US Equity Futures Are Sinking Despite EURUSD's "V-Shaped" Recovery
While we are sure the spin from any and every talking head will be that Grexit is overall positive for the Eurozone (until they see Podemos in the lead in the Spanish polls and Italy's Beppe Grillo previous threasts to "leave the Euro and bring down this system of bankers, of scum"), the early pressure to sell Euros (and not in a 'great news we are devaluing our currency and exports will be awesome way' - more a Venezuela 'get my capital away from this hell-hole' way) has been v-shaped recovered as, without doubt every central bank from Switzerland to Swaziland will be buying Euros tonight to maintain the illusion but for how long... While 'they' tried to save EURUSD, US equity futures aren't buying it (giving up the late-Friday Ukraine-is-solved and Dow is gren YTD surge) - The Dow is down 65 points, S&P down 8 points, and Nasdaq down 14 points.
EURUSD rescued back into the green (for now)...
But stocks ain't buying it...

Italy's Beppe Grillo - the leader of the Italian Five Star Movement - has started collecting signatures with the aim of getting a referendum in Italy on leaving the euro "as soon as possible," just as was done in 1989. As Grillo tells The BBC in this brief but stunning clip, "we will leave the Euro and bring down this system of bankers, of scum." With two-thirds of Parliament apparently behind the plan, Grillo exclaims "we are dying, we need a Plan B to this Europe that has become a nightmare - and we are implementing it," raging that "we are not at war with ISIS or Russia! We are at war with the European Central Bank," that has stripped us of our sovereignty.

So the Germans can even say that we had to throw them, the horrific slackers, out oif the Union because of their Ubermenchen qualities, but even more, we were appalled, absolutely stunned, to find that they'd lied to get in, cooked the books, with the help of those evil bankers, Goldman Sachs, who should be responsible for the losses! Indeed! The Greeks want Reparations from the Germans for WWII and we want Reparaitons from Greece for Damaging the Sacred Union (Why, do you have any idea just how much political capital was placed being the raging success of the Euro, only to be blown apart by the Greeks!?!?!?) so why don't the Greeks go claim on Goldman for the damages.
