Fed-nado Crushes Stocks And Crude; Long Yields Hit Record Low

Tyler Durden's picture

How Treasury Shorts felt this afternoon...

What hungry stock market cheerleaders heard from The Fed...

Two words - Thanks Janet...

all dumping after a quick kneejerk hjigher post-FOMC

Dow dropped 400 points off the overnight highs!!

And S&P crushed 55 points from post-AAPL highs...

The S&P finished "not" off the lows...

S&P and Dow break below their 100DMA - we're gfonna need a Fed Speaker stat!

On the week, stocks are ugly.. withg Nasdaq leading the selloff

Which leaves everthing red year-to-date...

and Dow and S&P down since the end of QE3

Financials slowly but surely catching down the ugly reality in credit...

And energy stocks just can't stop trying...

The USDollar gained post FOMC but remains lower on the week...

Commodities had been weaker into the FOMC statement but gold outperformed post..

A lot of turmoiling today...

Crude was smashed to new cycle lows (after record supply, big build, and Fed)

Kiwi was monkey-hammered... (and has been since SNB as carry trades are unwound)

Treasury Yields collapsed

to new record 30Y yield lows...

And finally, because a day like that would not be complete without it...

Oh please, all this doomsday stuff. Yellen made a statement and sat back and watched what happened next. Now she knows what will happen if she really pulls the trigger and raises rates and bullshit data. Everything ZH has been reporting that rates cannot go up has been proven true.

Here's a good view of the 6 month divergence between index equities and banks, in this case SPX up 12% and BKX down 2%, and maybe a clue as to the impending 5% or so downward adjustment in the corporate equities. Thanks Janet:

Already got my 15k hat on BITCHEZ.. once it gets there things will go down hard. The Ponzi is unraveling fast now as even Trillion EU bazooka shots don't mean shit anymore. I think it's the Quadrillion dollar question in Casino derivitive bets that has spooked the markets as it should. How the fuck did the Western world get soooo deep in debt? Meanwhile the BRICS are stacking their BRICKS and not running Trillion dollar Ponzi schemes. It's on like DONKEY BITCHEZ... Just a matter of time before King Dollar is toast or WWIII is on...

SELL!  SELL! SELL!

I have to laugh that they called the collapse treasury yields last fall a "flash crash.".

Even here.

German yields are well below one half of one percent on the thirty....

what a bunch of bullshit.

nothing has changed. the fed DID NOTHING and just blathered on as usual.

the markets are now primed for 60 billion a euro being pumped into investment banks in europe to buy WHO KNOWS WHAT.

there is a mandate for euro QE , but it ultimately a private investment and comercial banking money fest.

so fuck if you know what's going to happen. 80 billion u.s. into major euro banks will find its way into the u.s. stock market. and if it doesn't then it's only a matter of time until the next QE , regardless of and when the stock and bond markets crash.

To go with that "Fed-nado"...

Complements of the DHS

If I had to guess what we just saw with this FOMC event, we'll be having ourselves another one of those little memorable event(s) to set the mood for our next epoch in the "wind down" to rally all the little boyz and girlz getting them in the right frame of mind.

Once Again!...

Maybe you could get some of your Islamist buddies to "take care of him?"  From what I hear they hate Jews more than du Fuhrer did.  And if that doesn't work, perhaps you could recruit some gullible negro rubes from Ferguson to help you out?  Other than that I'm sort of short on suggestions.

Nevertheless, i found someone I'm sure you're well acquainted with and probably keep track of on a regular basis!

Hopefully Russia will hit that part of the Country first with all the worshipers that follow him!

Well acquainted with that and for the most part it confirms the ethnic Europeans I identified in that clip from Germany that "change their spots" in order to get others to do their bidding!  Always thought the Holocaust and Germany was the untouchable realm but after watching this and what Victoria Nuland and the rest of the U.S. State Department has done in Ukraine over the past year I stand corrected!

Like it or not... There's a very good reason why the Rothschilds became the "bookies" to some of the most important royalty in Europe since the 17th Century and haven't left since!

Doesn't excuse "New Testament" for following their orders which in many respects makes them even worse in my opinion for selling out to usury... But that's another story altogether!

