"We The People" Need To Circle The Wagons: The Government Is On The Warpath

How many Americans have actually bothered to read the Constitution, let alone the first ten amendments to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights (a quick read at 462 words)?
Take a few minutes and read those words for yourself—rather than having some court or politician translate them for you—and you will be under no illusion about where to draw the line when it comes to speaking your mind, criticizing your government, defending what is yours, doing whatever you want on your own property, and keeping the government’s nose out of your private affairs.
In an age of overcriminalization, where the average citizen unknowingly commits three crimes a day, and even the most mundane activities such as fishing and gardening are regulated, government officials are constantly telling Americans what not to do. Yet it was not always this way. It used to be “we the people” telling the government what it could and could not do. Indeed, the three words used most frequently throughout the Bill of Rights in regards to the government are “no,” “not” and “nor.”
Compare the following list of “don’ts” the government is prohibited from doing with the growing list of abuses to which “we the people” are subjected on a daily basis, and you will find that we have reached a state of crisis wherein the government is routinely breaking the law and violating its contractual obligations.
For instance, the government is NOT allowed to restrict free speech, press, assembly or the citizenry’s ability to protest and correct government wrongdoing. Nevertheless, the government continues to prosecute whistleblowers, persecute journalists, cage protesters, criminalize expressive activities, crack down on large gatherings of citizens mobilizing to voice their discontent with government policies, and insulate itself and its agents from any charges of wrongdoing (or what the courts refer to as “qualified immunity”).
The government may NOT infringe on a citizen’s right to defend himself. Nevertheless, in many states, it’s against the law to carry a concealed weapon (gun, knife or even pepper spray), and the average citizen is permitted little self-defense against militarized police officers who shoot first and ask questions later.
The government may NOT enter or occupy a citizen’s house without his consent (the quartering of soldiers). Nevertheless, government soldiers (i.e., militarized police) carry out more than 80,000 no-knock raids on private homes every year, while maiming children, killing dogs and shooting citizens.
The government may NOT carry out unreasonable searches and seizures on the citizenry or their possessions. NOR can government officials issue warrants without some evidence of wrongdoing (probable cause). Unfortunately, what is unreasonable to the average American is completely reasonable to a government agent, for whom the ends justify the means. In such a climate, we have no protection against roadside strip searches, blood draws, DNA collection, SWAT team raids, surveillance or any other privacy-stripping indignity to which the government chooses to subject us.
The government is NOT to deprive anyone of life, liberty or property without due process. Nevertheless, the government continues to incarcerate tens of thousands of Americans whose greatest crime is being poor and brown-skinned. The same goes for those who are put to death, some erroneously, by a system weighted in favor of class and wealth.
The government may NOT take private property for public use without just compensation. Nevertheless, under the guise of the “greater public interest,” the government often hides behind eminent domain laws in order to allow megacorporations to tear down homes occupied by less prosperous citizens in order to build high-priced resorts and shopping malls.
Government agents may NOT force a citizen to testify against himself. Yet what is the government’s extensive surveillance network that spies on all of our communications but a thinly veiled attempt at using our own words against us?
The government is NOT allowed to impose excessive fines on the citizenry or inflict cruel and unusual punishments upon them. Nevertheless Americans are subjected to egregious fines and outrageous punishments for minor traffic violations, student tardiness and absence from school, and generally having the misfortune of being warm bodies capable of filling privatized, profit-driven jails.
The government is NOT permitted to claim any powers that are not expressly granted to them by the Constitution. This prohibition has become downright laughable as the government continues to claim for itself every authority that serves to swell its coffers, cement its dominion, and expand its reach.
Despite what some special interest groups have suggested to the contrary, the problems we’re experiencing today did not arise because the Constitution has outlived its usefulness or become irrelevant, nor will they be solved by a convention of states or a ratification of the Constitution.
