Nigel Farage On "The Great Game Of Poker Over The Future of The Euro"
"There is a great game of poker taking place for the future of this currency," Nigel Farage exclaims as he deservedly takes a small victory lap over his warnings of the anti-democratic nature of the dis-union that has been created. As his warnings that "the EU will crush, and kill, and destroy nation state democracy," have gone unheeded, this last week has seen The Eurogroup's behavior justify everything Farage has feared... Juncker: "there can be no democratic choice against the Euro."
Farage at his best...

Anyone notice something different about this speech of Nigels?
There was applause at the end.
This was the 'Best of Nigel' in 2010 to a chorus of 'Booos'... 1 minute 24 seconds of sheer hell for Van Rompuy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bypLwI5AQvY
ABSOLUTE MUST WATCH
Double Post.

Interesting stats on Greeks and the hours they work vs Germans.
Germans are not hard workers any more but processes are efficient and quality of work in average is high. Then you have a (comparatively) low degree of nepotism. That is enough for a county to be amog the top 3.
As a comparison, you have to work more in Japan but processes and organisation are lousy.
I know because I have been living in both countries.
On the other hand, I am always astonished how hard Italians and Greeks work - when they work. But nepotism and political environment is fubar.
I know because I have been living in and travelling to both countries.
Much more a dire statement on employment in Greece vs Germany than anything else.
When a u.s politician goes off the farm and becomes a real threat it's american sniper time.
Dead hooker in their hot tub first...
bingo. Poison well fallacy precede martyrdom.
Key quote in the video, "Elections...Change...Nothing."
Oddly we've known this since at least Uncle Joey Stalin...yet still we persist in the abject stupidity of DEmockracy.
Farage for president!
Key quote in the video, "Elections...Change...Nothing."
Yes. This is the scheme for controlling the discussion, framing the debate. The central idea is that future generations can be committed to a system, and once committed no change is possible. This idea of everlasting, unchangeable intergenerational committment to a system is central to the sociopaths control scheme. Without it, they would not be able to incrementally increase their control and plundering. In other words, if each generation were allowed to make its own decisions, then the control freaks would never be able to get anywhere, as they would have to make their beginning arguments over and over again.
This idea is also sometimes referred to as the "social contract", a document which few if any ever actually see or sign, but to which they are nonetheless held accountable. This idea of intergenerational committment is abhorrent. My parents raised me to be an adult and to make my own decisions, not to abide by theirs forever.
Welcome to evolution.
Excellent observation.
I remember the 2010 speech.
Wasn't paying attention to the half-hearted applause this time, but it was there...
Whoever down-voted the first three posts is either an asshat, CIA monitor/social engineer plant, oligarch ass-licker, or mommy-basement jerk-off.
(And that's after I took a sedative).
Or..had a different opinion?
Nigel Farage = Hero
Europe soooo anti-democratic. Sorry - this Ex-trader is the agent of the city of London. Add some suffering for the lost glory of empire, hatred on Germany as "arch-enemy of liberty and freedom". I never heard Farage complain about his country joinig the US into every war.
Whenever an Englishman complains about a lack of democracy somewehere else I have to vomit.
Giovanni you haven't been listening. Farage spoke out against the Bush/Blair invasion of Iraq, he spoke against going into Afganistan and was the first UK potitician to oppose Camerons attempt to bomb Assad in Syria after the false-flag gas attacks. After Farage opposed a Syria war eventually the UK Labour party changed from supporting a syria war to opposing and the UK parliament voted it down. This lack of support from his UK poodle led to Obama backing down. So Nigel can be credited with stopping the US / UK from attacking Syria. Give him more applause. The UK media (who all are establishment lackeys) and mainly EUSSR lovies hate Nigel and continually lie about him and UKIP. Fortunately you can get his speeches on the internet and judge for yourselves.
