody is willing to acknowledge it.
<If a Greece defaults in the woods and nobody acknowledges it, did it really happen?>

This Germany couple's upset
The Weimar they'd like to forget
They both are annoyed
QE's been deployed
They're now on the hook for more debt

as uaual william, You are quite a great digital artist and comedian.

You see, in Weimar Germany, the so called degenerates, were all the lost souls suffering in a grotesque theater out on the street. The artists depicted this and their art was later labelled degenerate by the Nazis.
As we all know, this time around the real social degenerates, are busy celebrating up in Davos where no one with an empty wallet is allowed to go. They are hiding up there congratulating themselves on a global uber swindle well done.
And any artist who goes up there to indulge in that vulgar propagandafest is a complete sellout and deserves to be shunned by the people.
Think about this when you read today's post referring to female Greek doctors prostituting their bodies to put food on the table for their children.
If you want to read more about the images of the Weimar period, the book: Voluptuous Panic
I already have grey in my beard but there is a generation of children coming that are going to be pain in the ass to any authority. I don't know what my children's generation will be called but Gen X were their parents and that will be a problem for the "authorities".
i will agree. maybe too many trophies even when finishing in last place....
i am still in love with Perla Battala.....

And Jane came by with a lock of your hair

One day we will have a call to action.
One day...we will in fact make that difference rather than be that difference.
If the Finance Industry in New York City moves out you could probably buy Manhattan for 24 one dollar gold coins.
Bravo! A great collection.
Keep up the good work with Christine La Guarde. Nice work Billy.;-)
That is a nice melody by Warnes. I'll listen to that one again.
On a positive note for a change our fourth-grade daughter is reading at an eight grade level and now she wants more challenging reading. She took my copy of "Where the Red Fern Grows" unbeknowst to me and read that in two days. Not that it is masterpiece of anything but it is still above fourth grade level. She want s more now. So I went digging through the closet to see what I have that she could and I low and behold I found a copy of "Lord Of The Flies" and gave that to her to read. She wanted to read the book she had seen reading reading recently with was Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury. I think she get's a little big for her britches and I explained it is not easy reading but I gave the book any and she brought book to stating that, "Dad, I don't understand. It does not make any sense" I said, "That is because it is one of the toughest reads there is in all of literature but one day you will be able to read it. Don't be frustrated. The title of the book is taken from Shakepeare's Macbeth Soliloquy but you have not read Shakespeare yet." I proceeded to recite the soliloqoy from memory.
Children are interesting and they ask questions that you might not expect or have an answer to, "Dad, has anyone ever read all of the books that were ever made?". I have never been asked that question. "I would say no and that it is impossible to read all of the books that have ever been published because of time. Many books are not worth reading anyway.", was my only response.
As it turns out I am a bit of book hoarder. Mrs. M asked "Why do you have four copies of "For Whom The Bell Tolls?". Why not? I think one of them is a first edition. A copy of "Marijuana Botany" was discovered as well. You never do know when you will need that book. I found something for myself to re-read and that would be Peter McWilliams "Ain't Nobody's Business If You Do". I have not read it since I was in University so maybe it is time to read it again.
I majored in English for two and half years in University. We did not have much growing up in the sticks and there was no internet in those days so you have to find something do. We did not have cable TV so there was not anything there. Most of the time the analog TV reception was poor. I read every book in the house but mostly it came down to the dictionary and partial set of encylopedias that was bought at an auction which smelled like moth-balls. I alway appreciated art but I knew I was not any good at the visual aspect of art. But words would not elude me so I did well on the papers I had to write. However, there were issues. I was not a liberal and my classmates would not even talk to me because of what I said and what I wrote. Not only that I was on a sports team and that was not cool in the Fine Arts hall. I was like, "What the hell are you doing HERE with US?". I was not part of that crowd and they never talked to me.
The end of my English majoring finally came when I was assigned to do a mimetic criticism of Joyce Carol Oates with a lesbian professor who hated me and I think all males. I think I was the only male in that particular class. I gave my presentation and said what I thought to be true about Joyce Carol Oates and her writing but it did not go over well. The bitch professor gave me a C grade because I didn't interpret what Oates wrote the same way she did. That is an intentional fallacy. You can't actually actually know what the author meant.
Well, fuck that I'm out. One thing I have found very funny is Portlandia's Feminist Bookstore. That is just about what is was like for me. I will still love art and reading no matter what.
I believe that's a Leonard Cohen cover And merkel is the Camp Kommandaant in The 7 beauties
Correct and here it is. It was a little before my time. I did not become aware of Leonard Cohen until around 1995. I think the original is better than the cover. One never knows what they will learn on ZeroHedge much less WB7'S page. I did not think I was going to learn anything new today but I did thanks to all of you.
I considred putting the original version up but decided against for two reasons. The tempo is slower than more importantly I am seeing a copyright notice on this end which says it can't be viewed in certain places.
The fidelity of the Warnes cover is top notch because the recording was done for audiophile sound reproduction.
Understood William but I posted it so you do not have to worry. ;-) I know you have to watch the copyright issues but I don't so it is all good. I have enjoyed watching both versions several times tonight. I have a large collection of music and I do not have that song. Thank you for showing us. There are other things out there that I should be aware of as well. That goes along with my daughter asking if all books have been read. At least she has #66 on this list. I do not know that we ever win but sure as hell we will give it a go.
Bingo
Leonard Cohen? Nice call. I didn't even know anyone else knew who he is/was. Great artist and you have to love the song Closing Time.
LMAO....Epic,

Hey William,
I see you are a keen watcher of events. What do you think of this young Spanish guy? Pretty dynamic- if you ask me. A friend of mine from Spain said that he is a bit "too much" for the present reality of Spain. But, hell, isn't the whole situation a bit too much? I mean how much more bankrupt can you get (with negative interest rates, money printing pouring out the ass, etc., etc.). And then one is supposed to conform to the image of businessmen and bankers. What image? Give me a break. Come to think of it, this pony tailed chap looks more serious; at least he has a purpose.
Who is he? No link...
Don't you just hate it when the narcissist expects everyone to natural know exactly what they are talking about? :-)
It never occurs to them those around them might actually have a life of their own and are not completely tuned in to 'them' and them only. Self centered ignorance is bliss.
That was a great interview of you on the Keiser Report Banzai7. Mrs Cog wants to know where you got that Queens accent. Brooklyn? :-)
<Banzai7 interview starts around 11:45 in the video.>
Brooklyn, Queens and points in between ;-)
Bravo banzai. Leonard Cohen at the height of his powers.
Jennifer Warnes first recording was better, much better, and surprisingly hard to find now. Must have had some copyright kerfuffle.
Christ, this series really makes me want to throw up. That IMF is euwww......
Love your 'dirty' darkside, I am repulsively aroused!
The Merkel Marriage is really great.
Good god you are on a ROLL WB!
I sense anger issues...
Me too.
Jump, you fuckers.
It's gonna take a lot of brain bleach to unsee some of those pictures...... :-)
I soooooooooooooooo hope these fucktards read either Zerohedge or WilliamBanzai7 and see this excellent stuff. I would love to hear any one of them admit it and have a total meltdown over it.
Fucking sociopaths, every single fucking one of them.
Famous Blue Raincoat. ("Jenny sings Lennie"). One of the all-time great albums.
I prefer Lennie.