No, as I document in my new book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the problem goes far deeper. It can be traced back to the point at which “we the people” were overthrown as the center of the government. As a result, our supremacy has been undone, our authority undermined, and our experiment in democratic self-governance left in ruins. No longer are we the rulers of this land. We have long since been deposed and dethroned, replaced by corporate figureheads with no regard for our sovereignty, no thought for our happiness, and no respect for our rights.
In other words, without our say-so and lacking any mandate, the point of view of the Constitution has been shifted from “we the people” to “we the government.” Our taxpayer-funded employees—our appointed servants—have stopped looking upon us as their superiors and started viewing as their inferiors. Unfortunately, we’ve gotten so used to being dictated to by government agents, bureaucrats and militarized police alike that we’ve forgotten that WE are supposed to be the ones calling the shots and determining what is just, reasonable and necessary.
Then again, we’re not the only ones guilty of forgetting that the government was established to serve us as well as obey us. Every branch of government, from the Executive to the Judicial and Legislative, seems to be suffering this same form of amnesia. Certainly, when government programs are interpreted from the government’s point of view (i.e., the courts and legislatures), there is little the government CANNOT do in its quest for power and control.
We’ve been so brainwashed and indoctrinated into believing that the government is actually looking out for our best interests, when in fact the only compelling interesting driving government programs is maintain power and control by taking away our money and control. This vital truth, that the government exists for our benefit and operates at our behest, seems to have been lost in translation over two centuries dominated by government expansion, endless wars and centralized federal power.
Have you ever wondered why the Constitution begins with those three words “we the people”? It was intended to be a powerful reminder that everything flows from the citizenry. We the people are the center of the government and the source of its power. That “we” is crucial because it reminds us that there is power and safety in numbers, provided we stand united. We can accomplish nothing alone.
This is the underlying lesson of the Constitution, which outlines the duties and responsibilities of government. It was a mutual agreement formed by early Americans in order to ensure that when problems arose, they could address them together.
It’s like the wagon trains of the Old West, comprised of individual groups of pioneers. They rarely ventured out alone but instead traveled as convoys. And when faced with a threat, these early Americans formed their wagons into a tight circle in order to defend against invaders. In doing so, they presented a unified front and provided protection against an outside attack. In much the same way, the Constitution was intended to work as an institutionalized version of the wagon circle, serving as a communal shield against those who would harm us.
Unfortunately, we have been ousted from that protected circle, left to fend for ourselves in the wilderness that is the American frontier today. Those who did the ousting—the courts, the politicians, and the corporations—have since replaced us with yes-men, shills who dance to the tune of an elite ruling class. In doing so, they have set themselves as the central source of power and the arbiters of what is just and reasonable.
Once again we’re forced to navigate hostile terrain, unsure of how to protect ourselves and our loved ones from militarized police, weaponized drones, fusion centers, Stingray devices, SWAT team raids, the ongoing military drills on American soil, the government stockpiling of ammunition, the erection of mass detention centers across the country, and all other manner of abuses.
Read the smoke signals, and the warning is clear: It’s time to circle the wagons, folks. The government is on the warpath, and if we are to have any hope of surviving whatever is coming at us, we’ll need to keep our wits about us and present a unified front. Most of all, we need to restore “we the people” to our rightful place at the center of government. How we do that depends largely on each community’s willingness to get past their partisan politics and blind allegiance to uniformed government officials and find common ground.
To put it a little more bluntly, stop thinking like mindless government robots and start acting like a powerhouse of citizens vested with the power to say “enough is enough.” We have the numbers to stand our ground. Now we just need the will

