Police Frame Innocent People
Police have been busted framing innocent people in numerous ways. For example:
- A British judge found that British police framed four innocent men of carrying out an IRA bombing
- Judges in India say that police in Dehli "tampered with and fabricated" evidence against many innocent people
- A New York police investigation supervisor for criminal investigations in seven counties admits that he and another lieutenant faked fingerprint evidence so often that the New York Times called it an "almost routine fabrication of evidence in criminal case"
- A deputy sheriff in Florida said: "Planting evidence and lying in your reports are just part of the game"
- A Camden, New Jersey police officer admitted to framing 185 innocent people
- A Pasadena, California police officer bragged on tape about how he framed innocent folks
- A judge found that San Francisco police paid people to lie on the witness stand, in order to convict innocent people
- Police in Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, England, and all over the world have been caught on tape framing innocent people
They've also been busted planting weapons on people, as a false flag "justification" for shooting them.
Postscript: Most police officers are honest. But given the enormous power they yield - and since the risk of being killed by law enforcement is much greater than being killed by a terrorist, at least for some sectors of society - there should be zero tolerance for police corruption.

I would love to thank the good cops that put John Corzine in jail.
We framed some folks.
Scott Olson was about the worst one I can remember. He didn't get framed but he got tagged in the head with a tear gas canister. Then, when people circled around him to help, another cop lobbed a flash bang right in the middle making his injuries even worse.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTTzVuRUmFw
Eventually, the kid got paid for this from tax-coffers because he was badly injured. If the cop boss would have placed *everyone* in the area on indefinate unpaid suspension right after this happened somebody would of talked and we could have punished the demons who did this. Nope, didn't happen that way. A lot of people had to know who did it.
AFter studying that vid quite a bit, it looked to me that the same cop threw the flash bang. He aimed carefully, fired, then slipped to the back of the line and lobbed the grenade. Completely deliberate and cold-blooded - pure combat action - nothing to do with peace keeping or enforcing the law. It was more like an assassination. The perp should be in jail, period.
I get really angry every time I see that and remember there were people saying it was his fault because he should have been at work instead of agitating/protesting.
I ask this every so often. Is it time NOW?
This is how GULAG system work
Over every courthouse should hang the banner, "Abandon all hope of law, justice, or honest testimony, ye who enter here."
The judge/prosecutor/police industrial complex protects its own. Prosecutors need convictions to be reelected or reappointed. Police need convictions to insure department funding and promotions. Judges need convictions to be reelected or reappointed. Power corrupts. Personal needs corrupt.
The stupid on juries want to trust the police, the judge and the prosecutors. The stupid want to believe we have a Constitution with restraints on police, judges and prosecutors. The stupid on juries obey the judge's instruct that they can only examine the fact and the determination of the law is only for the judge. Juries nullifying laws has a long history. http://www.niagarafallsreporter.com/Stories/2013/Jul9/Examples.html
The 99% federal conviction rates are proof of the absurdity of an honest trial or honest judgements. Both prosecutors and judges tread very lightly on police malfeasance, since they need police lies for their benefit. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/1471015_Federal_Conviction_Rate.html
Complaints against judicial malfeasance are even more repressed. http://faqusajudicialcorruption.blogspot.com/
I think one of the perversions of the justice system is that they charge someone with a laundry list of crimes which carries the full weight of the government behind it. Many of the charges are there just to 'pad' the case. The result is the guy faces financial ruin whether he wins or loses. The possible jail time is so off the chart in addition that it's safer to plea down to the lesser charges offered and take the hit. This smacks of prosecuting the person rather than the crime and that is not how it is supposed to work. In many places there is no plea bargaining down to eliminate this. This may be in part a reason for the 99% conviction rate. This plea bargaining aspect makes for a poor system IMHO.
The multiple charges are there to fool the jury into making a compromise decision. The stupid believe that compromising is a virtue. If you followed my link you would see that "The vast majority of these convictions are achieved through plea bargaining as 97% of all federal cases end with a guilty plea being entered by the defendant. Approximately two thirds of the three percent who decide to brave trial find themselves convicted, thus achieving the mind-boggling conviction rate of 99%."
