well if the fourth Reich can rule Europe without military force, they have achieved some economic advantage. their American cousins has tried to give fascism a good name.  ultimately there will be one world currency even if it isnt run by the UN, and there wont be any central banks (any more than there will be one central government) you need to send a mothers day card to Hillary.
