Caught On Tape: The Moment Boris Nemtsov Was Assassinated

The narrator suggests, as Nemtsov and his companion are walking along the road, a garbage truck (or cleaning vehicle) is behind them. When the garbage truck comes alongside the couple, it slows down, then moves ahead, then stops... and another man leaves the vehicle and jumps in a following car, which speeds away with tires smoking...

The video seems to be real, because the location EXACTLY fits the know murder spot. It does not seem likely that such a video could have been prepared in advance.
The murder EXACTLY takes place when the cleaning vehicle passes by. It is absolutely unclear where the assassin come from. Nobody can be seen walking towards or behind Nemtsov and his companion. Neither can somebody be seen walking to that specific spot to wait for them.
Therefore it seems very likely that the cleaning vehicle has something to do with it and the assassin could have traveled with the vehicle.
Since Nemtsov was shot from behind and the cleaning vehicle already caught up with them when the murder took place, it does not seem likely that the assassin traveled on the passenger seat next to the driver. He had to open and close the door and that may have drawn their attention. It seems likely that he had traveled on the back of the car. He could easily jump on and off and could also estimate if there were other people to close to them to do the operation at all at that moment.
Using a cleaning vehicle gives a lot of advantage: you can drive slowly, draw no attention, wait if necessary and thus pick exactly the right moment (with no other people nearby).
It does seem like the assassin had been following the couple already when he jumped on the vehicle. They may have crossed the road where the cleaning car was waiting. After seeing them pass by, it started entering the bridge. When they passed the assassin, he jumped on. In this way they could be sure that they had the right person AND they could pick the right moment without running to catch them up.
All the getaway car had to do was to wait until the cleaning vehicle got on the bridge, see the hit man jumped on and then get to follow from a distance to slowly catch up.
It all does look like a REALLY WELL orchestrated operation.
Totally weird is that there is no traffic at all behind them. Such a moment is very hard to pick, especially when you can see that there are many cars before the assassination moment. Right after the car picks up the assassin, new cars start arriving again. This indicates there had been some 'orchestration' here too. Either traffic lights had been red on all fronts or traffic had been halted in another way.

Of course - while this seems very coordinated - one might question the fact that surely they would be aware that cameras would be everywhere?

There very well could be other cams prior to that and at closer range that could identify who he was with, not to mention witnesses at wherever he was walking from who saw him with the killer and who knew or could recognize them in a line up.

Ran a 7 minute mile today, hammered curled 50x12x3, does that qualify?

Generally speaking:
- a 'SLOW WALK' would be around a 2.0 - 2.4 mph pace
- 2.5 - 2.8 mph I'd describe as LEISURELY
- 2.9 - 3.2 mph = CONFIDENT
- 3.3 - 3.8 mph = DETERMINED &/or BRISK
it's around 4.0 mph where the avgerage person needs to break into a jog to maintain the pace, so, while a mile in 7.0 minutes isn't setting any records, it most definitely isn't a 'walk'
To put this another way, I once completed the Los Angeles Marathon [having not trained at all for the event ~ I just woke up the morning of the race and decided to cold try it]. I was not conditioned for running distances at all, as the longest I'd ever run before in my life was 10km. But my cardiovascular health was pretty good.
Anyway, I just decided to flat out run as far & fast as I could.
I passed by the halfway mark [running], in 1 hour 30 minutes. Not long after, I hit my wall, but I was determined to finish, so I simply walked [except the last mile, where I willed myself to pick up the pace into a jog again].
I ended up finishing in about 5 hours flat.
Nothing personal and this is completely off topic, but if I'd try to run a marathon without any preparation whatsoever, especially in Californian temperatures, I'd end up dead, simple as that. My personal record is 17 km, after which I have to show my ID card to convince my own family it's really the same person at the back door that left 2,5 hours earlier.
I had actually planned on Rollerblading the thing [with a video camera & collecting some footage]... That was 1997 & I was in the process of putting some clips together to put on WEB pages [which was still kinda new then]...
Then ~ In a sheer moment of lunacy, I decided, "What the Hell, I'm gonna fucking run this thing", just to say that I completed a marathon once in my life... Now or never... Sieze the day...
I have 2 'junkers' <above> so far... They evidently have ZERO concept about walking vs. jogging gaits... I invite them to try measuring things for themselves & find out what I say is true.
Edit: The temperature in Los Angeles that morning wasn't bad at all. It was quite cool in the morning [a little bit chilly actually]... I doubt it ever got above 70 degrees even as I 'tardily' finished... If I remember correctly, Nick Faldo won the LA Open across town on the same day...
The funny stories to remember about the whole thing were:
- The port-o-let stops I had to make on the last leg
- The beer kegs along the race line in the last 1/4, that [helped me finish]
- the 'grannys' that passed me in the last 1/4

Anyway, some years later, MY FRIEND... helped me through a particular tough stretch I had been going through...