Farage has also spoken out against the madness of confronting Pooty Poot in his own backyard, needlessly provoking a nuclear-armed country where the West has no strategic interests.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sqrhB9dewA
Checked the video. I agree fully with NF's message in this point. Credit where credit is due. Then, I enjoy Farage actually very much for the clear and articulate manner in which he expresses himself making his ofter justified cases.
The Problem is, for Farage fiercest enemy of democracy is the EU which makes no sense as the fiercest enemy of the democracy is the US. Then, Farage is a Germany-hater which makes his position despite the vaild cases he is making untenable.
I am saying this as continental European who suffers from both, EU bureaucratism and the consequencs of the anglo-imperialist plan of destructing Europe.
To be fair, he never said a word in this speach about any anti-democratic urges in the US. Nor does "hating" a state automatically make ones' assessment untenable. In fact, ones' accurate assessment may LEAD to hate.
He is not a Germany hater, he's married to a German. He hates super-states and dictators and tyranny which is what the EU is. He loves Europe and the European countries and wants to free them from the tyranny of the EU. Just because you hate the Repuplicans and Democrats doesnt mean you hate the USA! Hating the EU means you love the countries of Europe who are crushed by the EU. Farage doesnt campaign against the US because its the EU that dictates to Europe. The USA is for the Americans to fix.
I lovethe smirks on everyones faces. They Boo him, but they know he's right.
How many more Euro short-squeezes will keep it alive until its final demise?
Axelrod the comedian: no Obama scandals!

We need to see Mr. Farage in that des. res. on Downing Street.
Though he's started to soften his stance on the global coldwarming hoax, which is a bit disappointing.
Nigel Farage = UK's Ron Paul
Nobody likes to have cold reality thrown in your face when you're used to drinking the kool-aid.
Everyone should look at his speeches on YouTube.
He gives me a hard-on !
He is fucking smart and sharp and RIGHT !
You are a TRUE ROCKSTAR Mr. Farage.
man crush.
You're a man?!?! I am SO dissapointed.
The nations that decided against using the euro are all happy now. That should tell you something right there.
Wish we had someone in the US like Farage... the man has a way with the English Language.
Truth certainly does have an appeal, doesn't it?
Might have something to do with being English.
"Crush, kill and destroy nation-state democracy"
It's not a bug, it's a feature.
The EU has shown its true purpose is to loot countries on behalf of bankers, instead of improving the welfare of the inhabitants.
to the eu one must add, at the barest of minimums, the bank of international settlements, the international monetary fund, the world bank, the bank of england and the federal reserve bank.
It's the IMF with a lisp and cravats.
.
Farage right about the fundamental question of whether or not elections mean anything.
The Greeks have the right to determine their own future, even if some of us believe they're stepping on their own dicks in the process: It's THEIR choice to make, good bad, whatever.
I believe that they should default and go back to the Drachma. Painfull initially and standards of living would go down for a while. However, they could recover much quicker and be better off in the long run.
But it'll never happen because the structural reforms needed are the antithesis of what Syriza stands for.
The Greeks are therefore fucked, and so
I'm still long Greek donkey carts
:)
Until an insolvent nation like Greece defaults and FORCES the banksters to eat their own cooking, it will never be out from under their heels. EVER.
The Reichsbank and other big banks of the Weimar sailed through the demise of the Reichsmark just fine. When your liability side of the ledger (the currency) goes to zero, it balances the bond asset side which also goes to zero. Real negative interest rates with a plunging currency value is no problem.
Nothin' from nothin' leaves nothin'. IE, no bank.
A betting man would NEVER put money on a government doing the right thing.
Betting men do pay taxes. And the Government does the right thing for the wealthiest of them. It is just not the right thing for most of us.
Maybe he no like nation-state democracy.
Elections allow changes of failed policies to new policies which may fail. No changes mean no evolving of the human condition. The rules of Nature, as partially understood, are that which fails to adapt fails. There is no constant state of Nature.
Elections allow the audience in a theater production to get up out of their seats, step up to the stage and close the curtains themselves between acts.
Kinda true, but evolution is concerned with only one thing. Successful reproduction. The "evolving of the human condition" has no scientific meaning. Politics is not a science.
this is the end of the ero and they are too blind to see it......
