Iraq War Propaganda Redux: U.S. Claims Syrian Government Supporting ISIS
West Busted Supporting ISIS ... Tries Instead to Point Finger At Syrian Government
America's closest allies have been busted supporting ISIS in order to topple Syria's government. Mainstream U.S. writers are calling for open support of ISIS and Al Qaeda to enact regime change in Syria.
And a newly-declassified government document hints that the West supported the creation of ISIS.
This may sound far-fectched and wild-eyed ... But the following former high-level US and UK intelligence officials and whistleblowers confirm that the document implicates the West in the birth of ISIS:

- Well-known FBI whistleblower Colleen Rowley
- Senior MI6 officer Alastair Crooke
- MI5 counter-terrorism officer Annie Machon

In any event, whether or not you believe the West created ISIS, the U.S. is now trying to blame the single most unlikely entity imaginable for ISIS ... the Syrian government.
Specifically, the U.S. Embassy in Syria just accused the Syrian government of supporting ISIS:
This is all kinds of silly ... and is Iraq War propaganda redux.
Specifically, the Syrian government and ISIS are mortal enemies.
The Syrian government - which is allied with Shia Muslims - has been battling Sunni jihadis for many years. ISIS are Sunnis ... the arch-enemy of Shias and the Syrian government. The Syrian government is ruled by a sect of Shias called Alawites.
In other words, ISIS and the Syrian government are on opposite sides of the war, and have been ever since ISIS was formed.
Similarly, in the run up to the Iraq War, Bush and the gang said that Saddam was in bed with Al Qaeda. Only one little problem: Saddam and Al Qaeda hated each other's guts.
Flashback: A Bogus Iraq-Qaeda "Connection"
Because the accusations that the Syrian government is supporting ISIS mirror so closely what happened in the run up to the Iraq war, let's recap ...
5 hours after the 9/11 attacks, Donald Rumsfeld said “my interest is to hit Saddam”. He also said “Go massive . . . Sweep it all up. Things related and not.”
And at 2:40 p.m. on September 11th, in a memorandum of discussions between top administration officials, several lines below the statement “judge whether good enough [to] hit S.H. [that is, Saddam Hussein] at same time”, is the statement “Hard to get a good case.” In other words, top officials knew that there wasn’t a good case that Hussein was behind 9/11, but they wanted to use the 9/11 attacks as an excuse to justify war with Iraq anyway.
Moreover, “Ten days after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, President Bush was told in a highly classified briefing that the U.S. intelligence community had no evidence linking the Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein to the [9/11] attacks and that there was scant credible evidence that Iraq had any significant collaborative ties with Al Qaeda”.
And a Defense Intelligence Terrorism Summary issued in February 2002 by the United States Defense Intelligence Agency cast significant doubt on the possibility of a Saddam Hussein-al-Qaeda conspiracy.
And yet Bush, Cheney and other top administration officials claimed repeatedly for years that Saddam was behind 9/11. See this analysis. Indeed, Bush administration officials apparently swore in a lawsuit that Saddam was behind 9/11.
Moreover, President Bush’s March 18, 2003 letter to Congress authorizing the use of force against Iraq, includes the following paragraph:
(2) acting pursuant to the Constitution and Public Law 107-243 is consistent with the United States and other countries continuing to take the necessary actions against international terrorists and terrorist organizations, including those nations, organizations, or persons who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.
Therefore, the Bush administration expressly justified the Iraq war to Congress by representing that Iraq planned, authorized, committed, or aided the 9/11 attacks.
Indeed, Pulitzer prize-winning journalist Ron Suskind reports that the White House ordered the CIA to forge and backdate a document falsely linking Iraq with Muslim terrorists and 9/11 … and that the CIA complied with those instructions and in fact created the forgery, which was then used to justify war against Iraq. And see this.
Suskind also revealed that “Bush administration had information from a top Iraqi intelligence official ‘that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq – intelligence they received in plenty of time to stop an invasion.’ ”
Cheney made the false linkage between Iraq and 9/11 on many occasions.
For example, according to Raw Story, Cheney was still alleging a connection between Iraq and the alleged lead 9/11 hijacker in September 2003 – a year after it had been widely debunked. When NBC’s Tim Russert asked him about a poll showing that 69% of Americans believed Saddam Hussein had been involved in 9/11, Cheney replied:
It’s not surprising that people make that connection.
And even after the 9/11 Commission debunked any connection, Cheney said that the evidence is “overwhelming” that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein’s regime , that Cheney “probably” had information unavailable to the Commission, and that the media was not ‘doing their homework’ in reporting such ties.
Again, the Bush administration expressly justified the Iraq war by representing that Iraq planned, authorized, committed, or aided the 9/11 attacks. See this, this, this.
On December 16, 2005, Bush admitted “There was no evidence that Saddam Hussein was involved with the attack of 9/11″ (and see this video). However, Bush and Cheney continued to frequently invoke 9/11 as justification for the Iraq war. And see this. (Cheney finally admitted in 2009 that there was no link.)
A bipartisan Senate Report from 2006 found that Bush misled the press on Iraq link to Al-Qaeda.
The administration’s false claims about Saddam and 9/11 helped convince a large portion of the American public to support the invasion of Iraq. While the focus now may be on false WMD claims, it is important to remember that, at the time, the alleged link between Iraq and 9/11 was at least as important in many people’s mind as a reason to invade Iraq.
Top Bush administration officials not only knowingly lied about a non-existent connection between Al Qaida and Iraq, but they pushed and insisted that interrogators use special torture methods aimed at extracting false confessions in an attempt to create such a false linkage.
McClatchy reported in 2009:
Former senior U.S. intelligence official familiar with the interrogation issue said that Cheney and former Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld demanded that the interrogators find evidence of al Qaida-Iraq collaboration…
For most of 2002 and into 2003, Cheney and Rumsfeld, especially, were also demanding proof of the links between al Qaida and Iraq that (former Iraqi exile leader Ahmed) Chalabi and others had told them were there.”