It resembles a meaningful document intended to maintain a civil and free society, when in reality its just a piece of paper used to justify punishing us. Freedom of speech, the right to protect yourself (especially from rogue governments), privacy, due process, and states rights to reject an out of control, tyrannical Federal Government. "Inalienable" means "natural" and "God given". No government, gang, or individual can take these rights from you, unless you willingly surrender them. Death to the tyrants!

I'm not an anarchist. My answer would be an overhaul of the Constitution, placing limitations on every enumeration.
Take away the Federal power to tax.
Allow for State nullification of federal laws, as Jefferson tried with the Kentucky Resolution, which was widely rejected by the traitorous State legislatures.
Judicial review needs work, but I haven't given any thought to a solution to that problem.
I think one of the key changes would be return as much power to the States so accountability is closer to home. As one ZHer replied to one of my similar comments, "We won't have to haul our guillotines as far."
We would need to take what we've learned from the abuses and corruption allowed by the Constitution and draft something that prevents abuse. I'm not sure how to do that. All I know for sure is our system is fucked and you can trace all of the bad shit happening from the corrupt politicians and judges right back to the Constitution.

Seriously, when Congressional Research Services (Yes, alphabet soup, CRS,) says "We can't count the number of federal crimes on the books because it's too fucking complex, so we stopped at 10,000," we have a problem. And when I say all laws, I mean all laws. Legislators should have to pick between murder and some bullshit crony law that benefits their campaign financiers.
If we're going to have a federal government, I would pretty much eliminate its ability to tax people or businesses across the board. I would put any tax collection authority in the hands of state and local governments with restrictions, and I would require that that be the only place that the federal government could draw funds from, with hard limits.
I would also severely restrict and revamp the commerce clause. I could come up with more, but it's late, and I've poured a glass of whiskey.

Freedom of speech, right of self-protection, and due process are the only Constitutional protections on your list. The Constitution has nothing to do with unalienable rights.
The Constitution was forced on the people by fear-mongering Federalist tyrants. State legislators betrayed their constituents when they ratified it. That is my opinion, and sticking to it.
Read the Federalist and, more importantly, Anti-Federalist Papers. The so-called Constitutional Convention was supposed to be a meeting to modify the Articles of Confederation. It was the Philadelphia Convention, until the founders decided to scrap the Articles and start from scratch. The beginning of the end. Federal power to tax with no limitation and judicial review, both granted by the Constitution, doomed this nation from birth.
If government could be trusted to obey the enumeratuons, a Bill of Rights would not be necessary. A Bill of Rights was demanded because everyone knew the new Federal government would not follow the rulz.
People claim this or that is unconstitutional, but per the Constitution, it doesn't matter what anyone but the Federal courts and the SCOTUS think. And the courts have a bad habit of siding with the other branches, facilitating the royal fucking of the people.
The sooner people stop praising the Constitution and realize it is the source of our problems, the sooner we can get on track to freedom. Same goes for State constitutions.

Charles Murray just suggested, in book length, to take non action in the form of not complying. In any case, at some point, you can't. Kurt Schlichter is full of ideas how to degrade the leviathan as well. There may be some economically optimal level of regulations just as the Laffer curve shows an economically optimal level of taxation. We are well past both, coasting on the reserve currency status of the dollar and the Fed to extend and pretend one quarter at a time. But one way or another a great recknoning is in store. That will be the time to gut the leviathan.
The challenge is to change the system or even defeat our oppressors at minimal cost to ourselves. This is the intelligence of their plan as they always provide enough reward for compliance to prevent outright rebellion. Unfortunately, by the time we realize our true costs it will be too late for most. Its what makes corruption work so well.
The cost will be great, don't deceive yourself or allow yourself false hope. It'll probably be almost too much to be borne; everything we've ever known or loved will be swept away and most of us won't live through it.
It is the fact that we so resist paying the cost of liberty that we lose it. If it ain't a good deal, the perceived "something for nothing", then we ain't buying it.

