Obama Unveils His Executive Order To Share Your Confidential Information With Corporations: Live Webcast
As reported earlier, today Obama will unleash his latest executive order, one which will set the stage for "information sharing and analysis organizations" (ISAOs) - or, in political jargon "hubs where companies share cyber threat data with each other and with the Department of Homeland Security." In regular parlance, what Obama will do is merely codify the second coming of the Patriot Act, which as Reuters put it, is "legislation to require more information-sharing and limit any legal liability for companies that share too much." In other words, the Kiss You Privacy Forever order. But don't worry: it is for your own protection. You See, thanks to these ISAOs the North Korean swat team of hackers will never again reveal that the management of Sony Pictures is a bunch of racists and that they make such bad movies that they need the US government to help sell them.

Based on the past it seems naive to think humanity will use this for only legit purposes:
- a limited cure for a bad disease, who gets it?
- running out of gov funds, which past "infringer's" should we penalize
- big asteroid/cme/plague coming, who gets in the shelter
- medical insurance for anything you might actually need it for? They already know what you are likely to get - DENIED.
- new life extension treatment, who gets it
- who gets free advanced education/healthcare, the right to birth new kids or just early euthanasia

E.g. use Carbon Paper (if you can still find it), to envelop your letter, and to prevent optical reading (as the carbon will absorb all incident light). There are others, but you get the idea.

The people are living in fear, and this move by Obama to share NSA data with the Corporations confirms once again that their fears are well grounded.
The fear that ordinary people live in, the fear that stops folks from speaking up and sticking their necks out, that has so many saying - I can't come to a rally - I can't come to a meeting - I have to keep my nose clean - I can't risk even a slight chance of an arrest - is very real. Jobs are scarce, the safety net is shrinking and getting more arbitrary, folks' reserves are depleted. Millions have lost their homes and millions more are a few months of joblessness away from foreclosure. Bad credit, an arrest record no matter how old, a former employer bad-mouthing you, just being out of work too long can move you into the "unemployable" category. But beyond this, there is the very legitimate fear of a hidden blacklist that the corporations share with each other.
This "unemployable" category is large and growing. The alternative unemployment statistic published on John Williams' Shadowstats.com, which attempts to continue the BLS U7 Unemployment Rate, discontinued in 1994, by esimating the missing category Long Term Discouraged Workers and adding it to U6, held steady at about 3.5% of the workforce from 1994 to about 2003, creeping up toward 4% by 2009, and then started diverging widely. It now stands at about 12% of the workforce. And this is just the tip of the iceburg! The workforce is shrinking as a percent of the working age population as people give up. Millions, mostly struggling with depression, have managed to escape onto the rolls of the disabled - when their depression was really due to their getting labeled unemployable! Others are simply dying, dying of chronic diseases and malnourishment, dying of stress related illnesses or just dying in the streets - and there is evidence our government is lying about that too! So people have good reason to be afraid.
The fear, nay terror, of becoming an "unemployable" is like a lash in the hands of the drivers. This move by Obama raises this fear to a new level, and should erase all doubts that the hidden national blacklist is very real.
But like every form of repression, the stronger it grows the greater will be the backlash when it finally cracks! I have sworn to never give up; I have to trust that the silenced, cowed and desperate people are listening and hearing and nurturing their own silenced opinions. We who are able to put aside our fear must speak out to prepare them for the day that must come when they burst free from their mental shackles and take to the public stage.
I can't tell you to have no fear. To not be afraid at a time like this would be stupid. Rather I am calling on us to put our fears aside and speak out anyway, as in a battle.

After many excellent interviews--and then dead air, one day I stopped by the State Offices and checked my CORI (Criminal Offender Report) wondering why, interview after interview, when I was even told: "This will be your office," then dead air.
There, to my amazement it was--Criminal Tresspass! It had not been on the CORI a few years ago. 1981 I got thrown out of a McDonalds because I threw out some silver foil paper ashtrays (full of butts) in the non-smoking section of McD's. I was told never to return, but--because a buddy lawyer friend told me: "They can't prevent you--it's a public place. Well, he was wrong, and when I returned I was arrested and booked.
The judge looked at the charge, muttered "reduced to 'a violation,' fine: $50. Well that is now off my CORI but what is really amazing is that it cost about $450 to remove a $50 violation. 900% more than the fine I paid. (The way it was presented on the CORI did not make it clear that it was a violation, I believe most thought it was a misdemeanor or worse. I believe that I was almost hired several times and then the checker of the CORI nixxed me.).
While removing it, I dropped the paperwork at the local Courthouse for processing along with the fee. The clerk said: "How odd, we don't have this on your record." (And that is where I was booked).
So much info is being collected--and so much open to misinterpretation. Not knowing that charge existed on my CORI cost me lots of bucks (read tens of thousands) and lots of confusion.
A torrent starts with one rain-drop. You are so correct, and many live in fear, and some who should don't and soon they become part of the fee paying corrupt prison system. Strange times are here. Sometimes it's nice to be so old and of no significance to the hunter-gatherers of information. (Or I hope so...) And just how did the keeper of the CORI find it when the Court that had the record says "it no longer exists."
You could go the other route and start your own business instead of relying on a boss to babysit you. As a small business owner it was way easier to just go into some office and work 40-80 hours/week. None of the problems described above make a difference when I am calling the shots. What am I going to do, fire myself for bad credit?
No, but you will likely find that what was once such a good idea is now a road paved with zoning, licenses, and potentially lot's and lot's of things (documents, forms, fees, etc.) having nothing to do with what you want to spend your time on.

Also, I've always felt that the Fair Credit Reporting Act is a sort of blacklist. This law enables prospective employers to run a credit check on you that provides details of your finances and your work history. When filling out a job application these days, you're told to sign a form giving consent for this credit check.
Ultimately, this is all about the bankers controlling the flow of money by controlling you. If they can keep you under constant surveillance, then they'll know how funnel your money into their pockets.
