I don't know how you connect this to WB7's depiction of the Bernank, but SH was obviously just another, made for TV and mass media consumption, production of terror.gov. It's not much different from "Boston Marathon", "Shoe/Underwear Bomber", "ISIS Beheadings", or any number of other episodes...