Normally I disagree with everything Chumba says, but in this case they're spot on. Very few people were actively involved in anything but the fighting, and even then it was less than a tenth of the population doing anything at all.
Heck, it was only about 35% of the population that agreed with the revolution in the first place.
People are far more interested in their short term prospects than anything we would perceive as "future". Why else would so many submit to a lifetime of debt? People are blind to the future. Even the concept of "investing" has morphed into day traders and algorithms trying to produce wealth instantaneously. What they allow us to see creates a sense that our future is dead, that there is no alternative, which enables us to retreat into further acts of self destruction. This what drives moral decline, and this moral decline is what is ultimately creating our economic decline.

Thank God we're returning again to more legitimate forms of government like Kings, Emperors and Dictators (anything where one guy and his cronies make the rules as they see fit). This whole liberty, democracy, rule of law and representation of the people thing got WAY out of hand the last handfull of centuries. In the 20th Century alone they damned near lost control to a new thing called the "middle class" that could make up their own minds what they wanted to do and had the financial resources to follow through on those decisions. If you're an elite, that's what's called an unmitigated disaster. One they have learned from and will never allow to happen again.
The difference with the US Constitution is that it's the only one that begins with the premise that our rights come from God. Therefore Governments only role is to secure our God given rights of life and liberty, nothing else. They don't have the right to micro-manage our Society and economy like our Marxist central planners are doing now. Our leaders exist only by the power we afforded them, and we the right to take back that power when it's being abused and give to someone else that will follow the rule of law..
But unless you specifically disclaim being a CITIZEN (SUBJECT), you are right back to being at the mercy of your Lords of the Land, and the CONstitution is irrelevant (at least the entire document up to the 14th Amendment).
I'm not sure if it's willful ignorance, or people are just conditioned by all the years of Public Fool System indoctrination, but the CONstitution does not apply to 99.99% of The Public.

Its called exclusivity: if you claim the title of Citizen (with all the expectations and obligations therewith), then you claim that title EXCLUSIVELY, you cannot be one of "The People" AND a CITIZEN at the same time. It matters not that you "think" the BOR applies to you. It's about what you can prove.
You waived your claim to Natural Rights by claiming an inferior title. The Court system will look on you as a child that is mentally incompetent. For cripes sake, they will threaten you with contempt if you try to argue it!
Realizing this is fundamental to effecting a rational and LASTING fix to the problem. You cannot win a game without grasping the rules of that game. And no matter how skillfully you play the game YOU THINK it is, you will lose because it is a DIFFERENT GAME.

Every well written pep talk draws me closer to the line that I know is there but I don't really want to face, but know that if I am to die with any semblance of self respect and honor that I must face. Not making a snap judgement but I don't think I want you on my team. When it is 4 to 1 in hockey and late in the second period, or 28 to 14 in football in the fourth quarter, or 5 to 1 in baseball in the ninth inning you are the kind of teammate who has already rolled it up and ready for the poontang that you will likely never get or if you do get they are a dead fish wannabe. The simplest solution is to restore the House apportionment.
Original representation was to be 1:30000-which would give us several thousand congresscritters today. Meeting electronically from their home districts. Nobody can buy several thousand seats surreptitiously
All this crap started in the mid-1890's when somehow apportionment was bypassed when the House agreed to enlarge their districts rather than physically expand beyond the 435 seats.

I agree yet another article that does a great job of detailing all that is wrong with our govt today. But it offers no practical solutions other than to read the constitution, the bill of rights, and "circle the wagon"...fuck at least tell us what the modern day equivalent of circling the wagon is.