Maybe worth considering. Why do they want the perfect conviction rate anyway? Many if not most of the States Attorneys Fed Prosecutors etc are using that office to get enough notoriety to run for the next highest office. Not exactly a formula for ethical prosecutions. Try Ray Bonner's book on wrongful murder convictions.
Guiliani in NYC: Christie in NJ; Dewey in NY
I'm pretty sure that plea bargains do count towards the conviction rate. The convictions at trial should be very different than the overall conviction rate.

And always live-stream so smashed cameras doesn't stop the video until that very moment
For the most part, Bambuser kind of sucks, but it allows you to stream video with your screen locked. If they don't know that you're taking video, they'll say a lot more and they'll probably not smash your phone. Keep yer mouth shut;)
The justice system framing innocents is the second oldest profession. The oldest is well you all know here.
I do respect and have alot of police friends as I worked with them. Many are hard working and most of the time it is those officers in charge or attornies that do the framing.
If there were any good cops they would arrest the bad ones when they break the law but they do not. They hold the thin blue line and protect their own no matter how corrupt.
Given this, how can anyone say any cops are good?
Recently read something from a career defense attorney -- he used to believe cops are inherently honest except for the occasional rogue cop. Now, he believes every cop will lie under oath to support what the cop believes is a good arrest. If the cop thinks he arrested the right person, they will fabricate and lie to get a conviction.
Many people, especially in careers which "control" the citizenry, say what they're paid to say. And what they think will get them paid more.
Awesome as always, GW. Thank you.
PROPOSAL: When a prosecuting attorney or detective is found to have framed an innocent citizen, why not send the prosecuting attorney or detective to jail for whatever length of time the innocent citizen would have been sent to jail for? That would level the criminal-justice playing ground. I believe the civil-justice playing ground is already level this way. Why not the criminal too? Isn't criminal more important, by definition, than civil?
JURY OF YOUR PEERS: This is why the FOUNDING FATHERS considered trial by a JURY OF YOUR PEERS absolutely essential. They knew from personal experience that, in many cases, the only chance a wrongfully accused citizen had was that the jury OF HIS PEERS - people in his community who know him - would find him innocent of trumped-up charges because they would know him well enough to know that he wouldn't do what a crooked prosecuting attorney and crooked detective said he had done.
Whereas a judge would likely not even know the accused at all.
Furthermore, a judge would likely not live in the accused's community, and MIGHT have a prejudice AGAINST that community.
Furthermore, a judge might feel prejudiced toward the prosecutor, since the judge might need support from the "law enforcement community", WHOSE MEMBERS VOTE, to get reelected to his position as judge. (When only 1 out of 4 adults bothers to vote, those votes from the "law enforcement community" make a big difference. And this is one more reason to always VOTE! - especially in local judge elections.)
Dueteronomy Chapter 19:
19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth; at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall a matter be establishmed19:16 If an unrighteous witness rise up against any man to bear perverted witness against him;
19:17 then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the Lord, before the priests and the judges that shall be in those days.
19:18 And the judges shall inquire diligently; and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;
19:19 then shall ye do unto him, as he had purposed to do unto his brother; so shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.
19:20 And those that remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil in the midst of thee.
19:21 And thine eye shall not pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
California has released 4 prisoners over the last 3 or 4 years. They served between 12 and 22 years before being declared innocent, and released. In each case, the prosecuting attorney with held exculpiating evidence that would have resulted in a not guilty verdict. None of those attorneys were disciplined.
What you are talking about with a jury of our peers is called 'jury nullification'. It was a popular concept when the USA was founded. The founders understood that with all of the checks and balanced they built into the system, it was still possible for our representatives to create a law that would be unacceptable to the people. Jury nullification is the way to deal with that.
This is all well and good but completely misses the point that the american legal system is complete fraud anyways.

The easiest points for me to miss are those which have not yet been brought to my attention. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Hmm, no thanks. I do not want to pay for someone who has violated others constitutional rights, in spite of taking an oath to do the opposite. A plane ticket to Saudi Arabia would be much cheaper and the Saudis know how to handle this sort of thing, publicly.
