The Sentiment indicators make a useful guage via (Bull + Neutral)/(Bear + Neutral) except when Neutral is this high all it tells you is that most folks haven't got a fucking clue, which makes sense in current environment.

Dow Theory is saying that the great bull run is over. Utilities and Transports have diverged for an incredible six months. Yesterday, the Dow made a new all-time high while the Transports made a new six month low -- the definition of Dow Theory Non-confirmation.
