I'd say the onus is on the US, and it seems that we're the untrustworthy ones...
Why would you assume you could trust any of them? World leaders have spent decades at least, pissing on each other. My assumption is that they all want to kick our ass, and given most opinions here I would assume they would agree, yet they seem willing to give Iran the benefit of the doubt and assume all of their proclamations of "death to America" are simple political posturing (Obama's position). If we are to assume anything it is that there is a mutual respect between Obama and the Iranian leaders as they see their people as pawns to be used and consumed to advance their ideological agendas.
Nothing good will come from this...nothing.

WTF....Nuclear bombs from nuclear energy is a side issue with Iran. The issue is about ending the punioshment of Iran for selling it's energy resources in other than the Federal Reserve Note (USD being a misnomer to fool the public) or the rules on the capitulation of the petro dollar: or who can deal outside of ther FRN without having the Sixth Fleet show up shooting, slaughtering and returning a people to the stone age for defiance of this former and now half broken doctrine. I was in the US Air Force from 1969-1973. On one of the bases I was stationed during that time, we trained Iranian fighter pilots, and all kinds of technical stuff. Half the base was Iranians, about 15,000 of them. To this day, I still get cards and telephone calls on Christmas, New Years, etc. from some of them Iranian dudes I helped train.

Russia was involved in negotiating away Iraq's "WMD's" and Syria's chemical weapons. How well did that work out? In three years Iran will be in turmoil and Russia will sit back and watch the show again. If Iran violates, or is framed with lies for violating, any of this agreement then instead of a proxy war it will be more direct and possibly with massive bombing/missiles. It's as if Russia is part to this game and just playing a role of pretend opposition while making the victim easier prey.

So everyone agrees that Iran requires only 2-3 months to aquire a nuclear device and the talks have been postponed for 2-3 months, but fear not, once an accord is reached, it will take Iran 15 years to accomplish this?