Well.........not really. Name of the game is bailout. Just being treated to a lot of staged theater in the process.
Nigel Farage is a down to earth guy like the most of us.
He cares about the people of the UK and democracy, not his political career.
Nigel Farage has the same principles as Margaret Thatcher amd respected her.
Nigel Farage became a MEP (Member of European Parliamet) because he hates the EC and thought the best way to show what a joke it is was to join and make these speaches.
There are some fantastic speaches he has made on YouTube.
Refreshing to hear a real leader speak.
Once again Farage speaks from the hip, the truth is so refreshing unlike the diarrhea that permeates from Pennsylvania avenue.
Just like the 13 original U.S.states were sovereign in the beginning, over time they have been denigrated to the status of lapdog for the national government. Do elections mean anything in the U.S? Has anyone seen any change in the tyrannical nature of the government through elections?
Given time the nations in Europe will end up like the 13 independent American nations have. Mr. Farage is 100% correct...
yeah Nigel, "how come u aint written no mother fuckin' papers?????"
fucking EU cocksucker mother fuckers - FUCK YOU ALL.....
He's written a book. The media try to suppress Nigel since the media hates democracy - all those smelly peasants deciding, when it should be intellectual journalists who tell the people what to think and do. (sarc)
I don't know who is bluffing and who is going to call, raise, or fold. But I do know who is going to win: the bankers. And who is going to lose? Everyone else.
It's a rule. The bankers always win. Because the bankers own the pols and the pols make the rules.
That is.. Until the faith is lost in these Central Bankers. With so many printing the hell out of their respective currencies, I see a likely Global Zimbabwe arriving. To put a specific timeline would be foolish, but I see no change in those going that direction. It shall arrive in due course, even with the gargantuan pile of derivative garbage denominated in USD of course.
The said derivatives are indeed the Achilles Heel. A few of the Top Fish already are stating that the Chain of these have broken. If so, prepare accordingly for a huge SHTF or '08 type bailout with more freshly-printed fiat (DEBT) which neither is sustainable.
Again "Juncker: "there can be no democratic choice against the Euro."
- Juncker gives away power & territory if he agrees to dismantle the EU or the Eurozone, So he would lose his Job, and he would therefore never give up the Euro, parts of the EU or the EU
- EU Bankers, EU Holders of Greek Debt & Juncker... will play hard ball just like Putin is in the Ukraine
No Mr. Farage, the elections mean nothing. Have you not seen what has happened to America?
The banks own the world, and they don't care what you think or how you feel about it.
“… and I’m sad to say this, but it probably means giving up some of the liberties that previously we have enjoyed …” -Nigel Farage (http://youtu.be/fxtglcmGOxE?t=6m5s)
those fucking jazz hands when he says "poker'> nigel has JAZZ HANDS! SECOND 24. wierd. and humorous. i bet he jerks dicks in back alleys with those jazz hands.
possibly. bet he can spell weird though.
Instead of facing Farage in an open debate, Juncker the chickenshit ran over to ZH to post bitter comments.
Pretty good that he received a substantial applaud.
I am confused ... the MANY iterations of Greek politicians/governments who "borrowed" the 370 BILLION Euros and doled it out in entitlement programs were ALSO elected by the democratic process, so why isn't that democratic result binding, ie thee Greeks have to repay the "borrowed" money ????????????
Is it "democratic" ONLY when the socialist parasites decide NOT to repay loans and turn them into gifts, but NOT when they borrow the loot ???????
@probe confused? Entitlement programmes? Man they got you. This lot have
said that they are after the oligarchy. Almost all the money went
on bailing out the banks,I thought everyone new at least that. They have
also said that they want to get rid of the pen pushers at 10,000 a month
who WRITE REPORTS ???? and use the money to pay people who work for
a living. You shouldn't just read the headlines if you want to know
what's really going on. Whether they're right or wrong, time will tell
but it's up to them to make their decision
80 % of the money borrowed went back to pay the EU banks .