I have a question for all of you fellow ZH'ers.  I do not deal in cash too often but I am going to be getting a large check for the sale of a property on Friday.  I am talking about a six figures sort of check.  I have already been nicked for two grand in the last 24 hours by the state.  I know about the IRS provisions on anything over $10000 as far a cash withdrawal but it was not investment money but rather settling an estate.  So I called my bank and said I would like to have 50K in cash so how do I do that?(I already know that you have to order it).  I got to talk a bankster who said I will have fill out paperwork and it will trigger the IRS to investigate.  Really?  But it is OK if I leave it in the bank?  "Oh yes that would good thing for you to do.", he said.  No it isn't.

I know exactly what I want to do and I have had sixteen years to think about it.  I have already taken a 47.5 K haircut plus the 2K yesterday and I am not giving any more to these fuckers.  I want my cash so I can make it go "Poof" at the coin show.  Fuck, wouldn't you know that I lost all of those coins and bars in a tragic boating accident?  We already know about how to make it disappear but what is the best way?  Should I start ordering PM's online via credit cards?  Make JP and Citi be a fiduciary accomplice in the deals?  I can go on an epic, once in a lifetime, buying spree of PMs and run it all through the banks and then pay them off right away and jam up the whole fucking thing.  Hey IRS, go get the money from JP Morgan.  I wonder how that would work?  That would be legend.

I am not paying any more taxes for no services other than bullshit.  I can make up bullshit on my own and I do not need to pay some fucking half-tard to do it for me.  It will be interesting how this goes but I can make the money go "poof" too as long as my stack gets that much larger.  If fact, I am going to buy some gold right now, online, with a credit card.  My title assets are going to be down to three vehicles.  Ain't a one of them newer than 2002.LOL

Fuck you IRS and Fuck you banksters.  POOF!

Peace to rest of you.

I would simply take out the daily maximum ($5K?) for the month or however long that takes. Pain in the ass, but who in the hell wants an IRS investigation?

I think you have it correct jomama.  It's my money but I guess it really isn't.  I was thinking of maxing out my debit card limit on an ATM like every other day might be the way to go.  I have until the 20th of March to do this so I can slowly make cash withdrawals.  That is the way I want to do it anyhow and credit cards do not work there.  I will get my cash one way or the other and I will go PM shopping but this time it will be unlike any other.

I didn't steal from anyone and I had to work my ass off for this one oppurtunity where I can buy pretty much whatever I want within reason as far as PM coins go.  It is going to be one hell of an experience.  I won't change.  It is not for me after all but the kids and I do know the dealers.  I don't need any fancy vacations or some fancy car.  I don't need that sort of shit.  I want PM coins stacked.

My lesson is this--you're either rich enough to buy people off, or you have to do it poor like everyone else. Last year I bought land (in Thailand). ATM withdrawals were capped at 20,000 baht ($667 or therabouts at the time) so they blocked me for taking out 30,000 baht ($1000--isn't that like 1/4 of a rent payment to some folks?). Had to explain what was up, yes it was me (large withdrawals were blocked because I was in a foreign country and identity theft stuff). My advice is to suddenly increase your average daily spending to say $1000 for 50 days. Hey you're rich now and they want you to spend it as fast as you can! That's nothing to the banksters for hooker and blow anyways...

Other option is to gulp and prepare for a tax form that might not be as scary as you think, and which could provide you legal protection if the IRS tries to pull any shit...

I'm not rich with fiats.  I want my children to be rich with PMs and they will be.  I will still keep eating ramen and mac and cheese.  You only really get one shot at this and all I know is that there will be a hell of a stack when I am done.  That stack is not for me but rather for the future.

Find a reputable bullion dealer who will accept wire transfers. That way your money is never converted to cash. Bigger cities probably have shops like that. Then visit the dealer and back up the truck.

I looked all the charts and they all look like a great opportunity to BTFD.

Look there is no Law. So, stocks can go up or down depending on which way the central banks click the mouse. But I think that when the meeting was over Yellen ate the mouse. Once they get her in a head lock and wrestle her to the ground and force her to spit it up we should BTFD'ers should be back in business.