That is exactly what our leaders are trying to create.
The problem is the nature of humans and the answer is to dehumanize us, to domesticate us, which requires manipulation, force and eventually elimination as the final solution.
The reason why documents and benevolence and nonviolence and pacifism fail, every damned time, is because of the nature of people. Its not religion, its not ideology. It is my belief that when the Federal personal income tax was instituted, the American citizen lost much of their personal soveriegnty. With our representative form of government, the personal income tax ensured that our tax dollar had no voice. Short of abolishing the income tax and apportioning federal taxes to the individual states, the only thing that I can think of that would provide a voice to the now disenfranchised taxpayer would be to institute a citizen referendum to provide the means to overide the legislation passed by our bought and paid for "representatives". At the present time, there appears to be no reasonable ways to doubt that the vast majority of "We the People" have been reduced to being "Zombie Sheeple," who were being fleeced to exhaustion, while they were being set up to be slaughtered. There are no good grounds upon which to base any beliefs that there are any practical ways to materially communicate to enough of those Zombie Sheeple enough of the things that they should think more critically about. Not only are most of those Zombie Sheeple abysmally ignorant, but also they have been conditioned to want to stay that way. (Even worse, there is quite significant and increasing levels of organic brain damage.)
Given those basic social facts, there seems no practical point in publishing the article above, nor to bother to read and comment upon it. Everyone has some power to rob. Governments assemble and channel those powers. Those who are best at doing that control the government. Since governments were created in the crucible of conflicts, selected to develop as the survivors through the history of warfare, any genuine progress with respect to enough of "We the People" overcoming the degrees to which they have degenerated into becoming "Zombie Sheeple" should be based upon deeper levels of understanding the power to rob, with the power to kill as the greatest of the powers to rob.
Sovereignty is based on the power to rob. The most obvious manifestation of that is the power to tax, which is legalized robbery. The history of warfare was the history of the applications of the principles and methods of organized crime on larger and larger scales. Therefore, "citizens" are actually members of a military organization, and basically "citizens" are necessarily members of an organized crime gang which they call their "country."
What has happened more and more during the history of the American government was that small groups of the best organized gangs of criminals were able to apply the methods of organized crime to the political processes, in ways which cumulatively resulted in those best organized gangs of criminals being able to covertly capture control over the government. The single most important example of those processes were whereby the public money supply was effectively PRIVATIZED. The American public "money" supply is now a system of government enforced frauds by privately controlled banks.
Of course, I REPEAT, the vast majority of Americans do not understand that, because they do not want to understand that. Therefore, it appears politically impossible to change the ways that the American monetary system has become an absurd state religion. That is especially the case because of the degree to which the core groups of organized crime have been able to control their publicly significant opposition, to the degree that almost the only publicly significant opposition groups could be described as being Black Sheeple, attempting to "lead" the Zombie Sheeple backwards.
In my view, the article above was another typical example of the presentation of reactionary revolutions, which promote the same old-fashioned false fundamental dichotomies, and related impossible ideals, as the basis of their bogus "solutions" to the political problems which were otherwise relatively well analyzed, at least on the superficial level at which those problems were presented. However, there is nothing remotely close to providing the kinds of paradigm shifts which would be necessarily to develop the intellectual scientific revolutions which would be necessary for any Second American Revolution, and/or Second American Civil War, to perhaps end up enabling something better to emerge out of those severe social storms blowing through.
I AGREE it is clear that "the problem goes far deeper. It can be traced back to the point at which “we the people” were overthrown as the center of the government," WHICH WAS PRIMARILY THE PROLONGED POLITICAL PROCESSES BY WHICH THE PUBLIC MONEY SUPPLY ENDED UP BECOMING PRIVATIZED.
Around the privately controlled banks that were able to issue the public "money" supply there grew up the corporations, as legal fictions, which more and more were able to corrupt the government, through means which captured control over the powers of governments, to serve the interests of those corporations. The persistent application of techniques such as bribery, intimidation, and assassination of some of those who could not otherwise be bribed or intimidated, developed a situation where most of the politicians became the puppets of those who funded them, while most of "We the People" simultaneously became the masses of muppets, enough of whom could be fooled enough of the time, by the political puppets that were presented in the puppet shows put on by the mass media, which were themselves more and more consolidated into bigger corporations.
Primarily due to the maximum leverage existing through the positive feedback loops through the funding of the political processes, the government of the people, by the people, for the people, became more and more the government of the money, by the money, for the money. The profits from frauds were reinvested in more frauds. The effectively privatization of the public "money" supply resulted in the powers of government being used to back up frauds by privately controlled banks. The monetary system became legalized counterfeiting, by the best organized gangs of criminals which were able to capture control over the government. That automatically got worse, faster, as big corporations grew up around big banks, feeding the vicious spirals of more and more privatization of public powers to serve the vested interests of the best organized gangs of criminals, who were able to more and more legalize their crimes.
As that situation developed, the public school systems and mass media became more and more deliberately developed in ways which were intended to brainwash the vast majority of people to believe in bullshit. The degree to which that agenda has been successful is the degree to which "We the People" became "Zombie Sheeple," while the only publicly significant opposition groups became "Black Sheeple." (Of course, there were thousands of years of the history of Neolithic Civilizations' social pyramid systems behind enabling American history to follow the paths that I have outlined above.)
At the present time, I doubt there is any practical political point in my bothering to express my views, since there are no effective ways to penetrate through the established situations that the monetary system has become like a totally metastasized cancer. It appears to me that our society has become too terminally sick and insane to recover. But nevertheless, one metaphorical way to express my recommendations are that the genuine solutions are for "everyone to become better wolves" rather than that "everyone should become better sheep."
OF COURSE, I REPEAT, given the social facts that the ruling classes are "wolves in sheep's clothing" while the controlled opposition are Black Sheeple, it is practically impossible that enough of the Zombie Sheeple will stop acting like incompetent political idiots. The ability of privately controlled banks to create "money" out of nothing as debts for everyone else only works because those frauds are enforced by governments, which define that money as legal tender, and demand payment of taxes be made in that form of money. The heart of any real, radical revolution would be for "We the People" to recapture control over the public money supply. However, it is necessarily the case that the debt controls depend upon the death controls. There are no genuine solutions to the American monetary system having become an absurd state religion than for enough people to understand and accept how and why money is necessarily measurement backed by murder.
The primary American systems are the American Dollar and the American Military, which work together as the combined American money/murder systems, which have been dominating the planet since World War II. The American monetary system is in turn dominated by the international bankers, who similarly dominate most of the rest of the world, and certainly other NATO countries. The Federal Reserve Board is the American King of Fraud, while the Bank of International Settlements is the King of Kings of Fraud.