Gving more money to a failed state is not the right way to solve the problem . Only the debt increases .
Yes but you should readabout Moloch, no sacrifice is too great
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moloch#Biblical_texts
Less that 2% went to the people of Greece . And if we take into the account that there is COMPOUND INTEREST. then it would be better to NOT pay anything and NOT borrow Anything.
Greece was a sub-prime borrower who was offered virtually free money and a luxury lifestyle by the EU crack pushers. Greece got addicted to the free money being pushed by the EU bankster dealers. Now Greece is in rehab in hospital and the Drug pushers all want to be paid with interest. How about telling the sub-prime lenders and drug pushers to shove off since if you lend without diligence to an addict you are the one to blame. Come on Greece, go cold turkey and quit the Euro drug.
Way to go! Watch til the very end, he sticks it with his last 2 words.. BRAVO!
They try to knock your eye off the ball, Nigel knows their tactics, and he never forgets his mission.
"The world is full of Kings and Queens
Who blind your eyes and steal your dreams"

Nothing new under the sun.
“… and I’m sad to say this, but it probably means giving up some of the liberties that previously we have enjoyed …” -Nigel Farage (http://youtu.be/fxtglcmGOxE?t=6m5s)
Farage is more of the same shit with a different wrapper, you all deep down know people like Nigel are actors. The answer to taking back our natural unalienable liberties does NOT lie within some $4000 empty suit, if you keep giving people, especially flim-flam men like politicians your consent and abdicating your responsibility you'll always be a slave. It's true now more than ever, that liberty carries a huge responsibility, you can't expect to be lazy or slothful all the while taking a backseat to your own lives and remain sovereign and free.
Modern PR is nothing more than perception management, remember that next time you scoot on up to the "democracy" trough.
Are you kidding? Farage knows the whole EU Council is just sitting in wait of their paychecks. Hopefully not having to open their mouths on any subject.
Next time you're speaking with him can you have him start up a video camera and repeat that to the rest of us.
Are you talking about your imaginary friend or a guy you've seen on TV, whom you've never met before let alone had a private conversation with?
What about Obama, I bet he's just waiting until his last year to do everything he promised us, yeah I'm sure that's it. I'm pretty sure Hoover delivered all those chickens as well, shucks these guys sure have a stellar record of honesty, I'm sure Nigel is just as honest being that he shares the same profession and all. Gee, why do they differentiate between the term politician and statesman, from what a lot of you seem to believe they're the same thing, right?
Nothing new under the sun...
I promise no amount of down votes will make this any less real girls. Though I will be promptly stoned to death for the treasonous infraction of not participating in mindless, historically ignorant (closer to oblivious) group think.
“… and I’m sad to say this, but it probably means giving up some of the liberties that previously we have enjoyed …” -Nigel Farage
Click the link you little cretins watch him say it yourself, I even started the link at the exact instant he says it for the particularly lazy slug-heads among you. Please for once in your petty life stop being a spineless coward.
so you conveniently start the clip at that sentence...he is talking about restricting the liberty/freedoms for idiots to travel to Syria/Iraq. etc, to only come to the UK and wage jihad there! Nice try fella.
I do NOT agree with limiting liberty or freedom in general, like spying and such, and he does not either. Nigel is saying he would not allow visa/passports to those travelling to those areas. That is my take on it, could be wrong.
Give up freedom for security and you deserve neither. If he does in fact, stand for spying and restricting true freedom, then he is wrong.
EDIT: after hearing the full video, he does want to monitor social media, I would be against that. What are the answers? I do not know, but there are many people who have infiltrated from the ME, to do us great damage. I think, monitoring those people only, the ones who have immigrated to other countries, or those that have spoken about jihad, should be watched...just them, not all of us. But how can we do that, it may be impossible. So, do we allow them to kill thousands or more, with a dirty bomb, or bio agent, then get them? I believe they would win in the end, because we would be picking off one or two and they would get bunches more each time, it is a slippery slope.