I think I might actually feel good about paying to lock up a few crooked cops, prosecutors, and judges. I might feel better than if I could ship them to Saudi Arabia. Maybe ship them to the French Foreign Legion?
Up to your old tricks again hey GW? The one about the palm beach where cop admits planting evidence is SOP. Again with you bs. The source you site which happened to stumble upon a website with cops who post anonymously about their illegal behavior. You are gutless and you are a coward.
And I will be here until you aren't...soldier #1.
Nothing is beyond my reach!
Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
SS -- you would have to be walking around in a state of denial if you can't face the fact that police routinely lie, lie, lie to the detriment of the civilian population -- there is nearly endless documentation to back this up. The only questionable statement that GW makes is that most LEOs "are honest" -- they are not, as long as they observe the blue code of silence.
E-ward- my criticism is of GW and his tactics. I'm not denying the abuses of LEO's. GW uses questionable sources and or taken out of context reports regarding his posts. The article he used for the fingerprint fakery by NYPD was true and the cop was fired. The article was also from 1993 and slightly outdated. Others he used from foreign countries but his slant is pointed at America specifically.
There is a push in this country for confrontation with LEO's. Just look at Ferguson and we know how that turned out. No an unarmed gentle giant did not have his hands up saying don't shoot just to be shot by a racist white cop because this is how the majority of police are meme.
Can you deny that there isn't a push for agitation against cops in this country?
GW does this all the time and I had enough and called him out on it. He doesn't respond like the rest if us here unless you agree with him. When I questioned his genuiousness and his response was showing me my time in service.
You responded to me and now I'm responding to you the way normal people engage in debate. HE WONT!
You write: "There is a push in this country for confrontation with LEO's"
Are you saying there is an epidemic of citizens that abuse their authority and gang up on and beat cops? Are you also saying that even when these citizens get caught on video beating on, or even shooting cops they get away with it? Or even better they just go on paid leave until other citizens look into it and find nothing wrong time and time again? This happens a lot?
Actually its a push to get law enforcement to do the jobs they are paid very well to do the way they should. But they just cant seem to pull it off. I dont give a crap about cops in other countries. I dont pay them. These ones I pay? You betcha. There is a long list of crooks walking free that should have been in jail long ago.
speaking of responding......?
Shitgum doesn't remember that most agitation in the 1960-70 was by US Agents who infiltrated groups they were focused on.
The Founder of Soldier of Fortune Magazine wrote about this in the 1980s.
Cointelpro was one of the groups that did this.
I suspect Shitgum has been corrupted by the money, the TDY funds, and his career with being a Government Issue.
Shitgum;
Notice how the News is spun and how status quo prevails in the USA? Both Repubs and Democrats like it just they way it is. They answer to the Money powers. But the power of money to rule all men in the USA has grown into a huge Corruption Central Government that wages false wars, commits war crimes, allows all manner of Accounting Control Fraud... just like a replay of the Savings and Loan Scandal/Crisis except... with eveyone looking for a new career track more money, more advancement, more power, and with Costs of Living Sky rocketing and Debt Sky rocketing.
Most US Citizens are caught as debt slaves while the Central Government ignores the corruption in banking and the business deals that use our Military and Federal Budget.
The winners are those in Government, Federal Government, and those that can get executive positions.
Will your kids and grand kids be losers or what?
Apparently you like honesty & integrity, but you just don't think people can handle the truth, don't need the truth to vote, don't need the truth for citizenship, and don't need to know what the Secrets of the Bankers and Federal Government are.
You aint gonna get the truth from the Federal .gov. And you kids and grand kids are not either.
You know we have a Military Republic, why do MSM and Public leaders keep up the Mind games by calling us a Democracy??
Human Nature is always going to Cheat, Commit Fraud, and be bribed by money and gifts. Why not end money in politics?
Allegedly, there was a town out in Oklahoma around the time of OKC bombing where 'radicals' hung out like McVeigh. The funny thing, is 2 out of 3 people out there were undercover for FBI, SPLC, or some other such group. In fact, many think McVeigh was undercover - death certificate does say he active military and he seemed to accept the stooge role pretty well.
