Secretary Of State For Hire: Hillary Clinton Made Millions From Foreign Donors In Exchange For "Favors"
That the Clintons have made millions of dollars from speaking fees is no secret: just last summer it was revealed that the former president was paid $104.9 million for delivering 542 speeches around the world between January 2001 and January 2013, when Hillary left her job as secretary of state.
What is not known, and what will be revealed in a new book "Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich,” by Peter Schweizer, is something far more sinister: foreign entities made payments to the Clinton Foundation and to Mr. Clinton through high speaking fees expected, and received, favors from Mrs. Clinton’s State Department in return.
As the NYT reports, the "186-page investigation of donations made to the Clinton Foundation by foreign entities — is proving the most anticipated and feared book of a presidential cycle still in its infancy."
“We will see a pattern of financial transactions involving the Clintons that occurred contemporaneous with favorable U.S. policy decisions benefiting those providing the funds,” Mr. Schweizer writes.
His examples include a free-trade agreement in Colombia that benefited a major foundation donor’s natural resource investments in the South American nation, development projects in the aftermath of the Haitian earthquake in 2010, and more than $1 million in payments to Mr. Clinton by a Canadian bank and major shareholder in the Keystone XL oil pipeline around the time the project was being debated in the State Department.
This means that during her tenure as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton may or may not have been working in the best interest of the US population; she was, however, certainly working in the best interest of the biggest Clinton Foundation donor du jour. And she was communicating on her personal, unsupervised, and unrecorded Blackberry while she was doing it.
Slowly, all the pieces of Hillary's public service are falling into place. Very lucrative public service.
Naturally, the Hillary campaign has a prepared "response", a response we have heard countless times when faced with a challenger who has no facts on their side: immediate accusations of "conspiracy theories."
"A campaign spokesman, Brian Fallon, called the book part of the Republicans’ coordinated attack strategy on Mrs. Clinton “twisting previously known facts into absurd conspiracy theories,” and he said “it will not be the first work of partisan-fueled fiction about the Clintons’ record, and we know it will not be the last.”
There is one problem: Schweizer "writes mainly in the voice of a neutral journalist and meticulously documents his sources, including tax records and government documents."
We for one can't wait to get access to said sources, especially when it comes to tracking down the motivation and impetus behind the biggest foreign donor to the Clinton Foundation of them all, the one listed below...
... and further uncovering just what "favors" the State Department under Hillary (and later) returned to said donor... although we do have an idea or two.

On October 15, 1970, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (18 U.S.C. §§ 1961–1968), commonly referred to as the "RICO Act", became United States law. The RICO Act allowed law enforcement to charge a person or group of people with racketeering, defined as committing multiple violations of certain varieties within a ten-year period. The purpose of the RICO Act was stated as "the elimination of the infiltration of organized crime and racketeering into legitimate organizations operating in interstate commerce". S.Rep. No. 617, 91st Cong., 1st Sess. 76 (1968). However, the statute is sufficiently broad to encompass illegal activities relating to any enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce.
Section 1961(10) of Title 18 provides that the Attorney General of the United States may designate any department or agency to conduct investigations authorized by the RICO statute and such department or agency may use the investigative provisions of the statute or the investigative power of such department or agency otherwise conferred by law. Absent a specific designation by the Attorney General, jurisdiction to conduct investigations for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1962 lies with the agency having jurisdiction over the violations constituting the pattern of racketeering activity listed in 18 U.S.C. § 1961.[3]
In the U.S., civil racketeering laws are also used in federal and state courts.
The specific goal of RICO is to punish the use of an enterprise to engage in certain criminal activities. A person who uses an enterprise to engage in a pattern of racketeering may be convicted under the RICO criminal statute (18 U.S.C.A. § 1963). An enterprise is defined as "any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity." A pattern is defined as "at least two acts of racketeering activity, one of which occurred after the effective date of [RICO's passage] and the last of which occurred within 10 years … after commission of a prior act of racketeering activity."
The main purpose of RICO was to criminalize being part of an "enterprise" of organized crime. The law was intended to expose the soldiers in the enterprise to the full wrath of federal law, roughly equivalent to the penalty for being the Kingpin. The idea was to cause the lower rung guys to turn on the higher rung guys. So a guy who fences for the mob could be charged with RICO activity, and face life in prison because he is part of the enterprise. The Clintons are not Kingpins, but they sure as fuck are part of the enterprise. Of course, the Clintons and the people for whom they fence are exempt from these sorts of laws.
