+ 1 Actually the CIA. The CIA formally the OSS is connected to the ESF - exchange stabilization fund. Which has about 50 traders now at 33 maiden lane aka FRB that can inject liquidity daily and play any currency they wish . Look it up the OSS was run by the exact same man as the ESF.

Where do the regulators come from? Where to the FOMC members come from?

Since both entities are permitted to create debt, both of them print what is effectively used as liquid assets. When you consider that the same people that work in investment banks also work at the fed in essentially all levels of it, and that the central bank was created by large banks... I think it's clear that it's actually the investment banks who are in charge, and the central bank is lip service to democracy from the financial industry.

Regulations come from your Govt. Your Govt needs the banks to finance it's ever growing budget.  Central Banks bailout TBTF fail investment banks and other financial institutions that the Govt needs in order to finance it's debt and maintain power.  Investment banks only buy shares and then sells them to suckers. That's the chain of command in our unsustainable system of govt.

Harbanger:  your comments are 100% correct.  All the people bitching and moaning about investment banks are missing the real culprit: central banks.  And the central banks do indeed control the commercial and investment banks.  For the idiots who point to allegegd "ownership" in the Fed, well, banks are forced to have an "ownership" and representation in regional Fed banks but it's a formality.  The central bank is the government and has the same appointment process as the US Supreme Court.  Claiming this institution is private is idiotic and a common socialist apologist tactic.

All the people who say "banksters" couldn't even articulate what an investment banker does, nor do they understand what different sections of an investment banking department do (probably liberal arts degree).  Doing equity/debt offerings, IPOs, M&A, advisement, syndication, market making etc. did NOT and do NOT negatively impact "the little guy", they did not cause the crisis, and they are not evil.  I'm so sick of the ignorance and class warfare BS like the one depicted in the cartoon.  Yeah, sure, it's all Goldman Sach's fault that record numbers of Americans are on food stamps.  Nothing to do with endless money printing, an unsustainable entitlement/welfare state, atronomical debt and unfunded liabilities, crippling taxes and regulations, and the list goes on and on.  It's all from investment banks building industries, yeah, that must be it.

Thank you for having a functioning brain; it's becoming more and more scarce on here.

Shoot Bank Of America Now—-The Case For Super Glass-Steagall Is Overwhelming by  • February 11, 2015

This latest abuse by BAC’s London operation is, in fact, just the tip of the iceberg—–the symptom of an unreformed banking regime that is rotten to the core and that remains a clear and present danger to financial stability and true economic recovery. And not by coincidence there stands at the very epicenter of that untoward regime a $2 trillion financial conglomerate that is a virtual cesspool of malfeasance, customer abuse, operational incompetence, legal and regulatory failure, downright criminality and complete and total lack of accountability at the Board and top executive level.

In short, BAC’s six-year CEO, Brian Moynihan, is guilty of such chronic malfeasance and serial management failure that outside the cushy cocoon of TBTF he would have been fired long ago. Indeed, it is hard to believe that he would have survived very long even running a small chain of car washes in east Nebraska.....................

and frankly things are worse, in small communities we still use churches and food banks unrelated to the state or fed, and they have been getting slammed for the past two years (I know this bcause I have done benefit work to help collect food for such efforts).  also, some people don't want to contribute cause certain types of people show up with bling driving old caddies and picking thru the food like prudent jew fish wives .. you know.. "that free horse is missing several teeth" types,  the Lord will punish them sooner or later

so, it's worse than what the feds numbers are, i promise you... those guys and girls are bad liars

need change soon ... honest money, no central banking scheme, we can deliver our taxes with silver coin to the local courthouse.. 7-10% annual earnings should cover roads, law enforcement and military

Thanks for the quote. You should always provide a source, and/or link, for us "trust but verify" folks.

