Police Frame Innocent People

George Washington's picture

Police have been busted framing innocent people in numerous ways.  For example:

  • A New York police investigation supervisor for criminal investigations in seven counties admits that he and another lieutenant faked fingerprint evidence so often that the New York Times called it an "almost routine fabrication of evidence in criminal case"
  • A deputy sheriff in Florida said: "Planting evidence and lying in your reports are just part of the game"
  • A Pasadena, California police officer bragged on tape about how he framed innocent folks

They've also been busted planting weapons on people, as a false flag "justification" for shooting them.

Postscript: Most police officers are honest. But given the enormous power they yield - and since the risk of being killed by law enforcement is much greater than being killed by a terrorist, at least for some sectors of society - there should be zero tolerance for police corruption.

-----

No.  Police are inherently dishonest, inherently predatory, inherently criminal and inherently evil.  They know, beyond any doubt whatsoever, that most modern "laws" they enforce are absolutely, completely, utterly unjust and blatantly unconstitutional.

No honest individual can be confused about this.

Of course, most folks are also dishonest, even with themselves.

The police excuse their dishonesty with their delusion that they can determine the guilty and therefore their corruption is noble. If there were honest police, the police would police themselves. The sheeple delude themselves from the obvious.

They may be corrupt but IMHO they are just plain incompetent fools. A guy was arrested here in FL about 9 months ago for a life felony, L&L on a minor, after THREE hours of "investigation." Half of the time spent, the cop drove to a 12 y/o witnesses' home and yelled at him to stop lying! The "detective did no interview of the kid, who told 2 vastly different versions of the alleged behavior to 2 different LE people less than a day apart. Guy gets booked paper plasters him on front page ZERO people call to complain (Can you say Bill Cosby, Jerry Sandusky, many priests?--people come out of the woodwork to tell their stories of wierd behavior) These people have a pathology, and none of them fit. Meanwhile the incompetent state attorney does nothing keeping the alleged perp on the rocks for 9 months and can't gut it up to tell the cops they screwed the pooch. Somebody gonna have some 'splainin to do.....old saying: A Conservative is a liberal who's been mugged-- A liberal is a conservative who's been falsely arrested. Police State near complete cuz the bozos who wanna be cops all want that swagger to hassle people and treat us all as perps, you get pulled over and get shot if u don't kiss ass and God help you if your name is Naji Ibrahim...or 19 y/o and black or brown......

the rule of law simply means the law rules. My wife and I were driving our two vehicles with daughter, son-in-law and four grand kids to a huge dairy farm in NW indiana. She was in the lead on the interstate and I was pulled over by a state trooper. She pulled over in front of us and backed up. I was told he had me on radar and was ticketed for ten miles over speed limit. When my wife walked back to us along the shoulder he aske her who she was and she told him she was my wife. He wrote her for ten over as well. I asked him if he had her on radar and he said he didnt need her on radar.

I told him I would see him in court. I paid my ticket. I was speeding. In looking at my wifes ticket he had an incorrect vehicle make and model. He had an incorrect license plate number and in fact even the wrong state listed as state of origin of the license plate. We live in Illinois. We went to late afternoon court. When we entered we were asked to approach the procecutor table. No judge in the courtroom but plent of people and some lawyers. My wife showed him the ticket and all the wrong information and explained why we were pleading not guilty. I E. not on radar. He asked us to have a seat and kept the ticket.

The judge entered and a number of cases were heard. Then my wifes name was called she stood and plead not guilty. There were still over a dozen people in the courtroom including some obvious attorneys. When she plead the judge asked her why she was pleading not guilty. She explained wrong make/model car, wrong license plate number/state etc and no radar to the judge. He asked to see the ticket. She said the man at the table there has my ticket. The judge looked at him and asked for the ticket. The state officer whoever was working that table and I am not sure of his title to this day looked right at the judge and said, "I took nothing from her." I stood up and the baliff asked who I was. I said i was her husband ant told the judge i saw him take the ticket. I was told to sit down or be removed from the courtroom.

I left the courtroom and went and introduced myself to the police officer manning the metal detector. I told him my wifes rights were being trampled and there was a good chance that he would be being called to the court room to arrest me in the very near future. I told him I would go into handcuffs in peace and that no tazer would be needed. He listened to me explain the situation and told me i had to do what i had to do.

I returned to the courtroom but my then as it was quite a walk out to the security area cop I spoke with my wifes had alreay been found guilty and fined and met me returning in the hallway. She was pissed. No one in that courtroom stood up when I did and said your honor we sat that man take her ticket from her.