If you are waiting for promises from Oblahblah, and I am assuming you voted for him, by your wording, then he has already delivered it. The transformation of Amerika to a socialist banana republic is almost complete...he only has yet to declare himself dicktator!
The hucksters who voted the charlitan to office are the idiots of the FREE SHIT ARMY, and communists, period!
Are you fucking retarded, you assume I voted?
You sir, are as dumb as they come.
I commented before I read the other comments.
And I'm ready for the sting of reality downvotes, please do, if it helps you sleep at night. But what ever you do don't refute and engage me with intelligent conversation. Don't take it overly personal, your starry eyed idol crush won't go away because nothing I say matters, Obama's cult of personality or Nigel's COP, I'm sure between the two of them the world will change and we'll return to the land of milk and honey. After all why be the change you seek when you can hire someone else to do it for you.
Ok Smack, I'll take that challenge. Please allow me to engage in a little thought experiment. Let's say that tomorrow a new politician arrives on the world scene. It's clear from what he says that he understands completely the entire fraudulent edifice by describing it in a high level of detail. Next, he outlines his plan to crush the fraud and right all the wrongs. Let's assume that the listening audience is sufficiently knowledgeable about the fraud to understand that he clearly also understands and that they accept the promise of the fix. Let's assume you are one of the audience and by your own defined measure also understand that he knows how it works and trust and accept the measures in his promise to fix it.
Please describe this imaginary person to me as you see him. What kind of things does he say? What kind of things does he do? How does he fit into the political picture? How is he financed? What is his socio-economic background? To whom does he lend his support? Does he fit in to any existing pre-defined political groups? Is he a member of any existing political party? (please remember this person, by your own definition, is the real deal i.e. no COP. You understand and agree with everything he says)
I think the problem lies with the fact that in order for the world to change for the best, the (r)evolution cannot be a collective movement (i.e. following some "leader") but needs to be a sum of individual undertakings. So the ideal "leader" must refuse to lead, refuse to seek power, and advocate/explain why one should stop paying taxes and cooperating with the system (or how to emancipate oneself and go galt).
a good response Jefferson, but let it be known, that 'individuals' can change nothing, it has to be 'we the people' who change it, not in a collectivist way, but in revolutionary ways. Revolution of thought, education on the failings of the current system, brought on by effective communication.
All of the current systems of government are corrupt to the bone, and have become financial monarchies, an oligarchy. Until we dismantle the secret cabals running them, NOTHING will change!
The Soveriegn Collective = We the People
My god you people just don't get it, you're so enslaved you cannot possibly imagine taking responsibility and governing your own lives. It always has to be someone else, who I'm willing to "agree with everything he says" and go die in some bankster war if only my elected avatar tells me to.
Worship the state all you wish, I'm opting out.
What a statesman!
LOL, and without a teleprompter!
Wish we had someone like that in the white house instead of the two-bit punk community organizer we have.
Too true yogi, but these days, we are presented our candidates, who have not been vetted, and are backed by the big monied secret cabals!
Smack-- What are your concrete plans for returning personal liberty to your life?
What are your plans for building more strawmen?
I was talking about Farage, none of my plans have anything to do with his "give up liberty" quote. Yet none of his starry eyed fanboys will even acknowledge it, but instead throw a downvoting temper tantrum in some vain attempt to run screaming from reality. It's just like Obama, and the dupes will keep falling for it, because government education breeds mindless little drones who would rather put their life and liberty into the hands of a rich politician who couldn't give a shit about them. When's the last time Farage outed some of the sick depraved child rapists who infest the British and EU Parliament?
I'm not an idiot, I understand humans are imperfect and would be happy as long as we were always making even the smallest progress moving towards; smaller government and less of it's interference, honest leaders with a top down structure, the pursuit of knowledge… But how about we start with no longer putting our faith into the same lying politicians and pretending the new one is any different than the last. It's so stupid that so many of you haven't intellectually evolved one day in the last 100 years since the federal reserve sunk it's teeth into our imperiled nation.
