Regulations come from your Govt. Your Govt needs the banks to finance it's ever growing budget. A Salvation Army food bank gave me about $20 worth of groceries over 30 years ago after I just walked in off the street. I have never forgotten that they did that for me.

You touch on an important point here. It's important that anyone who strays from the Ordained Narrative be dismissed as a 'conspiracy theorist' and hence a whaco. They enforce this by fusing a real conspiracy such as 9/11 with something way out like little geen men from space, implying that believing in one means believing in the other also. It's a powerful weapon that has been effectively used up to now.

If you had serious, or "first-hand," knowledge of aliens, that would be so important that it would probably be your main focus.
