European Derivatives Market Breaks... And Futures Surge
Because nothing says "liquid and efficient" market like yet another broken market. Just as we saw yesterday afternoon as US equities collapsed into the close, Euronext has broken in the pre-open European markets...
- *EURONEXT SAYS EXPERIENCING SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES
- *EURONEXT DERIVATIVES MKT STATUS - SYSTEMS AFFECTED: CCG ISSUE
- *EURONEXT: CCG NUMBER 10, 11, 12 MAY SEE CONNECTIVITY ISSUE
and sure enough, DAX stock futures surge...
And so did US equity futures...

I'm making over $7k a month working part time. I kept hearing other people tell me how much money they can make online so I decided to look into it. Well, it was all true and has totally changed my life. This is what I do... www.globe-report.com
You should advertise in Greek, Spanish, Italian but not here.
For a truly stimulating effect, just have CBs guarantee that "markets" will be specific, higher levels by specific dates, so everyone can jump in and make bank.
It'll be great. Even the e*trade baby can forge a reverse mortgage on his parents' house, and use the monthly payment to BUY MOAR STAWKS.
Everyone will be driving Rolls Royces & eating 28 day dry aged prime beef with their eggs at breakfast, FFS.
I'm going to buy one of those miniature giraffes that Russian Oligarch stereotype guy had in that one commercial.
Stock market is like old tv show in syndication, keeps repeating same story over and over. Quite boring. Guess that happens when computers run the show.
People are afraid if the market shuts down they won't be able to fill their orders and buy moar stocks ahead of the next round of CB intervention so the panic buying on news of the market breaking makes perfect sense.
Hell FOMC minutes are later today so the US 'market' should be a solid 2% higher by closing bell today; well on its way to our year end target of DOW 20000.
Who is selling the DOW 20,000 hats. I want to add it to my collection.
It will be a nice centerpiece between the Dow 200,000 and Dow 20 hats when everything plays out.

Yeah nice! Good start in the day - love it!
We now know where the hydrogen cells of the Hindenburg are most vulnerable - derivatives!
Imagine that - didn't derivatives cause the last "explosion" and need for bailouts?
36 died in Hindenburg explosion, 25+ Million in WWII.
Hmmm...geometric progressions?
One domino derives into the other, and this ones derives into the third, and so on.... Deriving through the derivatives cliff into the sharks ocean.
Are you kidding they are only on QE 2 free money everyone pile in here.
