Machines Shift To "Spoofing" Soybeans & OatsToday

Amid too close scrutiny in the equity markets, it appears the "spoofing" machines have turned their attention to the Soybean complex. As Nanex's Eric Hunsader exposes, a series of 200-lot sell-order-spoofs has sparked a pump-and-dump roundtrip in Soybean futures today. Oat futures have been monkey-hammered down almost 10% today and ripped back higher.

Oats Futures continue to get clubbed (in odd ways according to traders) strongly suggesting more spoofing...

And Soybean futures pump-and-dump...

As machines shift their spoofing attention...

Nah -- this is just the effect of the Chinese QE. Someone made the mistaken snap judgement that the Chinese would use this extra money to buy food (soybeans) instead of putting all their money into stocks. But wisdom prevailed, after realizing that the Chinese would rather buy stocks than food.

I am really not very savvy regarding trades and trading; however, it seems spoofing, pump and dump, and insider trading in general should simply be legal. If all systems are assumed to be corrupted, another, alternate, trustworthy market driven system would have to emerge to service the insitutional investors. Us retail guys can't influence the market, we can only get screwd by it.

CFTC is currupt as fuck. Their job is to get paid. If I donate a can of beans to a shelter they will probably arrest me for unfairly influening the market.
