Admittedly bad money makes the power combine naked as we are seeing today and obliges it to go more totalitarian to protect its vested interests; which is what TPP is all about.
Money is the face of power, a symbol of in whose name it is disseminated, and its NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND. SO forget about invisible hand. Fair markets require JUSTICE and for justice to reign the judges should never kneel to power but to people's interest, as defined by the public law (until it gets bypassed by arbitrary law of private arbitrage as here).