Yeah, we'll just audit and fix the federal reserve, make Obamacare work, force the next puppet to work for us and keep to their rhetoric, give up liberty for security an expect to get either, trust the bloated government to reduce the size of itself, give keynesianism another chance. And you know what, I'm too lazy and scared to do anything myself, so I'll just convince myself the diebold machine is going to pick the best man for the job and go back to watching the football game.
That dirty old fool Gandhi was soooooo, like totally wrong when he said; “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”
Full disclosure I'm an inveterate hypocrite, I'd like to move to a remote place far off the grid and removed from the masses of gibbering nepotists who idolize these Pinocchio politicians. I think it's too little and too late, the civilized world (what's left of it) much like Rome will be destroyed to the rattle of "USA, USA, USA, USA", and I want nothing to do with it. Honestly as I see it, most of you deserve Farage and Obama, you'll defend your slavery to the death clinging to the smallest illusion of freedom. Go ahead don't believe me, plead the 5th on your 1040 then get back to me about how your fundamental human right to not incriminate yourself worked out for you.
nice rant.
so what do you suggest?
the nation you speak of is already dumbed-down.
like a bunch of rats in a box.
there is no way out.
you don't organize.
you don't trust each other.
it's white against black and your masters sit on the sidelines cheering.
you've poisoned your food, your water, your land, and yes, your weather.
you kill indiscrimently and cheer shit like 'an ami sniper'.
all you've got is your kb to rant through and your nra
and soon they'll have that to.
so rant on, dude.
Nice rant.
So what do you suggest?
So because I don't fix the world for you, you'll just get Farage to do it?
Some of you are so sophistic you don't even understand what you're saying.
So strawman on, dude.
Bravo, brilliant, I'm with you (not on your island, I mean). I still laugh though when I see Farage pissing with such brio on the EU parliament. I have no illusion over mob rule ("democracy") or politicians.
Smack, alas you are in a fairytale fantasy. You are advocating change through conflict and war. Nigel advocates peaceful change by using the democratic process since he opposes violence. Yes I have met and talked with Nigel several times and he is genuine, and he wants change without violence so he is using the system. Thats why he's in the EU Parliament calling for the EU to be scrapped and calling for his and his colleagues jobs to be scrapped. He has patiently built support in the UK through the ballot box - from about 3% 5yrs ago to around 20% now and will continue to campaign for peaceful change. If people like you who want change, but have no program just shout then nothing will change. We can either change through violence or change peacefully by using their system to win. Nigel is doing this by getting elected to the sanctum of the enemy EU where he can give speeches like this to the faces of the invisible elites - and they hate it. If Nigel and UKIP gain power in UK they have plans to reform politics - cut the numbers of politicians - clean out the Upper House appointees and have elected representatives - balance the constituencies so all votes have equal weight. You need to read all that UKIP and Nigel are proposing (ukip.org). So smack - stop blabbering and get off your butt and WORK for change - but peacefully like Nigel! And yes i'm putting my money and effort where my mouth is. I've joined UKIp, donated in 4 figures and been out on the streets delivering leaflets and the message that we can regain our freedom peacefully.
I want my sovereignty and independence back.
I want to close the borders against 450,000,000 people who can legally walk into my country - get handed a house and benefits.
It is invasion, occupation and legal plunder and millions are doing it.
We are overwhelmed.
I will be voting UKIP this May.
Syriza is the start.
We in Europe have had a gutsful of the unelected cabal in Brussells and NATO bombing half the planet in our name.
Mog. I could not have said it better. We just need to wake-up the rest of the Country.
The cabals fear is rising hence their use of increased TV propoganda (which is compltely rubbish).
I say let them keep knocking Farage. The more they try and villify him, the more votes he wins.
Another Obama?
Hope and Change --- then More of the Same?
At the end of the day the politicians have ZERO power. They dance to the tune of their unelected masters
Ask JFK what happens if you piss off the bosses.