When people kept coming up empty, they were told by Cheney’s and Rumsfeld’s people to push harder,” he continued.”Cheney’s and Rumsfeld’s people were told repeatedly, by CIA . . . and by others, that there wasn’t any reliable intelligence that pointed to operational ties between bin Laden and Saddam . . .
A former U.S. Army psychiatrist, Maj. Charles Burney, told Army investigators in 2006 that interrogators at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, detention facility were under “pressure” to produce evidence of ties between al Qaida and Iraq.
“While we were there a large part of the time we were focused on trying to establish a link between al Qaida and Iraq and we were not successful in establishing a link between al Qaida and Iraq,” Burney told staff of the Army Inspector General. “The more frustrated people got in not being able to establish that link . . . there was more and more pressure to resort to measures that might produce more immediate results.”
“I think it’s obvious that the administration was scrambling then to try to find a connection, a link (between al Qaida and Iraq),” [Senator] Levin said in a conference call with reporters. “They made out links where they didn’t exist.”
Levin recalled Cheney’s assertions that a senior Iraqi intelligence officer had met Mohammad Atta, the leader of the 9/11 hijackers, in the Czech Republic capital of Prague just months before the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
The FBI and CIA found that no such meeting occurred.
In other words, top Bush administration officials not only knowingly lied about a non-existent connection between Al Qaeda and Iraq, but they pushed and insisted that interrogators use special torture methods aimed at extracting false confessions to attempt to create such a false linkage.
The Washington Post reported the same year:
Despite what you’ve seen on TV, torture is really only good at one thing: eliciting false confessions. Indeed, Bush-era torture techniques, we now know, were cold-bloodedly modeled after methods used by Chinese Communists to extract confessions from captured U.S. servicemen that they could then use for propaganda during the Korean War.
So as shocking as the latest revelation in a new Senate Armed Services Committee report may be, it actually makes sense — in a nauseating way. The White House started pushing the use of torture not when faced with a “ticking time bomb” scenario from terrorists, but when officials in 2002 were desperately casting about for ways to tie Iraq to the 9/11 attacks — in order to strengthen their public case for invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 at all.

Gordon Trowbridge writes for the Detroit News: “Senior Bush administration officials pushed for the use of abusive interrogations of terrorism detainees in part to seek evidence to justify the invasion of Iraq, according to newly declassified information discovered in a congressional probe.
Colin Powell’s former chief of staff (Colonel Larry Wilkerson) also wrote in 2009 that the Bush administration’s “principal priority for intelligence was not aimed at pre-empting another terrorist attack on the U.S. but discovering a smoking gun linking Iraq and al-Qaeda.”