Maybe it was Elohim City or something similar.
Conspiracy theory that McVeigh execution was faked.
Veterans Today blogger claims OKC bombing was a micro-nuke,
presumably planted inside the building,
similar to Israeli micro-nukes in the 9/11 twin towers.
I never spend much time on OKC building nor matched others about bldg 7 and the twin towers.
But seems like OKC blew out from inside main supports like some kind of expert plan. While debris did blow out from NY Towers quite far the structures fell into their footprints.
Both seem to have had insiders who got out of the buildings before the disasters. Both had Federal Control of investigations similar to the JFK Assassination.
Could be the plans domestic radicals found their way onto Federal Agency Tables where War Mongers and Right Wing warriors decided they needed these events for a Strategy of Tension/Friction to draw the country toward Right Wing politics and a police state.
All they had to do was add elements they wanted.
Today is like 20 years from OKC, and it appears we have a police state, domestic spying, weapons enhancement for county level police, a new agency DHS, 13 years of endless war, wars of aggression, war crimes, refuted Geneva Conventions which separated us from Nazis, and False Flag reasons for going to war in Iraq.
PNAC anyone?
Southern Poverty Law Center? Wow.
Elohim is Sumerian for King or God I think. Can't see a connect linguistically.
Oklahoma seems like a central location in USA, both Urban and Rural People. Military Bases not that far away. Could have been a Trap there. I don't know about Militias, but any where a militia grows would attract LEOs.
I just can't accept the dribble about build 7, twin towers and Okla Building.
- Money Rules all Men's lives.
- Bailouts are Corruption
- People that want to help you are taking your money or country or sovereignty
- US Bankruptcy Rate is 50% if you live to 85 years old
- Most Federal Activity is an Intelligence Operation against citizens
- We don't need Federal Secrets except for about Weapons
- Money & Gift Giving in Politics, Universities, Justices is Hugely Corruptive
- There is a Free-For-All Fight going on for Federal Money, it is all going to the Elite, except for Welfare Programs
- Federal .gov is self perpetuating Machine, build small empires
Elohim is Hebrew,
usually translated as "God".
Zacharia Sitchen speaks and writes Hebrew, but disputes your POV. He seems to have published the most Sumerian Translations even if you criticize without any credentials, study, expertise or new info.

Lots of hits on google, but this was first one.
This guy Robert G. Millar sure brought a lot of money down from Canada to take over a University and then found a whole town.
He must have been quiet the Patriarch... from out of no where.
Money Rules all Men, even men with great discipline, religious training... maybe he was like a Menonite or had old money wealth or had a Knight in the Family History way back.
SPLC - Morris Dees - wasn't aware of how much investigative work he/they do for the FBI. Kind of like citizen brownshirts. A curious media could do wonders in this country uncovering secret connections and the like.
If this is true, seems he's probably well qualified to run for president!
http://www.zianet.com/web/dees1.htm
SPLC is Left Wing Extremist.
SS is just calling out GW on his lightweight research and agenda-driven tactics. Most of GW's minions (who are not the core of ZHers, btw) take his posts as gospel, despite the often total lack of integrity behind them.
When you have an agenda, you will strech the truth to promote it. That's GW's play. You don't see it because you are so enamored by him that you fail to see his narcissistic agenda.
No I probably have the same agenda.
I actually don't read much posted on ZH or even by GW.
The financial stuff is over my head, but I recognize Corruption in many forms.
So, I guess you don't care what happens to your kids?
All wealth is a target. You could have made $5 M easy in this financial market up to 2009. And you could be in the older generation that trusts the Government, Federal Government, beleive in WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Panama, Gulf War, Iraqi War, 13 years of war in Afghanistan.
You believe in the Federal Budget do you?

Nice rant, Jethro. But by stating "No I probably have the same agenda." indicates you don't understand GW's agenda, and thus are subject to it. His agenda is to be the singular source of inspiration for some revolution against the establishment. No one is allowed to share that agenda with him. Those that believe they "share" the agenda are his minions.
