The FIFA is a diversion from Lynch's malfeasance in letting the convicted bankers off with a 1% fine on total criminal profits. The AG seizes criminal profits before trial or conviction using asset forfeiture. A RICO prosecution would have made all the high-up bankers guilty and personally liable for all their bank's criminal profits.

Another overlooked issue is that the judges have to approve any settlements. Our courts/prosecutors/government agencies are RICO accessories (principals in federal law) to the banker's crimes.

You can find CogD on his website twoiceflows.com. I see that he is working hard on that site. I kind of lost touch with CD because I let my site go. It was just too hard generate content and I hate to feel forced to write so I let it go. While I still had my site going Cog and I were communicating using our website e-mails and he had just started his site so we conversed using those e-mail addresses. When my site lapsed I lost the e-mails as well. In our correspondence CD invited me to write for two icefloes which I did, twice, I just never sent the articles him those post because his writing style is different than mine. I tried to adapt my style a bit and clean up my foul mouth because CD does not typically use profanity for effect. I know that Banzai knows what I speak of because I have a Banzai7 print hanging above the fireplace that clearly states, "JUMP YOU FUCKERS".;-) I just didn't want to offend CD.

It was a good question to ask though quasimodo. I haven't seen anything from Hedgeless in a while either. I guess AKAK retired. There are a bunch of them who are not posting anymore. How many times can one post the same thing over and over again bitching about one issue or another and it makes no difference? I feel that way sometimes too but I haven't quit because bullshit does need be documented and we still do that well.