Of course, truth is the first casualty of war, and so the fact that the Syrian government and ISIS are mortal enemies or that Saddam and Al Qaeda hated each other makes no difference in the middle of a tidal wave of propaganda.
The U.S. has decided on regime change (again!) in Syria, just like it committed to regime change (again!) in Iraq.
And America will say and do anything to get its war on.

Yay, another Washington's Blog post about 9/11. This coudl ahve easily been about the current bullshit but nope, had to rehash 9/11 for the trillionth time.
Please enlighten us and explain in what way there's any difference.
If only one, just one of the things that are negative about the USA in respect to terrorist activities and innocents are dying, wounded or mislaced, it is bad enough.
Today we know it is not one but much more. It goes back decades. Korea, Vietnam, the Eisenhower death camps, slavery, the black lists of the fifties, slaughtering Natives and stealing their country, screwing the Mexicans out of lands. The Gringos are led to believe their land is milk, honey and streets paved with gold, but as long as this continues with no will to stop it and throwing the cartel that is Washington DC and Banks who also were indicted and paid fines in jail, there will be no honor that country.

To summarize my view, there MUST necessarily be some human death controls systems, which have human murder systems at their central core, however, the history of warfare has selected for the most socially successful systems of death controls to operate through the maximum possible deceits. That has resulted in the ruling classes becoming the biggest terrorists, who have promoted terrorism to become a self-fulfilling prophesy, which has deliberately driven more and more terrorism, by kicking that off with inside job, false flag attacks, that then get more vicious spirals going, that drive that to get worse, faster ... That is NOT NEW, however, 9/11 was the most spectacular symbol of it, so far ... In general, we are are way up shit creek without a paddle, because there must necessarily exist some human death control systems, but the ones that actually exist are based on the maximum possible deceits.
In that context, the article above is certainly correct that "America will say and do anything to get its war on." HOWEVER, the vast majority of the American people are NOT inside of the loop of those doing that, which can variously be described as the "Deep State," or "Shadow Government," etc. ... In my view, the deeper levels of the political paradoxes that we face are that there is almost nothing but a core of organized crime, surrounded by layers of controlled opposition, BOTH of which stay within the same basic frame of reference of the maximum possible deceits regarding the death control systems.
It is NOT good enough to reveal, to some superficial degree, how the actual death controls are being operated through the maximum possible deceits, which has historically included a long list of various sorts of false flag attacks designed to start wars based on deceits. The ONLY thing that would be sufficient would be to develop better death control systems. However, at the present time, the human species is painting itself into a corner due to the established social systems being dominated by the best professional liars and immaculate hypocrites, while there are no publicly significant groups which "oppose" them that do not also continue to operate inside of the same fundamentally fraudulent world views.
It is an INTENSE PARADOX that governments are necessarily the biggest forms of organized crime, controlled by the best organized gangs of criminals, and thus, it is the ruling classes, or the pyramidion people in the social pyramid systems, which have been engaged in the biggest forms of terrorism, and have been the best organized gangs of terrorists. Moreover, those few who begin to recognize that INTENSE PARADOX still tend to never think through the deeper reasons regarding how and why that is the actual situation.
As the video I linked above demonstrates, there is NO DOUBT that the FBI have been the primary promoters of "terrorist attacks." However, nothing in that video suggests that the speaker is able and willing to follow through regarding the ways that some of the highest levels of the FBI must have been complicit in enabling the events on 9/11/2001 to occur as inside job, false flag attacks, and also, for the some of the highest levels of the FBI to continue to participate in the cover-up of the real facts, in order to facilitate the dissemination of the false "official story" about what happened on 9/11.
My personal view is that our society has become terminally sick and insane, and therefore, I am wasting my time to bother to post this comment. Fortunately, since I believe that to be objectively the case, I also believe that I am too trivial for any of the professional organized crime gangs that dominate the established systems to care about. Therefore, I believe that promoting more radical truths about "terrorists" and wars based on deceits, is pretty well useless and pointless. But nevertheless, I will continue to apparently waste my time by pointing out that natural selection always existed, and therefore, that was internalized as human systems of artificial selection, which developed through human history to become combined money/murder systems, based on the social successfulness of the maximum possible frauds and deceits.
I REPEAT the basic point: there must necessarily be some human death control systems, which have the human murder systems as their most extreme manifestation. However, those have been selected to become the most socially successful when done in the most deceitful ways. Therefore, the problems we face are WAY WORSE than those who merely point out that the existing death control systems are deceitful, since there still must necessarily be some death control systems.
For several decades, I have become more and more concerned that the human systems of death controls based on deceits and treacheries have been amplified by access to weapons of mass destruction. However, I have always found that is was practically a waste of time to point that out ... The human species is collectively preparing to commit suicide, because of the ways that the existing death controls are operating through the maximum possible deceits about themselves, and are publicly are mostly able to get away with doing that. Therefore, the human murder systems have been astronomically amplified in SIZE by weapons of mass destruction, while those systems continue to be based on the maximum possible deceits and treacheries, and that continues to mostly be socially successful strategies.
The essential problem with the presentations of the well-researched articles by George Washington, as republished on Zero Hedge, is that those never go deeper, through the paradoxes of how and why the human murder systems must necessarily exist, and have developed to become based on the maximum possible deceits about themselves. By and large, of course, there appears to be no practical point in my attempts to promote more radical truths, regarding the ways that the development of weapons of mass destruction ought to motivate us to develop better death controls systems, which are not based upon the maximum possible deceits, which includes the ways that the controlled opposition groups tend to promote the same deceitful frame of reference, by presuming that there should not be any death control systems at all, or, at least, none that human beings were consciously aware of operating.
All of the history of Neolithic Civilizations has been based on backing up lies with violence, while real progress in physical science has enabled that to become worse, faster, at an exponential rate. Therefore, we now have weapons of mass destruction, that are trillions of times more powerful than anything which previously existed in know human history, while the established death controls continue to be done through the maximum possible deceits, such as through inside job, false flag terrorists attacks, being deliberately designed to become self-fulfilling prophecies, that could start more genocidal wars, as well as prepare to impose democidal martial law.
The vast majority of people, as far as the public presentation of them through the mass media indicates, do not understand the degree to which they have been deceived by wars based on deceits. However, at the same time, the few who do somewhat wake up to those social facts tend to never propose how we could operate better death control systems. Therefore, our real problems are WAY WORSE than authors like George Washington ever publicly present!

