I have always thought it a bad idea to leave ones individuality behind, to somehow "conform", become a part of the borg collective, to be accepted, to be part of "the greater good"...so that they can then turn on you and rip you to shreds, like the fucking wolf pack they are.

I am glad they have Ben explaining how an organization like that organization works. It turns billions of profit. Every employee/owner (except the boys in charge of football infaltion) is making a six-to-nine figure salaries. The stadiums and police are provided by the local tax base. The couterterrorism, including F-16 flyovers by the USAF. The groping at the security checkpoints is provided by the DHS, which also draws from the federal tax base.
The tickets and advertizing are predominantly sold to corporations who write it off their taxes, since after all the NFL is "charity" orginization.
