The following, rather stunning clip - given we now know what transpired - shows the immediate (within 3 minutes) aftermath of the murder, the white "getaway" car accelerating, and the garbage truck...

those 2 videos don't correlate w/ each other. The far away CCTV video does not show a stopped vehicle stuck behind the garbage truck when the getaway car pulls up and the killer gets in and drives away.
The dash cam from the car does not show the killer get into a getaway car.
That looks like the same garbage truck on the same road, but it's not the moment after he was killed and that was not the getaway car behind the truck or the white Mercedes. It might be the truck is stopped there after he was killed which is why another car is stopped behind it, so yeah, if that's the crime scene then the dude is most likely laying there dead on the sidewalk when the dash cam car drives by and films it.
But the white Mercedes that cuts him off is obviously not the getaway car.
I saw it the same way you did Am1st. Doesn't look like the same cars, probably not the same time just a similar garbage truck on the same bridge.
Or it could have been a rehearsal run just prior to the murder.

Also, the CCTV footage showed no other cars on the bridge at the time of the shooting. So clearly this footage is from just before, or after, and most likely before the event.

I teach for a living and I disagree. My job is to find out where the student is, meet them there, and then try to help them get to the next place. If my student cannot handle fractions, best not to shame him because he does not understand the central limits theorem. If they don't know what a theory is, best not to immeadiately demand he produce a hypothesis, and tell him he is fucking weak when he does not know what I mean. Validate folks for where they are at, see if you can help them get to the next place. If you can't, turn them over to someone who can. Not all brains are compatible with each other as teachers and learners.

'Cause he was so important that he did not need a bodyguard. As to why he walked, well, he lived in an apartment nearby. If he was returning from a dinner, he was probably drinking. He could have taken a cab, but, to be honest, if you take into account the waiting time for the cab to arrive and all the turns a car needs to make due to one-way streets in that part of Moscow, it was probably faster on foot, and maybe more romantic.

He had a lot of reasons to fake his own death.
Then there is the escort's (obviously in on it) testimony, that she did not see the shooter (becuse there was none).
The truck driver also said he did not see the shooter.
After the shooting she walks about, but does not go close to the body.
The random shell casings from different manufacturers are another clue.
The clincher is the close up photos of Nemtsov's body, the dead guy is seriously overweight and Nemsov is buffed. Then there is no blood on the sidewalk on either side of the body.