In my view, the only way to judge Farage is on this narrow (but important) issue of the Euro & EU. I have little doubt that his stance on both is genuine and he will continue to do his best to bring both down and consign them to the large European trash can of historical mistakes.
However, when it comes to British domestic politics, few people have much idea of exactly where he stands. Sure, he has described himself as being "anti-Establishment", but does this mean he wants to dismantle large pieces of The State and return powers to The People? Is he in favour of a proper written Constitution/Bill of Rights to limit the size and scope of government? Is he in favour of dismantling the GCHQ Surveillance State and force it to comply with the Rule of Law? Will he bring the excessively powerful Met Police to heel? How about immigration?
Nobody really knows Farage on any of these issues. I doubt he will do much on any of them. Not least because he would find himself up against very powerful and formidable Establishment adversaries who have 'dealt with' or brought to heel many people far greater than him. Farage would find out painfully that our elected politicans - quite apart from being mostly useless PR talking heads - do not really design and articulate policy and call the shots. That is all done by people in the shadows (aka The Deep State) who are unelected, nameless and faceless.
Smacker we do know where Farage stands. You need to read up on UKIP (not via the biased lame-stream media) - I have and I know where he stands. UkIp does want to dismantle large chunks of the state, and does advocate a written Bill of Rights, and of bringing the shadowy police / GCHQ world under control. And having a non-discriminatory fair to all but controlled immigration system.
Why can we trust UKIP to counter the 'Establishment' - because UKIP by nature is anti-establishment. UKIP is hated by the State and the media and the Bankers and oligarchs who suppress competition through the EU regulations. If Nigel (and UKIPers) just wanted power and glory they would have joined one of Lib, Con, Lab and found comfy seats and be enjoying the lifestyle. Instead they are on the hard road - shouted at and physically attacked by the socialists, lied about by the media, insulted by politicos and the establishment ('fruitcakes, nutters and closet racists'!). So UKIPers are taking a battering by the establishment lackeys but are still winning through. Yes UKIP would have a battle on its hands to reform 'the system' if elected. BUT AT LEAST THEY ARE TRYING!
I am watching developments, also I met a couple of the big shots at a lecture at the CASS Business School in the City. on the very subject of the EURO.
People are watching and judging by results.
The words of a wishful thinker methinks. That's an observation, not a criticism.
Please don't get me wrong, I am not against Farage, far from it. I'm just unsure of how much he will deliver. He would have to adopt the role of "dictator" to achieve the things you list because the Deep State would never ever negotiate away their powers and controls. And some of them are subject to secret US treaties and EU treaties.
If Farage wants some help to tear down the evil British State which has always been corporatist and is now run by criminal banksters and paranoid surveillance freaks, I'm happy to pay for rope ;-)
Then Smacker, join UKIP which is how you pay for the rope. By getting involved you can help bring the win AND help keep the party honest in dismantling the establishment. Its pointless being cynical and saying - they're all the same and nothing will change - the establishment rely on this apathetic view. We have to get out and do something and then if we win make sure there's no backing down.
Smacker !! !
I am with you on this subject.
Also we had the joke of times past , SDP and Liberal DISTRACTION.
I was young back then, when I lapped all the drivel that they spewed.
To my amazement they led the charge against the Serbs and the bombing of former Yougoslavia, Then it dawned on me the Parties are just a front to cleanse their image from their intended misdeeds and take you by surprise. For "peace" loving "Liberals" we have Humanitarian Bombing in (Fill in the blanck) that they dish out to potenial rivals or indeed any weak victims.
Also any party that carries out any benefit that they announce pre-election time , has always died a silent death. And I mean ANY Party.
As far as I am concerned I have adopted the adage of the GREAT George Carlin. It is a Big Club and we aint in it.
Nigel Farage is creating a lot of waves but also I do not trust ANY politician. I will wait and see WHAT HE DELIVERS.
The words of a wise person :-)
That remains to be seen, smacker...he has good intentions, but you are correct, he will hit a brick wall, just like any other person who comes to change the 'system' of corruptions!
