He is simply a master of psychology, he knows exactly how to talk to people, how to tone his voice, when to be menacing, when to calm people down. I hate to say it, but the fed. destroyed the European currency market. The fed. enabled easy monetary policy and dependancy for decades, and Europeans enjoyed the favorable exchange rates, through massive $usd expansion.