A good understanding of the following is based on a prior reading of The Mystery of the Shemitah by Jonathan Cahn, and a reading of The Islamic AntiChrist by Joel Richardson.
These are my version of Cliff Notes, Yes, anyway the timeline is this: Rev 5 v1 And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. A careful reading of this chapter shows a remarkable description of the US's relationship with Islamic Jihad in general. Whoever said "The natural enemy of Judaism isn't Islam, it's Christianity" was right on. Did the Zionists inflame this divide to have Christianity destroy the Islamic nations for Israel's security, or did the Zionists inflame this divide to have the Islamists destroy Christiandom for Israel's future world dominance? Or Both??? Chapters 17 &18 are pretty descriptive of New York, not only the financial center of the world but also the corporate head of American media, exported in TV and movie media setting global social standards.

That article I linked just above by George Washington, while superficially correct, does NOT address the deeper levels of the real problems, because that seems the STANDING PATTERN of almost everything that is republished on Zero Hedge. While that material is far superior to anything one can read or watch in the mass media, I often find that many of the comments are better than the original article.
Overall, there is NO DOUBT that there are way too many "spooky coincidences" regarding the timing of significant events, including the timing of mass murders, to regard those are being totally coincidental. There comes a point where so many coincidences pile up on top of each other that one can quite plausibly consider that those patterns are being deliberately orchestrated.