The vast majority of people will probably continue to not understand that, because they will continue to feel like they do not want to understand, which will be aided and abetted by the controlled opposition groups acting as Black Sheeple. Hence, we will really have no other choices than to continue to muddle through the MADNESS.
America has led the world for a while, and now paradoxically continues to lead the world into the coming times where severe social storms are going to blow through. Since the political economy has become almost totally based upon ENFORCED FRAUDS, which suffer from the dilemma that backing up lies with violence can never stop that lies from being false, and therefore, the more socially successful systems based on ENFORCING FRAUDS become, the more psychotically insane that society becomes, because the more out of touch with reality it becomes. America is necessarily headed towards some series of psychotic breakdowns, and some degree of crazy collapses into chaos.
Ideally, if enough people understood enough how and why that was happening, then it may be possible to mitigate how bad that became, and perhaps to recover sooner and better from having done that. However, we are already passed the point where it would be possible to have sufficient "reforms" of the established systems. The foundations of ENFORCED FRAUDS are too rotten to be able to reform adequately. There must necessarily be some sort of real, radical revolutions, and/or civil wars, because the real problems require radical changes, in one way or another, sooner or later ...
For several decades I have been endeavouring to develop theories regarding what scientific revolutions we need, in order to have better real, radical revolutions, that apply through political science to the change the combined money/murder systems. Of course, there is a vanishingly small group of people who are interested in that, since there is almost nothing but the established systems of organized crime, surrounded by controlled opposition groups, both of which do not want to change the ways that they think.
In my view, the way forward is to better appreciate the profound paradigm shifts which have already been achieved in physical sciences, such as quantum mechanics, and the special theory of relativity, which have enabled the technologies that make cultural transformations more imperative, such as electronics and atomic energy. Furthermore, in my view, it is clear that post-modernizing science is re-converging through a creative synthesis with ancient mysticism, and that is the most essential way that there should be revolutionary developments.

