Ominous or not? At the least it suggests all is not well in the broad market... Trannies are now down almost 8% year-to-date (and down 3.5% from the end of QE3).

Its always been my experience that some time during the month of May, the "sell in May and go away" advice seems to always be true - even if it means in manipulated markets such as these, that you don't go away for very long.
