Haven't been paying attention... is it seriously called the "USA Freedom Act"...? God that is hilarious. You can smell their desperation for legitimacy. Listen you lowlife scumbag filth, it does not matter what you get passed, the genie is out of the bottle. Nothing less than a nuclear class false-flag will manage to put it back in. You aren't returning to the “Conspiracy theorists be crazy we don't do that, we promise.” argument and you better damn believe you aren't returning to the “No Such Agency” privilege. You are fucking doomed.

During times of war and under the grounds of National Security, monitoring US Citizens is LEGAL.

During times of war and under the grounds of National Security, compulsory internment of certain US Citizens and Aliens living in Continental United States and overseas possessions into designated military areas is LEGAL.

During times of war and under the grounds of National Security, any form of dissent can be associated to Sedition and the subsequent ground(s) for Insurrection; thus individuals who advocate seditious activities will be tried under the Military Tribunal system.

During times of war and under the grounds of National Security, the Executive Branch is granted extraordinary powers to govern by decree if necessary; therefore, constitutional rights can be suspended at any given time and without notice if the government deems imperative.

In legal terms the United States of America is currently in a State of War: Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/PLAW-107publ40/pdf/PLAW-107publ40.pdf

So Blacks Law Dictionary trumps the u.s constitutiion these days.I don't think so.

Article VI covers it.

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land;

In otherwords,,, laws and treaties have to be made in pursuance therof. Since the u.s military standing army has no constitutional standing other than Congress funding, and since Emergency Powers exists nowhere in the Constitution, your argument is moot.

Now will they do these unlawful things? Absolutely,,, as nothing has prevented them so far.

We need more jewish bankers for the system finally to become honest & trustworthy...

~~~
Edit: I get junked for that comment...
Fine... But I pose a question... Banking has existed for thousands of years... IT HAS A HORRIBLE TRACK RECORD... It has almost a 100% track record of the bankers themselves ending up being hung on lampposts (or WORSE)... I seriously doubt that by the time this latest version runs its complete course, that narrative will have changed...
The only thing that changes is the RHETORIC [applied to a new generation that has casually forgotton the lessons of past generations]... IOW ~ What's 'DIFFERENT' this time isn't banking [or the thieves that consistently involve themselves in that profession]... Instead, it's the PR [the 'public relations']... Cans are successfully kicked based on how long the 'suspension of disbelief' can be maintained... To understand that [at its roots], one need only look to see who [or what subset] is unnaturally attracted to the professions of [or, more importantly, the 'button pushing positions within]:
- Main Stream Media
- political lobbying activities
- legal profession
- &, of course, the bankers themselves
The ANSWERS you need to find [laying aside ALL prejudices or knee-jerk attempts at being 'anti-prejudice'] lie within that search... In my observation, I've discovered that the identity of the primary candidates for culpability it IS NOT a 'null set'...
"A 2009 law school graduate sums it up rather succinctly: "I had a lot of faith in the system, the mythology that if you work really hard you can achieve anything, and the stock market always goes up. It was pretty naïve on my part.""
Then I decided to go to law shool and put all of that crazy talk behind me.
Wed, 12/26/2012 - 16:43 | 3097074 francis_sawyer
Both Rockefeller & Morgan made their fortunes [*mostly after] they sold out & bought into the jew system [which ~ to summarize ~ basically offered a way to exponentially LEVERAGE their positions by way of extortion, bribery, & paper transactions ~ which enriched FEW and harmed MANY]... It's the PHILOSOPHY that matters (& there will be those, along the way, who decide to sell their souls into it)...
~~~

&, of course, there will be those, like yourself, who are incapable of seeing the innate damage that is done to mankind in the process because you are overly compelled to ruminate about the delicate surface of the facade...

Life is a trip, ain't it?

*I'm talking about REAL fortune... Though it's funny because Morgan himself didn't really have a pot to piss in... Rockefeller [by nature of the "non-paper" characteristic of his interests, escaped that to a degree]...

It was only a matter of time, as the J-mafia has taken control of most corporation courtesy of Wall St and the discount Fed window.  Now that they are the largest 'employers' in the USA they are starting to flex the muscle to intimidate the common man.  This is what you get for letting dual citizens run all over your economy unchecked.  They will always form cliques, but if you try to oppose them they call you racist and anti-ceramic.

Frederick the Great once said

As soon as you get away from the frontier, the Jews become a disadvantage, they form cliques, they deal in contraband and get up to all manner of rascally tricks which are detrimental to Christian burghers and merchants. I have never persecuted anyone from this or any other sect; I think, however, it would be prudent to pay attention...

Is their stand not anti-gentile.  Face it they are organized to act against you and your interests and you are racist if you try to do the same against them.

Would be nice if we had a choice to only give business to Christian run corporations.  But because of Jmafia cliques the monopolies they have dont offer you any choices.  And could you not hear the cries of anti-ceramic if you even published a list of Jmafia owned corporations in the USA.

Where are you going to publish it, they control the media and your internet access.  How can you have a democracy when their oligarchy via AIPAC steals you votes by controlling your elected officials.