You seem to be making the assertion (both vaguely here and more directly elsewhere) that political change cannot happen (or is astronomically unlikely) because the following requirements are necessary:
1) Significant proportions of the population to be wise enough to understand the change.
2) This must happen at one point in time.
I disagree. It is quite possible to design systems which start very small and grow virally. These types of systems are also the most difficult to detect and quantify.
For an example of this kind of system, consider the theory of evolution. Genetic mutations are such systems and they have no such requirements as you suggest to work just fine.
Perhaps alternative world views begin like that ... There are clearly analogies between memes and genes, or analogies between how cultural evolution and biological evolution occurs. Similarly for mutant memes, in the senses of different ways of thinking, while those too may appear to emerge in relatively spontaneous ways (or due to causes outside of their frame of reference), those then enter into a sociopolitical world, where artificial selection pressures will apply to change their frequencies.
Therefore, I do not dispute the points you made, regarding how new memes may initially emerge, and may develop, but nevertheless, for those to amount to something sufficient would take what I have called for, which is for them to be assembled into alternative systems. After all, the point of a sufficiently real, radical, revolution is to become the new government. It is towards that end that I am promoting my versions of integrated scientific revolutions, which would result in integrated human, industrial and natural ecologies.

On the contrary, what I tend to speculate about is how significant aspects of the established systems will be driven to radicalize and revolutionize themselves. At the present time it is not clear what will happen to the American Military and militarized police if, or when, they actually had to attempt to impose martial law on the American people.
I would expect that to drive some of them to think new thoughts. I'm pleased that you realize that life itself operates on the same "baby-steps" principle I envision for an alterative system of decision making. There appear to be no logical pathways to ignoring this, by the way. Evolution works - this is a fact. The scientific method works - also a fact. Sapiocracy is very similar in construction.
You've mentioned things like the "death control systems" and speculated that this is what I envision. You may be surprised that I do not feel my opinion (or yours) is relevant on any political issues. I assert that worrying about the right or wrong of specific issues supresses one's ability to realize there's a simple, elegant system lurking in the wings. Technology has empowered corruption, but has not yet empowered the victims of said corruption. Sapiocracy is an algorithm enabling the masses to structure their behavior in such a way as to disable corruption. Any particular political bent is not worthy of debate under Sapiocracy because Sapiocracy itself would be employed to naturally demostrate which methods works best for everyone involved and on every issue. Woe is he who predicts loudly only to be proven wrong in practice.
One thing you said early in your message was leaning toward the unlikiness that a better system could ever be successful against the current corruption because it would never become large enough to overtake it (I'm paragrasing.) One only needs to consider the absurdity of applying this same line of reasoning to evolution or the scientific method - the same arguments could have been made against both of those new ideas and will eventually be proven moot. Is the single organism blessed with a beneficial mutation hopeless? No, because its chances of survival are greater than all others that came before it. The same is true of new ideas demonstrated successful scientifically. On reflection, we know now why these two elegantly simple systems do what they do and we can easily see how they work. Before these systems were conceived, your argument would have seemed insurmountable. Please realize that the logic of Sapiocracy is very closely related to the logic of both evolution and the scientific method. This is no coincidence.

