"Panic Buying"
The phrase has such a decadent connotation in my mind. Greed and avarice have become the new American virtues thanks to our unpunished criminal handlers on Wall Street. When the fall comes, it will be unprecedented and never more deserved.
And never more overdue.
Bob Pisani? I thought it was PISS-ON-ME...
You're doing a disservice to golden showers with that...
" I thought it was PISS-ON-ME..."
That's his hobby.

Round these guys up and put them in the box. I give their excom staff tops 2 days before they crack like eggs and start talking. I hope they enjoyed the free corn.
2 days? rich, spoiled fucks like that would crack at the sight of something intimidating (choose your weapon or very large man in leather and chains).
They gotta eat, fuck or shit sooner or later.
Chimera Investment Corporation 395.90%
Another pig at the trough after the unlucky false algo start. That's a lot of corn.
Why is everyone so afraid to buy stocks at a LOWER PRICE ??
What's ironic is that the HFT's are kind of putting themselvees out of business.
As they get more aggressive with stop hunting, the less leverage I use and then I take off stops completely and let trades go for days, looking for much wider turns. Of course, I'm still an idiot for playing a rigged game at all. But hey, we all have our vices - I hate Vegas but some people love that.
At least in Vegas you get girls in skimpy outfits serving you free drinks as you hand over your life savings.
And the odds are better.
I cannot disagree. But hey, I lost more at a strip joint than in 15 minutes than I've ever lost in 15 minutes in the market So....... I dunno. Skimpy girls might be even worse for my economic situation lol
Can't we just hand over all the worlds money and assets to the HFT's and their masters in one go and save all this messing around?
They create and therefor have ALL the money they want.
It is our willing participation that they require.
William Dudley's Federal Reserve trading desk is right on time buying.
Must buy....stawks....far higher....must....full....leverage....

Quite an elaborate good cop-bad cop routine they've got going on, no doubt.
And it's SO subtle
Rather than the old "fool me" saw, I've always preferred this:
"Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action."

Only two ways to raise cash in this world: work your butt off for nothing or buy stocks.
PERIOD.
Everything else is treasuries and "risk mitigation."
Yes, in this case, "what goes up, will surely, come tumbling down"!
kind of funny...RIGHT?