The Great Dictators don't enjoy being dictated tooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
The Establishment Parties are heading to the EXITS slowly but surely but NOT before they squeeze EVERY last bit of WEALTH from the Sovereign and NO matter how many SHEEP suffer or die.
There is not much one can do than to congratulate the Brits for having a politician like Nigel Farage who has the mind and the guts to talk straight. If this were a football game I would campaign to buy the player for the German team but unfortunately it is not. Watching simultaneously the silly grinning Martin Schulz in the background it is difficult to supress vomiting.
SO ....... Yanis Varoufakis
Is he the 'real deal'?
I love Farage on the Euro stage, he sticks it to them good. But in the UK he comes across as a smug fuck and is surrounded by total goons :(
Yes, you are right. Shame, he needs more along the lines of Daniel Hannan.
You obviously have viewed the bigoted and biased UK media hatchet work on UKIP. They distort to parody Nigel and only show out of context clips and quotes to run down Ukip. You like Nigel when you see him 'uncut' and unedited in the EU on Utube, but dont when you see, read the distorted editing of the BBC, C4, ITV, Sky. Times. Guardian etc etc etc. Dont read the media edited propaganda - only trust what you can see/ read uncut! Remember - the media hate UKIP and Nigel and will do all in their power to stop change.
Not sure if you're a member of UKIP!!!
But maybe you need to watch the interview above. None of your anodyne bullshit normal UK media propoganda.
Get your down vote out mate!
that clip you presented is a bunch of bullshit and you know it, you are a morally bankrupt shill for the socialists, go bang a sheep
+1 nixy.
Don't be under any illusions that Farage is without fault:

Good find.
NF really put though the wringer.
Shame he didn't say the problem is nothing whatever to do with immigrants.... but everything to do with the reason they come for (quite reasonably) for the thin air money created by bent banks.
We dish out benefits to all (including the paracite bankers) and they want some.
and so what has Nigel, he himself done jmcadg? so you paint him black by the words of others, how disinginuious of you...
you take this clip and disparage Nigel with it, so your tiny little amoeba brain feels better?
good for you, you small minded leftist shill.
Unix, bless, couldn't you handle your idol being properly interviewed?
If you read my first post you will see I support Farage and his cruscades in Europe, however to think he is any different to the rest of the politicians in this country is disingenuous of yourself.
I would like to see Cameron grilled like this, but to be fair to Farage, he will put himself out there where Cameron would hide away.
However my point still stands, that Farage has strengths, but he has surrounded himself with loonies who do him no favours.
Just for the record I'm no leftist schill. I think socialism sucks more than you do. You tool.
hmm...this is true of all government, all institutions, all currencies...come one Nigel, tell us something new.
Hello all you wise people on here .......show me one, just one other politico telling YOU what Nigel is telling you.....one ,just one.he ,unfortunately will go the same way as John the Baptist and Jesus Christ.......remember them.throwing Money lenders out.i hope he lives long and prospers.
Yes. He should be asked.
Who have done more damage to 'a country'..... immigrants or modern bankers?
I think they BOTH have done much damage! The greed of the banskters is legendary! The failed nation states these people come from is equally legendary.
Lol see how youre all fooled so easily.
this isnt the eu failing, this is capitalism demonstrating that only exploitation, conflict, corruption and competition will be allowed.
the eu is merely a collective of HUMANS and unfortunately collaboration is not profitable and will therefore be alien to its mechanics.
I wonder if the glee will be as bright when cqpitalism movez from breaking down blocs to breaking down nations
Well we will have to wait and see should capitalism ever be implemented anywhere. What we have today is a plutocracy, a very different creature indeed, actually.
They're making plans for Nigel...great song by the way!!
He, at least, speaks the truth, it is too bad all of the entities have their heads so far up their asses they cannot see the light of day!
As for the poster below me here, so you like Socialism my friend? Here, you want some more of MY fucking money to pay more of YOUR debts? HERE'S A BIG FUCK YOU!