I wrote a letter to the judge. I told him a state employee lied to his face in his courtroom. I told him I am sure it is on your video security film. I told him America wasn''t founded on the rule of the government with iron fists and lies.

Guess what I heard back from "his honor.?" Crickets. Nothing. Not a peep. This was 2009. We have lost the war people. Wake the hell up. We are tax donkeys. My home is worth the same amount I paid for it in 1998. However since then I have paid 124,000 in property taxes. I have paid 289,000 in mortgage interest. So who do we work for?

America is broken. Is it beyond repair. I didn't use to think it was. My thinking has changed. We work to support the machine. That machine includes the librarian working at your local public library making 65K a year with full medical, dental, vision insurance and 85% of her average last two years salary until the day she dies when she retires.

It includes the cops, fireman, water works, snow plow drivers, tollway workers. It includes the state cops that milk us as we drive on toll roads we pay for per mile dying by a thousand cuts as we are being bombarded by our need to diversify. My city is importing spanish speaking teachers now from Columbia and Nicauraga because the hispanics here dont like the white bilingual teachers in our schools because thier spanish usage is upsetting to them. Something about accents.

WE ARE BROKEN. IT IS NOT FIXABLE. THE STATE RULES AT ALL LEVELS. IF YOU DOUBT ME ATTEND A BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING AND OBJECT TO THEIR APPROVED BOOK LIST. YOU WILL BE REMOVED.

Folks. Look around. Down arrow me if you wish. Last night on a major interstate someone pulled alongside a semi tractor trailer and opened fire sending bullets through the passenger sided door. Road rage. Truck drivers should just sit home for a week I think.

WE ARE BROKEN. Live your lives accordingly. There is no knight in shining armor. Folks the likes of Breitbart, et all wont be allowed to voice their opinions. It isn't paranoia if it is true. Pick your friends wisely. Always have a plan.

Good day all.

agree. Have had similar experiences with 'law enforcement'®  though I have worked and lived with integrity and ethics for decades.   System is utterly broken and getting worse every day.... I don't even recognize the government as anything even remotely resembling a decent government.....its demise in its current form is inevitable... the math proves it and symptoms are these types of miscarriages of justice ongoing everyday.

I agree 100% with this post. We have reached a level of total corruption. The only way ot is differennt form some other countires is that it is for the most part hidden here. It also has to do with the total appathetic attitude of the American people. No one has a clue about what is goin on around them, nor do they care. I for one have pretty much given up on trying to educate or enlighten them i fear it is much to late to make any difference.

How good the ones in black robes are varies greatly from state to state and even from court to court within states.  There are three courts in the district that I'm in, and in two of them, the judges are pretty good and the other it's a crapshoot, but nothing like some of the horror stories I hear coming out of other states.  Some of the muni courts in the area are straight up kangaroo courts though.  One is notorious for always finding against the defendant no matter what the evidence, and also it is notorious for dropping the case when it is appealed to the District Court.  It is a defacto revenue source for the municipality that it is in, rather than a court.

My evaluation of the judges here is as a person who has actually sat in on hearings and watched how the judges treated people, including pro se defendants, and as a person who has gone extensively through court records and been pushed theough the court system without an attorney.  I watched the judge in my case get more pissed off at a whiney attorney in another case, but she never got pissed off at me.

I will say this:  Even the decent judges have side agendas.  Not being part of discovery squabbles when they can help it is one of those side agendas.

That is one interpretation. Another is Franklin Graham's, "Interceding for those in authority is not an option. It is a biblical command that we are to obey. “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty” (1 Timothy 2:1-2, KJV)." http://billygraham.org/decision-magazine/october-2014/praying-for-our-le...

I find the 'list' far more anecdotal than analytical. For instance - the first event of the British injustice. Undoubtedly this is in reference to the Paul Hill case a/k/a the Birmingham 4  (an excellent movie on it "In the Name of the Father). That case - epic proportions of malfeasance of justice - was in the 70s. There is no reference point for the timeline on the other events. While I don't doubt the tragedies cited - where is the analysis? Is the trend going up - different for urban v rural - black, Hispanic, white etc etc  I would hope for something like Robert Pape's book analysing suicide bombers.  he takes all the anecdotal events and reaches some conclusions that really make you think.  I'm predisposed to agree with the sentiment here but would certainly like some comprehensive support to it.

There's an iceberg under all this tip.  Anybody else got a story to tell along similar lines?