As it stands right now they are the EFFENDI and the rest of you are goy slaves.  Hope the Chinese and the Russians can break the dollar and the power of this cabal of crooks.

There is the first Christian corporation - Catholicism, and then there are a whole bunch of heretics.  Anyone who interprets the "official" writings in any other way as explained by the Catholic church is a heretic.  Anyone who asks where koala bears came from because they could not be on the ark... is a heretic. All that infighting.  It started a long time ago and is only going away when the sun expands and fries the earth.

It is easier to fool a man than convince him that he was fooled.

So it could be that Anti-Trust Legislation and Racketeering is not pursued by DOJ & FBI partly in deference to closely knit families, networks, that might be ceramic.

I could see how that makes sense.

Teddy Roosevelt created Anti-Trust Law and it was a campaign Promise to break the Money Trust.

But politics takes money, and countries need financing just as much as New York City or any municipality.

Even after Anti-Trust Law was created in 1914, Clayton Antitrust Act, it was ineffective and not enforced. Many more Laws were fought for to add strength and create an Agency, the FTC to break up the Money Trust. But Banking and Finance was moved under the SEC completely destroying the many laws and congressional fights to enforce Anti-Trust Law.

But I'm not a Congressman.

There is no one here with whom I agree 100% of the time, and thats likely true for most of us.

But I respect those who have the guts to speak the truth as they see it, whether I agree or not. And I suppose if the flaggots on here knew how often I did agree with Francis et al, I'd probably be on my 3rd or 4th account as well. But my taciturn nature keeps me below the radar, usually.

The cartoonist is absolutely correct.  The dumb public believed the word "Patriot" without thinking, and now they're getting "Freedom" shoved up their *sses.  Just like the book 1984, words don't mean what the public thinks they mean.  The Snakes In Suits always used U.S. to mean "them," not the country.

Yeah.  Most Americans really are just a bunch of idiot sheep, aren't they?   People want the benefits of a capitalistic and free society, but want all the government oversight, handouts and Big Brother to beat up their foreign and domestic enemies for them.  This has all been hashed out before... debated endlessly... documents and letters written... soldiers died -- somewhere around 250 years ago.  And now we have to go through it all again!  A famous quote by George Santayana comes to mind.

I listened to what he said, alone as all his paid off pals deserted him, which is not unusual when a real fight is looming and Rand who I believe is not a lawyer, stood his ground after being ridiculed by media and other politicians.

He needs the support of all those who believe in the Constitution.

As he noted, the senate often gets less than the 48 hour minimum to debate and approve 1,000 pages of bullshit law.

For the first time in a long time I heard someone in DC make sense last night.  I hope he has it in him to continue.  Many people may not agree with all that he stands for and I really do not know all that he stands for but after listening to him last night after doing what he said he was going to do and is shunned for it, I think I like the fellow and he would be a better man in the WH than the liar in chief and war criminal who resides there now.

The headline may be about the NSA collecting phone records on all Americans - but that is just a cover for what they are really doing. By saying they are collecting all - they actually are hiding the fact that they are specifically tracking and spying in much more detail on a select group of people. Snowden has hinted at this, where the NSA plants certain special hidden software on your cell phones or computers. The NSA does not need to do this if all they are doing is tracking which numbers are called. The intent is to extract or capture the data on those devices, and to record specific phone calls, identify key words, and do voice pattern analysis. Those things are way more invasive than what the headline is -- and people would be very upset to know what the NSA is doing. Thus the subterfuge to distract these targeted NSA actions.

I'm certainly concerned about the NSA's recent domestic intelligence gathering activities, but I'm far more concerned about how and against whom that intelligence is being used. Are Americans being targeted? With tactics like 'parallel construction,' would we even know? The increasingly cozy relationship between our government and private contractors, and an estimated $60 Billion 'Black Budget' only deepens my concern.

Maybe on paper and theory the "government" might curtail their activities, but the reality is all the "big data" is on corporate servers forever.

'Our collective security is now a "public-private partnership."'

What comes from all of this are "Lists."

Google is at the epicenter of this fascist paradigm.  While DIA and NSA and E I E I O toil away nine-to-five, the Googleplex is making lists at the behest of the SPLC/DHS.

The science fiction element to this future is that as long as your stay in debt and fear you cannot challenge the power structure.

Get a big head and run for office, build a coalition, march in the streets and the Googleplex will tell the FBI they found some kiddie porn on your computer.

The fire will be extinguished before it ignites.

Does not really matter. Do any billionaires live in your area? No?

Then you are economically irrelevant.

As long as we are irrelevant, we may as well show these control freaks what irrelevance is about.

Life is not about money, contrary to popular belief.

If 20 million irrelevant people stopped cooperating, not filling out forms, paying cash and asking for cash discounts, making sure their representatives actually represented them or recalled them if they didn't, it would make for a better America by a long shot.

And as far as the military goes, those guys undercover in Africa and the Middle East, don't expect thanks for fighting for freedom as it is being stripped away from within and they will use you to enforce it and you will follow orders.

This bullshit regime has got to go.

FBI behind mysterious surveillance aircraft over US cities
Associated Press

WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.

The planes' surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge's approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found.
