The early negotiations don't appear to be going too hot for the latest Eurogroup summit, which probably explains why moments ago the head of the Eurogroup tweeted that the start of the Eurogroup has been pushed back by several hours.
Start #Eurogroup rescheduled to 16.30. Very brief statement president Dijsselbloem somewhere around 15.00 at VIP entrance.