Regarding my relative degree of personal success at what I have attempted to do, YES, given what I have tried to do, I have been relatively way more successful at doing that than anyone else I know. The PARADOXICAL political problems in the real world are the ways that governments operate by being arrogantly dishonest. The government of Canada deliberately changed the elections laws in two ways in 2004 that effectively burned my political party to the ground, and then bulldozed that. Thus, my kind of personal success amount to having survived the government deliberately trying to wipe my political party out ... Ironically, the latest way that the established political system is wiping my party out is that the political party which was the government that wiped my party out in 2004 has now adopted the founding policies of my party. I'll pick up where the article left off. First it doesn't take all of us to do something. No one other that you can go into a court to claim your rights. You can hire a lawyer, if you want a big bill for losing. Or you can learn to defend yourself. The people (not the citizens) have inalienable rights. They are God given and cannot be taken from you. They include many, many rights, but among the most important is the right to property. Without it, you own nothing. A group of people who conspire against your rights are criminals. If they are in government, they are not exempt and actually commit more crimes due to them being part of the government trust. Voting will not cure this problem only standing up for rights can cure this problem.

I was taught that "We the People" refered to "Congress Assembled", (note the capital P). They are the ones rhat formed the Union so mentioned,. We the "people" (note the small p) are mentioned later in the document. Congress Assembled is a Corporation, so there you have it.
The key to cutting government down to a size where it can be controlled, is in preventing its access to resources.
The Government can get resources in three ways:
1) Taxation
2) Inflation
3) Aggression
TAXATION:
Taxation is inevitable. To control the government, the object of taxation must be the most out of their control, and most within The People's control.
- Income tax is the worst because it is the most intrusive and hardest for tax-payers to avoid. You cannot avoid income and live.
- Sales Tax is the next worst, for the same reason. You can avoid it somewhat by self-sufficiency...but the reality is that one person's sales is another person's income.
- Excise Taxes are the best alternative, because each industry group competes to have the other's taxed instead, while that which is taxed is reduced, and as a result reduces the government's income and power.
INFLATION:
- Discretionary control over money supply must be eliminated. This means hard, currencies only, managed by the treasury (or better...hard currencies managed by innumerable issuers, with at most a statutory definition of PM content & weights).
- The panics of the late 19th Century, occurred mostly by foreign and internal manipulation. Internal manipulation should be controlled by criminal law. Foreign manipulation is mostly enabled by Foreign CB suspension and/or delay of payments. It is the method whereby bankrupt foreign CBs seize your money.
- For instance, in the Panic of 1907, the BOE accepted Gold in received by shippers to transport the fall harvest to Europe, but they delayed paying the gold due in the sale of that harvest...and then raised interest rates. Limiting domestic banks' ability to extend fractionally reserved or un-backed credit limits the reach of this type of manipulation.
AGGRESSION:
- They can always use military or police force (which the founders would have understood to be the same thing) to simply TAKE what they want.
- There are four bullwarks against this that can be done:
1) Law Enforcement should be concentrated, raised, funded and controlled from the lowest levels of government - township and county. Law enforcement at higher levels should be avoided, and viewed with suspicion, though higher level law enforcement STANDARDS, and INFORMATION could be shared if the higher level organization had zero Law Enforcement powers of their own.
2) Military culture must heavily weight loyalty to the Constitution, rather than to the government created by that constitution ... Ron Paul voting evidence would suggest the military is mostly already there. Don't expect 100% to remain loyal. A 100% standard is not realistic in any field of endeavor.
3) Army funding must be short term, to make the Army more beholden to the popular source of their funding. Notably, this is done in the Constitution by funding only for two years. And it works. But other 'Armies' have been created that are exempt - like all the 3-letter agencies.
4) Locally controlled Militia's. Think Army National Guard, but raised, regulated, and equipped locally, consisting mostly of volunteers, with self-provided arms in specified calibers and types, who work upto 40 days per year in return for property tax exemptions or other tax credits. This should be the vast, vast majority of 'man with rifle' infantry in the country. And it should be totally forbidden from the operational control of higher levels of government except in very narrowly defined circumstances. Many states already have provision for this in their State Constitutions. All the States need this. And moreover, these provisions must be exercised. It should largely take the place of what FEMA is supposed to do. And having such organizations standing, manned, and ready, is the only way for us to 'hang together' when under aggressive attack.
