So if another country (lets just say Kenya, for example, as a British Crown colony) had its very own law on its books, through its own Constitution, that said any person born (wherever that person were born at, lets just say Hawaii) is a Kenyan citizen by virtue of Kenyan parentage...that the reality and knowledge of that candidates dual citizenship status (whether past or present) might be of some interest...in the vetting process...to the public who's trust and vote the candidate is seeking?

Technical question: Does the constitution guarantee Freedom of Douchebagery? Is that under freedom of speech? Or is that an executive order he made when I was not paying attention?
If we used the Constitution any more the answer would be yes. You can be a douchebag as often and as long as you like, assuming you are prepared to live with the consequences.

He conveniently edited out most references to Frank Marshall Davis in the 2005 audio version of Dreams of My Father as well, so "something" is obviously trying to be hidden.