Additionally, in my experience anyone that spouts some truth, and then prattles on about "aliens" like Mr. Hellyer does, is part of the Zionist "controlled opposition." That is not a knock on those that believe in aliens, just the observation that discussing aliens smacks of "whack job" to most people, is very unprovable, and really not important, as the pols, crats, funcs, and banksters carrying out the tyranny and treason of empire are not aliens. To mention aliens mixed in with truth about other more important, and provable things, is not what someone concerned with pushing real truth would do.

And it is not that it is known that privately he believes in aliens, but that he mixes it with truth so as, in my opinion, to paint the truth with the whack-job brush. He is just a Canadian version of Icke.

Try it yourself. Try discussing the true nature of the banking ponzi with someone, and then, just as you have their attention, throw the alien conspiracy in there, regardless of your real belief about aliens, and see what happens. They'll never listen to you again.

The banksters need to repay us.

You touch on an important point here. It's important that anyone who strays from the Ordained Narrative be dismissed as a 'conspiracy theorist' and hence a whaco.  They enforce this by fusing a real conspiracy such as   9/11 with something way out like little geen men from space, implying that believing in one means believing in the other also.  It's a powerful weapon that has been effectively used up to now.

If you had serious, or "first-hand," knowledge of aliens, that would be so important that it would probably be your main focus. If your mission is pushing truth about government, the banksters, and Zion, then you are not going to then throw in alien stuff, and risk losing, and/or confusing your audience.

Of course maybe one might try to mix the two, but then they begin to lose me, and many others.

As a matter of principle, I treat such people more suspect than others, especially since I utilize a "framework" of knowledge instead of an "elemental" one. That is not to say that they are wrong, or I'm correct, just a matter of degree of credibility, especially knowing how "controlled opposition" works.

The banksters need to repay us.

If you don't like banks, why do you keep giving them your money?

The key difference is that the food bank feeds you while the investment bank makes you starve. It's a great analogy for America.

The banks sit atop the pyramid shown on the one-dollar bill. Through their all-seeing eye, the U.S. Government, the banks surveil the public to maintain control over them.

What's shocking is that our own money -- the one-dollar bill -- shows us that our society is a pyramid scheme. It's right out in the open. Therefore, it's apparent that the only way in which to free the nation from debt enslavement is to abolish the banks

Funny stuff.  Isn't it?

Once "moneychanging" is fused with "politics" it is a grow or die paradigm.  Again and again throughout history.

Grow, grow, grow - until growth can no longer be sustained.  Then war.

I believe you are correct that it'll all end in war. After all, the Great Depression segued into WWII.

WWIII won't end as well...  instead of economic 'growth' and preservation  of AUS hegemony you're far more likely to end up with a planet-wide stone age - IF there are any survivors.

The fools running things actually think the next global war is 'winnable'.......   they'll be in for  a shock when they emerge from their bunkers.

First, "America" is the American people, and the land they inhabit. The DC US, US, is the nation of criminal pols, crats, funcs, and banksters that are currently Unconstitutionally occupying the American country, and oppressing the American people on the behalf of their masters, the Zionist banksters.

The DC US is owned, and controlled, by Zion's banksters.

Therefore, it is not "America's banking system," but Zion's. It is only backed by Zion's violence-puppets, the DC US governmnet, and it is not a "banking" system but a grifting system.

The banksters need to repay us.

All well and good, but Americans are unable to govern themselves. I'm seeing it first hand in a small town. Ungovernable. No one trusts anyone or anything. Without trust a society is unsustainable unless a strong physical force arises to impose its will.

Not apples to apples comparison. The Food Bank line requires that a person come back every month. The Investment Bank steals your money-no need to come back and stand in line.

Al Capone stole from plenty of decent hard-working people in Chicago, but gave back to them via soup kitchens. The modern banksters steal from decent hard-working people and give back to them... NOTHING.

When their day comes, I hope we have enough lamp-posts and rope.

The current bankster regime is akin to a criminal mafia outfit with political protection, who are on the payroll.

"When their day comes, I hope we have enough lamp-posts and rope."

That's why they've been buying up bolt-holes abroad: "take the money and run". They all know the system's gonna blow, they just don't know when.
