White House Denies It Fabricated bin Laden Killing, Says Hersh Report "Riddled With Inaccuracies And Falsehoods"
If anyone expected the Obama administration to admit that, as Seymour Hersch alleged last night, it had openly lied and fabricated the entire account of Osama bin Laden killing - perhaps the most defining narrative of Obama's entire first term, we have some bad news: it won't.
Instead, as AP reports, the White House has decided to continue its reality challenged ways and has dismissed as "untrue" Hersh's entire 10K plus word report on what really happened in Abbattobad.
It gets better: according to that paragon of honesty, White House spokesman, Josh Earnest, Hersh's piece in the London Review of Books is "riddled with inaccuracies and outright falsehoods."
It was not immediately clear if Earnest referred the press corp to some fabricated YouTube clip as evidence it wasn't lying about lying.
Earnest noted former CIA deputy director Michael Morell's reaction to the article — that he stopped reading because every sentence was wrong.
As previously reported, Hersh attributed his information to a retired general of the Pakistani intelligence service and several unidentified sources in the U.S. and Pakistan. He says bin Laden was secretly kept as a prisoner by the Pakistanis and that they helped the U.S. stage the raid on his compound.
Among the many allegations of Hersh's report are that:
- bin Laden had been a prisoner of the Pakistan intelligence at the Abbottabad compound since 2006 (something revealed previously in "Osama bin Laden 'protected by Pakistan in return for Saudi cash")
- that the two most senior Pakistani military leaders knew of the raid in advance and had made sure that the two helicopters delivering the Seals to Abbottabad could cross Pakistani airspace without triggering any alarms;
- that the CIA did not learn of bin Laden’s whereabouts by tracking his couriers, as the White House has claimed since May 2011, but from a former senior Pakistani intelligence officer who betrayed the secret in return for much of the $25 million reward offered by the US,
- and that, while Obama did order the raid and the Seal team did carry it out, many other aspects of the administration’s account were false.
The Obama administration says the Pakistanis didn't know about the raid in advance. It wasn't immediately clear if it had rejected all the other claims.

The Obushma administration was holding OBL in sequestration waiting for the opportune moment to announce,"I got Bin Laden". That opportune moment was utilized to end the growing birth certificate scandal that was building around Obushma.
One week prior, Obushma deployed the 'Donald' as the controlled opposition getting a ton of TV face time proclaiming with feigned indignation that he believed Obushma was foreign born, making himself the poster boy for the movement. Then, the day before Obushma made the announcement, T rump proclaied that he saw Obushma's birth certificate, which was actually just the same phony 'certificate of live birth' that Obushma had posted on the internet for years. He said he saw it and then he said he was satisfied that it was real, but that he had a lot of 'other bones' to pick with Obama...next day Obushma prclaims that he got OBL and for a week that was the only nws story.
Afterwards the media just treated it like it was a settled issue since the 'main' 'detractor'(who had actually just been crowned the main detractor by the MSM) had claimed the phony document was authentic.

That One Photograph still amazes me every time I see it! It's a Classic! It's a giveaway. It tells the whole phony story! It lends itself to the sort of Parody WB7 pulls off so well.
The subject matter is a group of people "watching" the SEAL team killing Bin Laden. Nevermind the fact that there was a 20 minute "blackout" as the raid went down. The positioning, or "poses" of the Administration, intently watching, exposes the Phony Photo Op for what it is.
I'm sure the photographer who shot "War Room" photo of all these clowns must be feeling quite proud of himself! To claim it as a "candid" photo is comical. In that photo, you can "feel" the "suspense" and "tension" in the room as they "watch" the "raid" on the implied TV off to the left. Notice the faces of all of the characters, or rather "actors". Every face is fully visible. The main characters featured prominently up front. The POTUS has a really "serious" look on his face, Hillary has her hand over her mouth, (Oh My God, The Horror!), Self-Satisfied Gates, with his arms crossed. Biden, with his usual dumb lack of expression... Notice the positions of their bodies, and even the military man; what's that jackass think he's doing on that laptop? Nevermind, it must be important!
The entire thing reeks of Propaganda, no? These "spokespersons" are all just well paid Liars!
And notice that the president sent his mini-me for the shoot.
I suspect they were really reading a screenful of the audit of the Clinton Foundation's accounting.

I don't really believe either version. But the White House version has elements that are really difficult to accept. Namely that OBL was living right next to a Pakistani military compound without any knowledge of it by Pakistan. Much more likely he was either a prisoner or guest. Also that the US gov. could mount such an attack without an OK from Pakistan.
I think OBL was probably being saved up in order to be offered as a sacrifice to the US electorate shortly before a presidential election. I wonder how much foreign aid the Pakistanis got for him.