As I understand it, most of the people who have controlled the government of the USA to engage in the various wars based on deceits that are mentioned in the article above are "Chicken Hawks." Generally speaking, the people who find out about the human murder systems first-hand tend to not be in control of what is happening, but rather their "fate" brings them to find themselves in the middle of that chaos, without having played much of role in setting those circumstances up. As I REPEAT, articles by George Washington are typical illustrations of the efforts made by some people to describe the sociopolitical facts regarding the degree to which the government of the USA is actually controlled by backing up lies with violence, with socipathic psychopaths in control. However, his articles are also typical of the subsequent failures to go through deeper levels of analysis, which would then lead to proposing how to operate better death control systems.
That is the kind of political science fiction that I have always engaged in doing. My own sense of intellectual integrity will not allow me to use the English language in any other ways. Therefore, I plan on continuing to discuss the death control systems, despite that the vast majority of people would rather not do so ... HAH! Indeed, one of the reasons that I can do so is that only a vanishingly small number of people are interested in more radical truths about the death control systems. The ruling classes can easily continue to deliberately ignore the efforts made by authors like George Washington to reveal the degree to which the ruling classes are deceitful, because most of those who are ruled over have adapted for generation after generation to those being the social facts. As long as the ruling classes can continue to control civilization by backing up their deceits with destruction, then they do not have to care about those who might reveal more of the radical truths about that.
However, as the established systems continue to drive themselves through towards their own insane self-destruction, then some opportunities may emerge for the development of new systems. By definition, the only thing that is going to stop exponential growth from its absolutely impossible endless doublings down, will be the death controls, which will direct the evolution of some different human ecology and political economy.
The production of destruction is a special form of production, since it controls production. Of course, that is being deliberately misunderstood in the maximum possible absurd and backward ways at the present time, inside of our civilization, which is based on the historical success of the biggest bullies' bullshit world view dominating everything. The basic laws of nature are the principles of the conservation of energy, and increasing entropy. However, human beings have deliberately misunderstood entropy. Of course, the INTENSE PARADOXES are that energy is never created nor destroyed, by anything that human beings can do. Indeed, those INTENSE PARADOXES are proven when one understands how atomic bombs work. Therefore, nothing that human beings can actually do, with respect to their production of destruction, ever actually destroys anything, in the sense that energy continues to be conserved. Therefore, all of the ways that we understand what we are doing when the production of destruction controls subsequent production are related to the ways that energy is spread out through time and space, which are related to the ways that we understand entropy, or evil.
CENTRAL ISSUES with respect to paradigm shifts enabling real progress in physical sciences have been changes in the ways that we thought about time and space. THOSE ISSUES also should have changed the ways that we thought about entropic processes in general, and especially changed the ways that we thought about the death control systems. However, instead, weapons of mass destruction have been deployed by people who did not understand, and did not want to understand, how and why those weapons worked. Rather, those people sought to use those weapons to promote their systems of backing up lies with violence, or enforcing frauds.
That is what is happening today, with the various wars directed by the banksters. Those are headed towards causing death insanities. In that context, it is correct to say that talking about the real death controls is going to get someone killed. However, there are NO ways to stop that from happening anyway. Rather, the only realistic alternatives in the real world are to change the death control systems, regarding who gets killed, and how they are killed.
In that context, authors like George Washington illustrate the patterns of revealing the degree to which the ruling classes are operating extremely deceitful death control systems, BUT, do not follow through to promote any realistic solutions, that propose some better death control systems. But nevertheless, I am going to continue to do that, although I expect that most people will continue to deliberately ignore that, including that the ruling classes will also be able to deliberately ignore that.
After all, the mass media continue to almost totally promote the biggest bullies' bullshit world view, in ways which deliberately ignore all of the material that authors like George Washington research and present. Well, fundamentally, this is what they did, first with forming the al Qaeda branch in Iraq, next with the ISIS formation.
We know that the CIA and Unocal funded and armed the Taliban and al Qaeda in Afghanistan in the late 1990s, and blew off the leader of the Northern Alliance, Ahmad Shah Massoud, who was assassinated by al Qaeda suicide bombers posing as journalists, several days prior to 09/11/01. (I wonder if it was with the CIA's blessing? After all, Mr. Massoud would have lived to say he had tried to warn us --- didn't he pass along the evidence and warning of an impending terrorist strike on US soil to DIA analyst, Julie Sirrs, who then returned to America and was promptly forced out of the DIA by its then director, Gen. Patrick Hughes?)
The ONE QUESTION? Did the American government under President Obama knowingly finance and arm Saddam's former fedayeen and Republican Guard to overthrow Syria's Assad, or did they really believe them to be "Syrian rebels"?

America’s Plans to Use Nuclear Weapons against the Middle East
Unconfirmed reports based on a video release dated May 20, 2015 point to a massive and unprecedented bomb explosion in Yemen.
The reports suggest without corroborating evidence that the explosion could have been the result of a nuclear strike, using a tactical nuclear weapon. There is no evidence to that effect.
Whatever the nature of this explosion, it constitutes a crime against humanity.
